Everything was packed and moved efficiently and with proper care to keep our items from damage. The staff were friendly and helpful with preparations for the move and on the actual move day.

Canceled day of after saying they would arrive in 30-1hour… worst experience ever. Do not use this company

I had a very good experience with Two Small Men moving, they were able to make a last minute adjustment (onto the holiday Monday) to accommodate a change in my completion date. Their three person team phoned to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, took time to ensure protection for carpets and floors was taken, were very efficient and worked very hard. In the end the move took less time than anticipated and they were more than accommodating while on site, taking a number of items I had originally planned to move myself. I would highly recommend this company and if you can get Paul as your team lead I'm sure you'll be happy with the on site experience. Thanks guys - see you in a year for round two!

Our Two Small Men were on time and courteous. They showed care for our belongings and were flexible in working with our multiple delivery stop needs. They were careful to ensure everything was secure within the vehicle and followed appropriate COVID safety protocols.

The company men were at my place right on time and work very hard through out the day. It was a very long day for them but the were experienced, loyal and very grateful people to work with. My overall experience with this company was positive and I will recommend the company to others. Paul was very considerate to what I was going through, all around awesome person to deal with. Schedule a move with Two Small Men, was provided a quote, time of arrival and was called ahead of time to confirm details for the move. Sam and Harpreet were quick, professional, friendly and took good care of my items. Would recommend and use again.

I was moving from Surrey to Kamloops and my current moving company which was not 2 small men with big hearts, was falling apart the day before my big move. I called 2 small men with big hearts the day before I had to move in tears and the receptionist Kristin quickly jumped to it calling around to see what she could do to help me. When she called me back about 2 hours later with amazing news, I could not believe what she was able to pull off. An awesome crew showed up on time the next morning, packed my 1 bedroom in an hour and off they were to Kamloops. I paid for same day delivery and it was worth every dollar! They unloaded in an hour and they headed home. I owe Two Men with Big Hearts a huge thank you for their actual big hearts! Highly recommend!

Eldon and Dave were our movers and they were polite, repectfuly and friendly. They arrived to load the truck on time and were also on time to unload the truck. They were careful to load safely and securely, so that there was no damage to any of our belongings. We moved frp, Chilliwack to Canim Lake BC, a trip of about 400km. Eldon and Dave were very professional, quick and efficient. We would recommend this company to everyone. Eldon and Dave thank you very much for your wonderful work and attitude.

I would highly recommend Two Small Men with Big Hearts. The coordinator Barb was so friendly and patient. We had a few mix ups and they were very accommodating and worked with us to make our big moving day easy and stress free. We are so thankful we used this company and would highly recommend it to anyone! They were the affordable and gave th friendlies customer service. We phoned a few companies and they all seemed annoyed with us asking for help - when we spoke with Barb at Two Small Men we knew right away that this was the company to go with. The two young men who moved my mother were fabulous, enthusiastic, and very fast. They saved me from having to move furniture myself. They knew exactly what they needed to do. I could not have loved a move any more. I would highly recommend this company. So worth the money.

The movers were polite and quick. They took good care of my furniture and surprised me on how strong they are. They even taught us that some of my furniture comes apart. I had no idea. I highly recommend this company from start to finish! I had a fast and chaotic move and the whole company was amazing! From my booking with Jay to my two movers Eldon and Dave. I’m seriously so beyond grateful. My move also involved overnight storage and a ferry to Vancouver island to my storage unit! These guys are the BEST!

I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience with this company, as I was overcharged $200 and have been waiting a week for them to respond to my emails regarding my experience. I ended up paying $640 to move a studio apartment’s worth of stuff when I was quoted an estimate of $450 total, and the move went on an hour longer than expected due to delays with the team causing me to miss my move-in reservation.

My pick up arrival window was 1-5 pm, so I called a week to notify the coordinator that I would only have the elevator locked and the parkade at the drop off location reserved from 2: 30-4: 30pm. The coordinator told me that this would be the team's second moving job of the day so it should go fine, but potentially a little bit over time. I made sure to only have my furniture left in the apartment so it would be as quick as possible. Ahead of time, my roommate and I took four trips back and forth between my old and new apartments to pack her sizable car with boxes and bags so there would be less items for the movers to deal with and, hopefully, less time spent moving on the day. This was clearly a waste of my time as the movers showed up at 5: 10pm, my move-in window had passed and I had no elevator locked and I wasted three hours waiting around for the team with barely any updates. The team initially called me at 1: 15pm to let me know they were a bit delayed and expected to arrive at 2: 30pm or after. I did not hear anything until I called them at 3: 45pm, at which point they said they would "maybe" arrive at 4: 30pm, and they did not pick up the phone when I called back at 4: 45pm. I called the dispatcher who also could not get ahold of them, and she told me that the team had been having trouble with an elevator at one of their previous jobs, which I found surprising as I was under the impression that there would be one moving job in the morning and only mine in the afternoon.

