Everyone at the Two Small Men With Big Hearts Company were friendly and informative. They arranged my move for me and it was accomplished just as they said it would be. I am very please how my move went.

Moving my mother from Kelowna to Calgary with Two Small Men with Big Hearts was a great decision for me. Kristen was super helpful booking the move. She promptly answered all of my questions. Bernie, Art and Ian were professional, efficient and very careful loading in Kelowna. All the furniture was wrapped! Bernie and Steve did a great job next day in Calgary. From the first moment I inquired about moving, I had 1000 questions and Kristen from the office took care of them all. I called back the few days before the move and my move expert was not available, so Erin stepped up and took care of it all. On the day of, Bernie and Art were exceptional! They showed up slightly early and we're on the job ASAP. Friendly, efficient and wasted no time getting the move completed. There were some hiccoughs at the drop-off location (through no fault of theirs) but the guys worked around them perfectly. I would highly recommend those guys for your move.

My husband and I moved provinces in the fall and hired Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving Company. From set up to the actual move communication was great and the process itself was seamless! We highly recommend using this moving company and refer them to any of our friends or family who are moving!

I was very impressed with my movers, Don and Amanda. They worked through a challenging move with humour and dedication. Being Amanda's first move, she amazed me with her strength, practicality and perseverance. I have moved many times and this was by far the most hours but well worth the cost.

I worked there for a year and they just decided to short me up to 50 hours of work and still hasn't paid me back.

I moved the owner into his house and the guy told me it's my job to hide damage from the customers till we leave the job.it's not a problem with the branch, the guys here in Kelowna work hard and do great!

it's upper management.the payroll lady dosent even know how many fingers she has and Andrew powertrips even though he has no idea what he's doing.for 4 hours during a meeting Jason (the guy who should be running the company) would try to talk about usefull stuff and Andrew would derail it and waste everyone's time.companies not even corrupt, upper management needs to finish highschool or somthing

Unprofessionally ran moving business. One of the workers (I believe his name was Tyler) was an exceptional employee who showed extreme care and attention when it came to moving my items. Not a single can of my 4000 cans of Ravioli were damaged. The truck they were in however looked to be falling apart abd left a big puddle of coolant in my driveway and it wasn't even the good tasting kind. That truck looks like it'll fall apart if it hits a highway.

I recently hired the Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Company in Kelowna, and let me tell you, they certainly lived up to their name. The two men who showed up at my door were definitely small, but I'm not so sure about the big hearts part.

First off, they were incredibly slow. I swear they took more breaks than actual moving time. And when they finally did start moving my furniture, they managed to scratch up my hardwood floors and dent my new fridge.

But the real kicker was when they dropped my antique vase. It shattered into a million pieces and they just stood there staring at it like it was no big deal. I guess that's what they meant by "big hearts" - they had hearts made of stone.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this moving company unless you're in the market for a good laugh or a broken vase.

I recently used Two Small Men with Big Hearts, Kelowna, for not just one, but two moves, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The first move was a big one - from Edmonton to Kelowna in 2022 - and they made the process so much easier than I ever could have imagined.

The team of movers, Kerry, Richard, and Frank, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were not only professional and efficient, but they also had excellent personalities that made the experience fun and stress-free. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and how careful they were with our belongings. They made sure everything was safely packed and wrapped, and nothing was damaged in transit.

But that's not all – 3 months ago, I also used Two Small Men with Big Hearts to pack and wrap my basement, and they did an amazing job. They were thorough, organized, and made sure everything was packed securely. I didn't have to worry about a thing!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Two Small Men with Big Hearts to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, safe and friendly moving company in Kelowna. Many trucks are in dire need of repairs especially to stop coolant from leaking onto the road and leaving behind a bunch of poison. To the owners and management, do better!

Where to begin. Every single step of our long-distance move with this company was terrible. Our final bill was $4000 over our initial estimate. I provided a detailed list of what we wanted packed and the movers said they were too busy to read it. As a result, they packed things I'd specifically said not to pack, and they failed to pack an important family heirloom I'd specifically said we needed. They changed our cross-country moving date with 24 hours of notice. A bunch of our stuff was broken and damaged when it arrived, carelessly shoved into boxes. On moving day, the movers complained nonstop about how tired and overworked they were. When I called the dispatcher to explain my frustration, he blamed the driver. When I talked to the driver, he blamed the logistics person. When I talked to the logistics person, he blamed the movers. No one was ever at fault for anything, no apology, no accountability, no empathy. Will never use this company again.

Very professional and great crew. Got the job done fast. No complaints or issues. This company was recommended by several friends and colleagues and they are who I will recommend in future for any moving needs.

