Movers where polite and helpful when making requests. Movers arrived within the agreed upon time frame and where quick to get to work. Price was the best I could find for a local move by a BBB credited business. Would recommend to others in the future.

I seriously recommend you steer clear of this moving company. I booked a small (1 bedroom) move on September 1 2023 with two movers, and paid the mandatory deposit. Approximately one hour before they expected to arrive, they tried to CANCEL the move. The reason? Well the gentleman on the phone called me to let me know that they had a 3 man crew they were sending, rather than the two, with a significantly higher cost. I asked if we could just stay with the 2 man crew that I had originally booked and paid the deposit for, because it was a very small move and I only had a few items. The man on the phone replied “well then we are cancelling your move”. Of course this was enormously stressful, as legally I had to be out of my condo in 3 hours. It’s both disrespectful and degrading for a company to take advantage of their customers in this way.

I did notify their team of my experience on September 2nd via their automated customer follow up survey. I only received an automated reply saying that their team would reach out within two business days. However, I never got a response from them. To be honest, I am not surprised because my impression of this moving company is that they lack compassion and do not value their customers. Choose any other company, you do not need the additional stress and panic when you are moving.

The two men who came were very respectful, hardworking (fast) and easy to delegate what needed to moved. I 100% recommend this company.

Wow! What can I say? Bernie and Art clearly exceeded expectations in every way! Their care and attention to furnishings - some antiques - at both the pickup point and final destination was amazing! They worked tirelessly to ensure that the overnight move for my 86 year old mama was seamless and worry-free. Kudos!

Was supposed to receive a call closer to our moving date to confirm details. Two days prior to our move and still no call so I had to go out of my way to contact them. I spoke with Jeff and at that point was told someone should have contacted us because they had allegedly overbooked their trucks and would have to reschedule our move. I will give him credit as he was very apologetic however that did not really help the situation as we were now forced to find another company to move us with only 2 days notice. After reading more reviews I see we are not the only ones this has happened to. Moving is already stressful enough and finding out two days prior to our move date that they would have to reschedule is absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and do not use this company.

Do not book with these guys. They failed to inform us that they needed to reschedule our move. We only found out since we called 2 days prior to confirm the time they would be arriving. This is ridiculous and the only solution is to move days later. That doesn't work when you need to be out of your place and have taken time off work and have everything packed. Save yourself the headache and book with someone reliable.
