T.T.F. Education Inc First Aid and Emergency Preparedness Training

I booked an OFA level 1 course in June and when I arrived for my scheduled class, they were not aware that my class was booked for the day and had scheduled a different class on top of the one I had booked for the same day. 2 other people arrived after me for a course we thought we were scheduled for. We were turned away. The main instructor for the level 1 first aid was recovering from an accident. So our class was forgotten about and was not cancelled before we booked and paid. That's fine. OK. A different instructor that I spoke with at the location gave me their cell number to rebook. A few weeks later I text the number to rebook.
No reply. I text again a few days later. No reply. I call the cell number, no answer.
I email the company. No reply. I call the company phone- a voicemail message prompts me to leave my info and they will respond, that it may take some time. It's been weeks now. No phone call back. No email. No texts. I'm perfectly fine with accommodating unforseen circumstances but this now feels scammy and extremely unprofessional. I haven't received any contact to even inform me they have received my messages and emails.
I trusted this business to provide me with the first aid certification that I need in order to continue my education and start a necessary practicum in January. Without my first aid, I cannot apply for my practicum and I will be held back from my future career by an entire year. This business has no clue the potential harm they are causing by not responding to their clients. Now they have $110 of my money, money I could use towards textbooks or gas to get to school, and I have no way of even requesting a refund.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid the unprofessionalism. Book with WorksafeT solutions in chilliwack. They are prompt with their emails and phone calls. They are on the ball.

I booked a course with them July 2023 and they cancelled on me due to a sick instructor. I had already paid for the course but was not refunded. After attempting to contact them a couple times first via email and then via phone, I was assured that they would fix it and refund me. This was not done. I called them to request a refund again and I have not had a response. They even blocked my phone. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

The company has an instructor by the name of Tremaine Feit. This individual is extremely unprofessional and chooses to share personal information about himself (past meth addiction among other things, nothing to do with his autism) with the class that is completely unnecessary. I would highly recommend you DO NOT book with this company. Tremaine is a bully and abuses his position as an instructor. He also claimed to be the owner. Has his “support dog” roaming freely in the room, that isn’t trained and interferes with students while in class.

Did my level 2 class this week. It's a ton of info to cram into your brain in a week. Train was an epic teacher. Helpful, knowledgeable and very encouraging and patient. Highly recommend. Will do more training though TTF. Also Chalrlie is amazing.

It's a very fun and very safe learning environment. Tre and Alicia make the objectives clear and explain thoroughly why things are the way they are. Questions get answered and research is done on the spot if they can't answer. 10/10 highly recommend for any safety training.

Trey and Garret were amazing! If anyone needs this course? It is so worth it. They make it interesting and fun. Very knowledgeable! Worth it!

Tre is fantastic! Took a course from him just over a year ago and I’m so glad he was the instructor he was fun and kind and understanding he gave corrections graciously and instilled confidence in his students!

I took OFA 2 with Tre and he is the best first aid coach around. Classes are smaller than at other first aid schools so you get lots of hands-on experience and correction if you're not doing a skill properly. The floors are nicely padded too.

Great coures. I recommend them. The instructor Curtis kept it entertaining despite the serious nature of the course.

The atmosphere of the training was warm and friendly. The instructor was polished, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend coming here for First Aid training.

Awesome instructors! I took standard first aid and learned a lot in my two days there. Would recommend for anyone interested in first aid.

This was the best First Aid class I have taken. The instructor was very knowledgeable, fun and very engaging. The staff was very helpful. If you want a first aid class this is the place to go. This is the only place I will go for first aid now.

I took my OFA 2 with Tre. I found him informative, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. When I had to so first aid, i felt confident in my training and didnt second guess myself. He really does teach the skills you need. I would highly recommend TTF to anyone.

Best most effective first aid instructor ive ever experienced.tough but effective, and Tre explains each part when asked.great in critiquing and setting me in the right direction. Tre recognized what I personally specifically needed, to be better, and able to help others in need.