I contracted Two Small Men based in Kelowna to move our family from BC to Ontario in June 2022. As outlined in the time print they have the option to subcontract other moving companies. Beware- once they do that they basically wash their hands of you. Ian Trett was a salesman in the classic sense- tells you what you want to hear until they receive payment then you become persona non grata Two Small Men contracted MTS movers who damaged our piano and lost several items. The movers were completely untrained and dragged items across the floor and down stairs. I submitted a claim several months ago and have tried on several occasions for an update and I have received no reply.

The business of moving is tantamount to organized crime. These guys are no exception.

From start to finish, this company delivers! The booking process and staff, both through email and phone was incredible easy! Someone was always available to answer questions.
The movers arrived on time and went above and beyond, loading and unloading my furniture. Kerrie (? Spelling), Frank and Josh wrapped, took apart, packed (I wasn't 100% prepared) loaded and then unloaded, assembled and placed everything where I wanted it! Not an easy feat with the amount of stuff, size and odd angles, narrow halls of the place I moved into! Amazing completed on time and at the price estimated!

My first movers never showed up so I called 2 small men with big hearts in a panic and they went above and beyond to get me help. The 2 men who showed up were nice, funny and very good at their job. Third floor walk up and they killed it. Will always use this company now.

I received excellence from start to finish from Two Small Men With Big Hearts in Kelowna. The packing was worry free, as was the move from BC to Alberta. Unloading the truck was just as smooth and efficient. Both Chris and Art anticipated my needs based on my special circumstances which I really really appreciated. Booked TSM to move my elderly father between cities during pandemic restrictions in assisted care facilities. From the initial consultation through planning and finally completing the move the entire team was responsive, communicative, and professional. I cannot think of anything that could have been improved upon. Prior to booking with TSM I had heard nothing but horror stories about moving companies - showing up late or not at all, breaking or losing things, holding belongings ransom for more money, and so on. TSM had to contend with a high mountain pass, spotty ferry service, and Covid testing. They never missed a beat. Highly recommended!

From the first email I sent looking for information right through the pick-up to unloading they were amazing! I had a call back on a Sunday evening after I had emailed in looking for a quote on a move from Kelowna to Calgary and Eileen at the office made everything easy! They kept in contact up to moving day and Chris and Tristan were right on time, were careful with everything they packed up and extremely efficient. Upon arrival, Chris was early even and with a helper had everything unpacked at the new place and then the remainder to storage. I would highly recommend Two Small Men!

Despite some logistical challenges our two movers were hard working, efficient, careful and had great attitudes.

We had some large and awkward pieces of furniture they maneuvered out of our own home and into our new one without complaint or damage.

They made the move so much easier, we never want to move without using the services of a mover again.

Yesterday I moved from an upper duplex suite to a 9th floor apartment. The two gentleman I had were on time, and they hustled to get it done efficiently and quickly. They took such great care of my belongings and I’d 100% recommend them!

Worth every penny. They were incredibly careful with my things, nothing was damaged by them. They made sure to track as little mud as possible into the house (hard to do when the driveway is a mud pit). I've already recommended them to a friend who has to move soon.

Fantastic experience with Two Small Men With Big Hearts, Kelowna. We had our things in 2 different locations - an apartment and a storage unit. We needed to merge our things, store it for a month, and then have it shipped long distance to Edmonton a month later.

The 2 movers arrived precisely on time, packed and moved all our items big or small, as if it were their own. A month later, today, our items were delivered to our new location in Edmonton, literally to the minute they were on time and very communicative.

Knowing "things always break in a move" I was prepared for an item or 2 to be damaged, scuff, broken, chipped. To my surprise, NOT a single item fit that description. 3 movers on the Edmonton side, lead by Lou, were friendly, efficient, and handled all items with care.

Thank you to all from the Kelowna 2 person moving crew, to the long-distance haulers, to the 3 person moving crew in Edmonton. We had a great experience with this company from start to end.

Our move from 1 office building to a neighbouring building went very well. The crew was great and efficient. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the fact that we had provided a lot of info, as well as photos before the move, and the supervisor of the moving crew didn't seem to have received that information.

The Kelona crew was excellent. Fast, professional, accidentally broke something of small value, but immediately pointed it out.

The logistics office though. Different story. Trying to confirm through them was a nightmare. The crew was a day late; fortunately I had booked some spare time in, but it meant my cleaners were tripping over movers.

I appreciated the professionalism and hard work that my moving team had on move day. From the initial scheduling and through to the end of move day was a great experience for us. It was a very hot day and the team came through and completed the move with ease. I am thoroughly happy with Two Small Men!

Great help moving during a pandemic. Communication was hard due to temp phone numbers and delayed travel on our end, but 2smallmen got it together and brought us our stuff. Would certainly do business again.

It was the first time in our lives that we hired a moving company. They showed up on time, wrapped everything in blankets and got it all on the truck. Once at our new house they laid down runners and hauled everything in. Extraordinary attention to detail. Extremely happy with the service.

