Tulip Donair

Tried Tulip for the first time and was not disappointed. We ordered for pickup and it was ready on-time and based on comparative pricing, we felt they offered a very good value.

Ths place has gone through a few owners in the last 10 pr so years, but the quality holds up. The folks here are great and the food is always amazing!

I've been going here for over 5 years and it has never disappointed me! Always worth a stop!

It’s a halal option in chilliwack. We got the food to have at Lindeman lake after hike. The taste was amazing even after hours. Delicious fresh full filling donairs with generous filling. The chicken donair had loads more vegetables than the lamb donair. The lamb donair had generous amounts of meat. Super full filling. Their fries serving is the smallest I have seen honestly. Chicken donair shouldn’t be made with questionable curry chicken. Looked like tuna, tasted like tuna, threw it away. Awfully disgusting waste of money and time.

The chicken donair I ordered was really dry.chicken jerky. Ended up throwing most of it away. Ordered 1 with beef also, it was good.

Don’t like it much staff get into your business really nosey ask to much personal info but great food

Every restaurant has its own unique style and flavors. With such a vast variety it is hard to find somewhere that you can really enjoy the experience, with a reasonable price.

We ordered a Super Lamb donair and a Large Poutine with lamb on top. I was impressed with the price to portion ratio.

The poutine Quality is unmatched to any location in the Fraser Valley. Fries cooked till they are golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft after you bite. A gravy that has the perfect consistency, season just right, not too little and not too much. A big seller on the poutine is the cheese they use, real cheese curds (no substitutions). Last on the poutine was the lamb, so tender it will melt in your mouth.

When you walk in you know right away that these people love what they do. Each meal is like a work of cuisine art (not always the looks). It is amazing to see the love and appreciation go into each meal.

The prices are fair, each person could eat for under 15. Along with the portion sizes, there isn't really a reason to want to go somewhere else.

I always order 3 XL donairs every time I order through Skip for the great value. I did the same today, but when I opened the bag, it looked like I received 3 regular-sized donairs. Did they recently change their portions?

Small bone fragments found all throughout my donair platter that I almost fed to my infant son- chicken was extremely dry almost seemed like it was scraps. We used to love eating here but unfortunately the quality has gone way down, will not be eating here again.

Excellent tasting donair. Friendly staff. Fresh veggies. Chicken wasn't very fresh, crunchy pieces and dried out a bit. But huge portion and very tasty. Good price.

For the Ontario/Quebec transplants out there, this is the closest I've found to a Ottawa-style shawarma between Aldergrove and Hope.

Super friendly folks, prompt service, easy parking (though it's kinda in a nook of a street. Loved it. Grab a lamb donair every time I am in the area.

Probably the best poutine you can get in town. Flavourful, huge portion and plenty of cheese, gravy and meat. Pizza was okay, not worth the price. The donairs were great but the pita was a little thin and starting to fall apart by the time I was finishing it.

Went here for lunch. My husband and I both got the chicken plate. I thought it was good. Everything was really fresh. The tzaziki was more mild and didn't have much garlic or lemon flavor which may or may not be a bad thing depending on what you like. Would go back.

The staffs are nice, the portion sizes are large, but my son and I both felt sick in our stomach, and felt unhealthy, we had ordered two different dishes, the food was looking fresh. Actually I don’t know the exact problem. I give two stars because of the nice owners and staffs.

We have ordered from Tulip Donair twice since moving to Chilliwack. Having being a professional al traveller for 10 years, I’ve had my fair share of donairs - in Greece, Amsterdam, Turkey, Halifax, and Calgary, and Tulip Donair is in my top 5. I like that it’s no frills and a small, family run business. They make the best sweet sauce and I’m a big fan of their hummus. Service is fast and friendly. I recommend giving these guys a try and support local!

I am now a regular customer from the min i took first bite and its always fresh. Price is very reasonable. And i would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I'm allergic to dairy, when I ordered my donair and added sauces with milk in them unknowingly, at the end I asked her if the garlic sauce has milk in it, then she explained that all the sauses I had have milk or yogurt in them she was kind enough to make me another one for no cost, just so I don't get a allergic reaction

Ordered a regular lamb donair: lamb was tender and toppings were all fresh. They heated up the wrap so the bread was warm. I’ll come here again for shizzle.

Tulip Donair is open again and we are glad because the food is delicious. We usually order the beef Donair along with a small Caesar salad and a side of fries. Their fries are unbelievably good. The people in this restaurant are very personable and friendly. Please support this local restaurant!

I was drooling just looking at the pizza I got. I got the four seasons veggie pizza and hell is infuriated and envious of the golden flame that got the privilege of cooking this pizza.

Great donair! No matter what style you like, they've got the sauces and fillings to make yours the way you like it - just once low price, and you pick all the sauce and toppings you want. Pro tip, I always get the large, it's under $10 and more food than you can eat in one sitting. This place does not skimp on the meat!

By far, the best donair place in Chilliwack. Great food, fair prices, huge servings, lots of meat, and no petty charges for extra toppings. Highly recommended!

Had a lamb platter with rice to go. Overall dish was alright and portion size is good but rice was a bit on dryer side and same for the meat. It could've been because I went there late at night. Salad on the other hand though was very fresh and crisp and dressing was very tasty. I'll probably have another try during day time this time.

Had the best experience at this local family run restaurant. Felt safe eating where all COVID-19 protocols were followed, and enjoyed their delicious food and the great customer service. Definitely will go back!

Love dropping into this place for donairs and kebab platters. Great selection of veggies and sauces and the meats (chicken, beef, and lamb) are always tasty. They've got pizzas and other combinations or fusions of cuisines/menu items. They aslo have a rewards stamp card program too (buy 10 get one free).

I need this food at least once a week if your looking for fresh veggies and deliscious meat seasoned with culture this place is for you. Friendly service to match the quality of food that is always consistant

Best donair in town, quality and price is good but what I really care about their food is the portion they serve, its huge and full-filling yayks

There are a inmensurable amount of restaurants in Chilliwack and great ones at that but no other "fast food" will ever beat Tulip.

Welcoming and nice owners dedicated to their work and craft, tasty food, low prices (honestly, how do they make money?) and discounts for student and military!

Poutine is for lack of better divine description, godly. Yes I'm from Frog land and I miss real poutine but oh do they satisfy that craving.

Many vegetarian or Keto Friendly choices such as Salad, Donair, Donair Salad and daily soups.

If you haven't tried this spot, please go. You won't find better, that's a guarantee.

Love this little shop! Great food and even better service. The people that run this shop are very warm and the whole shop is just very cozy. I always get their donair with half beef and half lamb, and the whole thing is delicious! Lamb is not at all gamey and they are not shy with portions. Definite recommendation.

Very good and fresh ingredients but it isn't the best I've ever had. I have been eating donairs for 45 years and this came close to getting 5 stars. I would recommend it.
