Extremely bad experience. Extremely Rude employees! I was a tourist in town from Seattle, on my way out of the store my bag beeped so as a standard procedure i went up to the lady at the counter asking her to check my bag once to clear any misunderstanding. She was extremely rude, refused to check my bag saying that their detectors are never wrong and made me feel like I had actually stolen something. I emptied my bag infront of her considering how disrespectfully I was treated. She never apologised and kept a smirk on. Never expected to be racially profiled in Canada. Never coming back! Shameful.

A very rude woman who works their made my experience a 1 star but the buyer was very friendly. Would not consign here again as there is just too much clutter. For a lux consignment store it looks like a thrift store when you walk in and don’t expect to be greeted when you walk in.

Always love browsing in this shop when I'm on the mainland and even more so when I find something. Some of the friendliest staff of any store I've ever been to.

Nice stuff, nice store, but really pricey. They had purses priced over $100 that I saw at winners a few weeks ago for $60. Staff were friendly and helpful and the store was clean, well organized and nicely displayed.

They used to be very nice but now barely talk to you, unless if u have an item to try on. Some pieces are ridiculously expensive, you might as well buy it brand new. Some girls are nice but some have a “I don’t want to be here” face and it shows.
Selling your pieces here is completely garbage. I’ve gone there and been rejected a few items due to wear and tear, which is completely fine; however the items I bring in will often have tags still attached and are in great condition. Then I would go back a few days later and those EXACT SAME items are accepted. If they rejected my items because they are simply too full or it’s out of season, that’s 100% valid but don’t tell me it’s due to wear and tear but yet accept it 2-3 days later. I’ve taken my items to other consignment stores and they are way more consistent and give you better pricing.
So inconsistent.

This store is hit and miss for me.like the pricing on all the things in store USED to be realistic and reasonable for what it is.which is stuff that was someone else's at one point, and now in their hands. But at some point over the course of a month or two months this spring, all the price tags just shot thru the roof, now it's just frickin absurd what they are trying to ask for stuff. They lost a repeat customer in me, thats for sure. Greed is an ugly thing.

Fantastic place to consign! I love all the staff especially Carman their very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this store to all my friends. So glad to have it in The Neighborhood.

Lots of clothing, shoes, and handbag selections. Good place to buy designer as well. But a lot of the items are way too overpriced for a second-hand shop. The staff are friendly and nice though.

Amazing consignment store with top quality designer brands. Purchased a beautiful vintage Gucci tote, 18k Moissanite diamond pendant, several Kate Spade dresses and Aritzia pieces. My sister, daughter and I enjoy spending our Sundays there to see what’s new. The staff always makes us feel welcomed and love the extra touch of offering us cappuccinos.