First time I've used a moving company so do not really have a comparison.
Arrived within 30-45 minutes of the arranged time, quick tour of what was to go/not go. My extra asks were 2 boxes and 2 mattress bags (about $20 per item)
I was guesstimating 3 hours max load/unload with two people. My estimate was off by an hour plus flat rate travel time. However, there was some delay due to the larger unboxed items that I had pre-arranged. (I did not realize kitchen chairs would need to be boxed and I never thought to inquire as it was a short distance move)
Overall positive experience, the contract was outlined well with office administrator and the mover reviewed before work started. Payment completed at finish.

Called the 1800# asking for a quotation from Red Deer To Kelowna. Got transfered to short hauler.when they picked up the phone they were extremely rude, unprofessional, talking over myself when asking a question.

They continued to ramble on about 13 days and 8 trucks etc etc. I had to jump in over them speaking and say i am a potental customer and i am just looking for a quote. They assumed i was someone who worked for the company. Completley rude, grumpy and constantly yelling to talk over the other person on the line. When they realized i was a potential customer their additude didnt change much after that.

Gave them my details for small move from Red Deer AB to Kelowna BC she said she would get back to me. Regardless of them getting back to me, i dont feel comfortable booking with this company just from the interaction that has occured just by calling to get a quote.

On October 13th, Ben, Daryle and Riley arrived first thing in the morning as scheduled to assist me with my move. The moving job involved dropping off items at a second address and then carrying on to take the bulk of the items to a storage facility.

Our moving job was underestimated because there was so much prep work for Ben, Daryle and Riley to do - packing TVs and framed pictures, shrink wrapping furniture, moving very expensive items and multiple large mirrors. They had to wrap everything because it was raining steadily and then unwrap it when they arrived at the storage facility.

The move also involved moving furniture down very long hallways to the moving truck, working with a small elevator, and requiring the ability to pack both the truck and the storage unit like a precise jigsaw puzzle with everything having to fit tightly to reach maximum capacity. Ben and Daryle had to continue on the job for many more hours than participated without taking a break just to get the job done. They were offered bottled water and were too busy working to take the time to drink it. Their hard work and ability to stack things in a miraculous fashion at the storage facility saved me from having to rent an additional storage unit to accommodate all of my furniture and boxes. That alone is a great savings to me in addition to the extremely reasonable cost that was charged by Two Small Men With Big Hearts.

Ben, Daryle and Riley were just above and beyond any movers I have seen before. It was like they were wrapping their own possessions. They took great pride in their work.

My husband and I hired many numerous moving companies over the last four decades (moving every two years) and Ben, Daryle and Riley were just gems, the best I've ever seen, and I have seen plenty, including other companies that had terrible customer service, movers who broke items and did not reimburse, etc.

Ben, Daryle and Riley worked non-stop. They were so professional, friendly, and very helpful and so supportive. I am an elderly woman who lost her husband recently and only had my two daughters to assist me with this big move. Having three strong capable men taking care of the heavy lifting and moving everything for us in such a professional and caring manner was a Godsend.

This is the 3rd time we have used 2 small men to help with a move. This time was very last minute and they were easy to accommodate. From the first phone call, to allowing us to pick up paper and boxes to being here at exactly the time arranged it was perfect and no stress. These guys are pros, from the word go. This was not just a point a to b move. We had a window of opportunity where we had 45 minutes of empty halls, and they were organized and had the move so well planned all within the first 5 minute overview that it was a breeze. They also managed to accommodate my wishes by bringing certain pieces of furniture to one destination before delivering the remaining furniture to the final destination.
Everything went off without a hitch, the guys were, upbeat, positive, friendly, social and very courteous. They were professional, obviously well experienced, motivated, have a great work ethic and sincerely genuine people.
From our first phone call to book the appointment, to picking up paper and then boxes, and then more paper and then their follow up call the day prior, to the comforting hand shakes of the movers, it was all 5 stars.
On a personal note, I was pretty stressed out over the move, but these guys that handled it, really handled my stress levels as well. They were truly awesome, they know what they are doing so to anyone who needs a great mover, let them do what they do so very well. And for your own piece of mind be happy and relax, stay out of their way, they got this.

We have used this company for a total of 4 moves and never a problem, they have always been in time, no damage and very curtiuos.

Should have taken an hour. I got to my place 30 min before them. Not sure if they went for coffee on the drive or what. We left at same time. They seemed to be trying to slow the process down by taking items further then o told them too. Total time doesn't was 1.5 hours. Was charged for two. Never again.

WE NEED MORE STARS to rate this company. Exceptional! We have had Richard on 2 occasions to move our furnature. In January it was Richard and another fella, and Last week it was Richard and Daryl. Outstanding service, exceptional care with our antiques, regular household items, as well as our freshly renovated home. Everything was taken care of as if they owned our things and home. Can't recommend them enough. Quality service, exceptional care and reasonable price!