When we arrived at the drop off location, there was a move-out taking place after hours and the elevator was occupied. We had to wait for that to finish while the team unloaded the truck, before we could move everything upstairs. Additionally, the parkade was closed so the items had to be carried up a short flight of stairs, into a hallway and finally into the elevator. We had to move everything from the hallway and into the apartment ourselves, put it in the correct rooms, and had to assemble all our own furniture. After unpacking everything, I saw that a carpet was lost sometime during the move-in as it is now nowhere to be found and I had relatively few boxes and bags in the moving truck. I realize that moving is expensive and I have previously paid around $500 to move the same amount, however I am a student and a sudden $200 increase in charges is a lot and shocked me especially considering my experience overall. The travel time from pick up to drop off was about 30 minutes, the pick up took one hour and the drop off would only have taken an hour if we had the elevator and parkade.  One of the movers also asked for a tip, which I found inappropriate and rude especially after I expressed how surprised I was at the final cost, after he was incredibly rude and short with me, my roommate and my friend.

I’m shocked at how lousy my actual moving experience was considering all of the coordinators and the dispatcher I spoke to were incredibly nice and helpful. I emailed the moving coordinator the day after the actual move, which was Monday Sep 28th, sent in a feedback form two days later, sent the after-service manager the same email on Friday and still have yet to receive a response.

COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD. They will quote you one price then up charge you hundreds more after they're done. The movers chipped my coffee table - took a huge chunk out of it and signed the papers that they did the damage and the company would send me someone to fix it. When I called, as soon as they learned why I was calling the man acted like the connection was failing and "hello hello "can't hear and hangs up. Called many times again, phone would work fine - until they heard it was about me questioning when they were sending their furniture guy. Never came.

Terrible, horrible will never use again! They were 4 hours late called me 40 minutes after the final arrival window to tell me they didn’t have drivers and aren’t sure when. I was called another 1.5 hours later to tell me they found someone but aren’t sure what time, someone would call me. I called back at 12: 30 to find out when my truck would come told I’d get a call. I got a call at 1: 15 telling me they’re there. 15 minutes after my final move out time. I was told by the workers how overbooked and overworked they all were. I was told continuously by one mover that his friends move was bumped to later because of me. He complained about it for 5 hours. Telling my parents, neighbours and random people about this. As well as phoning, receiving calls, messages from the disgruntled mover to his friends constantly. He was in such a rush. He was far too forceful with my belongings. Causing damage to 2 antique pieces of furniture, a dresser and a dining room cabinet, both well over a hundred years old. As well as half the boxes had big holes and tears in them when they arrived. There’s small dents and scratches in most things moved. Another cabinet, 2 pieces, they took apart and then crushed one of the dowlings to hold them together. My Dad had to fix it, to get it back together. As well I helped move stuff, and so did my Mom n Dad to help them be done quicker to get to their next job. I will never again depend on thus misrepresented company for my moving needs. I will find another company for my next move. I recommend you do the same. The fact that they have a National name known across Canada does NOT make them good movers, it makes them great advertisers! I was overcharged, my move was extended late, my stuff damaged and I was left with a huge bill, more than quoted. No discounts offered after all their mistakes. And when I phoned the dispatcher was understanding. The lady, Ali, whom deals with the problems, just wished me all the best. Pathetic, useless and just looking to take advantage of people. Be warned public!

My experience with Two Small Men with Big Hearts was great! They were on time and went to work right away! They made sure to protect my furniture and were very careful not to damage anything. They were very polite and made sure to ask where I wanted things placed when we got to my new home. I would use their services again for my next move.

My brother in-law hired this company to move yesterday. When they were late, phone calls were made to the company and he was told that they couldn't get a hold of the movers. He waited over an hour for the movers to show up (they never did) and the company had stopped answering his phone calls. We had to scramble to find a truck and friends to help move. Completely unprofessional.

We had a great time moving with this company. We had friendly, helpful, efficient and experienced movers who clearly knew what they were doing from start to finish. We would absolutely hire them again for our next move!

SUPER FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
THEY LIE AND STEAL!
Several boxes/items disappeared during our last move with this company. We experienced terrible communication via phone and email once we attempted to find our stuff. We called them several times and every time they passed us to another person, who was not available and never got back to us…. First we got wrong email address, than Barb never responded to our email….
The move was almost ok otherwise; the movers blanket wrapped some delicate stuff we missed to wrap. They didn’t pay full attention to the notes on the boxes which room they supposed to go to…and they charged a different rate than what we agreed to prior to the move, so it took weeks, several emails and phone calls to get back the amount we were overcharged with, but we got it eventually.

We’ll never use them again.we would never ever recommend them.but warn everyone against using them!

Their alleged After-Service Manager, Ali does not even exist…she is the one we suppose to contact with such problems…. We could not reach her and never heard from her…. Super fraudulent company, there is absolutely no customer service, they are not helpful at all, they lie and steal.we’d sue them if it wasn’t “only” a few thousands of dollars worth of value they have stolen from us.

The move was efficient and fast. In fact, Dave and Mike had everything planned out and executed so quickly that it was a challenge to keep up with them. My move from White Rock to Vancouver started at 9 am and was finished at 2: 15 pm. I commend them both for a job well done.

One mover was very rude to me and they scratched my furniture. They left lots of my stuff behind and I had to make many more loads my self. I couldn't wait for them to leave.
