Awesome people… it’s a family business doing work on cars for years. I know them for over 8 years and I always go to them for alignment job. They have always the best tools in terms of doing the job properly.you will always have an inspection sheet showing the before and after.
Mots importantly they will not charge you if you need work before doing the alignment. Also the prices are decent and they are very respectful people.

Booked our truck into Tyner Automotive for a steering wheel alignment, waited a week for the appointment, took the truck in first thing at 8: 30am, drove past the truck twice throughout the morning and it hadn't moved which seemed odd since I made the appointment a week prior, I called at around 1: 00pm to see how it was going and if I would have the truck back by the end of the day since I needed it back for work the next day. Their response was that the steering was all too rusty to be adjusted which wasn't the case, the truck didn't move all day and frankly I don't think it was even looked at since all the paint on the axle was new and it wasn't touched. I was thinking that maybe I would get a call if it did in fact need a tie rod end or something to make sure the alignment was perfect but nothing. I picked up the truck and went on my way, since looking up great reviews of Tyner Auto and hearing good things from word of mouth I was expecting more professional service. I ended up giving a shot and looking at it myself since I needed the truck fixed, it took around 15 mins to get everything loosened up and my steering wheel adjusted to perfect.

Great service from Tyner Automotive. Would definitely recommend. I had my truck in for some work recently and it’s so refreshing getting to deal with the owner and receiving personable service throughout the entire process. I was aware of what was going on through the entire repair process, and their recommendations were very honest, even referring me to the dealer for recall work which could have cost quite a bit more. I had recommended parts installed by them with multiple options included, with no pressure sales, just guidance and pure advice. Thanks again crew for the awesome job. Truck drives amazing now btw. Took my truck in to these guys and they fixed er good.didn't charge too much more or less than the other shops in town.

Just had my master cylinder replaced at Tyner. This place was recommended to me by my girlfriends family who get all their work done here & I'm glad they recommended it. They were quick, honest, informative & reasonably priced. I asked them to check my brake pads while they were changing my master cylinder & he did while on the phone with me & told me they were still good for awhile. Then I asked them to replace one of my headlight bulbs. They informed me the bulb seemed fine but I had a loose connection so they fixed it with no charge. I called around for quotes prior to Tyner being recommended & was quoted by 3 other shops at $75-$125 more than what Tyner charged me. Going forward this will be the place I take my car if needed.

This place was recommended to me by my friend who's into fixing and selling cars as very reliable garage. We have been servicing and fixing our business fleet with them for over 5 years now and are always very satisfied. I find them very honest and thorough. At one time they researched our Honda engine problem and suggested to contact Honda service and try to get it repaired there as it was a warranty issue even though we passed the warranty date by one month or otherwise the bill would be over $4K. We went to Honda and they honoured the elapsed warranty and did not charged for labor. We saved over $3K! Tyner could easily and legitimately make money on us but instead they chose to be genuinely honest and helpful. Highly recommended!

I recently used Tyner Automotive for two jobs. I was very impressed with Roland and his team. They did a great job of diagnosing the problem after other mechanics couldn’t and did the necessary repairs right away. He fit me in on both occasions even when the shop was busy. His shop is very clean and well organized which assures you things will be done right.

Brought in a BMW for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only did they perform the task professioally and in a timely manner, but also offered personalized advice. They truly care about customer experience.

Excellent customer service! They recommended a used manual transmission and brand new clutch to replace our failing transmission. The replacement unit had shifting issues so they took the car back in, installed another used transmission, another new clutch assembly and a 4 wheel alignment as part of the install procedure. Our old car now drives and handles like new. Professional service and top notch workmanship. Thank you to Roman, Eva and the team.

My husband recently was buying a used range rover. And the previous owner would only let us take it here as we wanted to get everything checked out before buying it. As I guess he was friends with the mechanics there.we trusted them to give us an honest report. They failed to let us know that the air ride suspension was leaking. Then when we finally found out it was leaking we took it back there they tried blaming it on another mechanic saying it wasn't like that when they checked it.when we went to the other mechanic he told us the owner and tyner were fully aware of the leak and said they didnt want it fixed.then they tried to charge us triple the price to fix it. These guys shouldn't be trusted.now today the e brake failed when they said it passed the test. This is in a matter of only 2 weeks. We are now pursuing legal action we are in talks with a lawyer to get a refund for all the $ we have spent. As they failed to let us know crucial things about this vehicle. These are all very important safety matters as well.

Nothing but the best with this company. I went here as a recommendation and was blown away at the quality of service. My entire family now goes here. My parent's car had problems that their dealer couldn't even fix and the people at Tyner were able to diagnose and correct the problem right away. Blown away.

I rebuilt the front end (all bushings, ball joints, shocks, spring isolators etc) on my vehicle earlier in the year. Dealt with another franchise-based local shop for *two* alignments; both times they failed to do the job correctly and tried to brush it off. I got my money back. I was busy with my business for a several months so we drove on the bad alignment and cupped (i.e, completely killed) my tires, so I'll replace them soon before the year is out.

Why the back story? Because unlike my (failed) experience a few months earlier.this time I was smarter in my selection process. I selected Tyner based on their positive online reviews and their high quality 3D (camera-based) alignment equipment. I was able to stand and watch the alignment procedure from the shop door. The alignment was done properly, step by step as I watched. Our vehicle now drives straight, the steering wheel is perfectly centered, and I respected the suggestion for new tires at the end (which I knew ahead of time) but not feeling any pressure asserted to purchase them from the shop.

The price of the alignment was also market value (not overpriced) so I feel I got the value that I was looking for; a simple job done properly.
