Love how easy and straight forward renting a van from this location is. They rebooked my rental without a hassle, I delivered the van late and got no upcharge, and the staff was VERY friendly and easy to connect with. Loved this service and will be using their vans again.

Great prices, better than most in or out of the area. Locker was clean and ready for use. Would love to reccomend this facility to others!

Having never hired a U-Haul before, the process was relatively simple and very affordable.

Literally the worst uhaul to get in touch with, I swear! You should at least have a few people in the office to answer some calls but they don’t sadly

Just moved to BC from AB. Their rates were the best around, and honestly we received excellent customer service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Big rats, small rats.this place has rats in the units, that ruin your things, eat through your boxes and they won't compensate damages. The reviews show the problem dates back to 2020 and they will tell you its your fault.manager was very hostile.stay away.

Great place to get moving supplies. Cheaper than other places, including Amazon. Was a very convenient location for us.

If you need help, I recommend coming to the location. They paid now attention to me when I was in the store than on the phone.

Also rented a storage locker. Some of the clientele was a little sketchy, but it's a self storage facility. I wasn't expecting more. Was very clean, though, and easy to rent.

Watch out.their sign for medium boxes says 1.89 each and online says 1.99 They say it's an old sign but never took it down and didn't honor the price. Shady. Dude that helped me w the boxes was nice thats why 3 stars but ppl inside zero stars.

Had a reservation ffor 3 lockers as they didn't have the 1 big loccker I needed so had to get 2 smaller as well as a parking spot. I reserved them all forr jan 30 and today jan 22 I was informed they are no longer avilible and were given to someone else.reservations mean absalutlly nothing to these guys

They were said to be open at 7am but did not open till 8am wicth put me behind schedule coasting me an extra 50 dollars for moving truck

Becky at the Hazelwood location is awesome. She went to bat for me multiple times and helped me so much.

This uhaul tried to take out the monthly payment out if my wife's account twice when the $$$ was in it. The bank gave us the evidence to present to uhaul so we could get the $50 service charge back and of course UHAUL WILL NOT GIVE US BACK THE SERVICE CHARGES when it was their complete failure. Time to get "Go Public" involved and have Uhaul investigated. This storage facility got rid of the manager who did an excellent job and now the new one is totally the opposite. Rude, not very helpfully and always looks unapproachable. The light bulb in my unit was burnt out so I asked for a new bulb and was told to buy my own. I have 2 unit that I pay good $$$ for and I have to buy the light bulb? Unexceptable and poor customer service. Their lucky I gave 1 star.

All I will say right now is mice and rats no one would help us had to throw away numerous pieces of furniture and other stuff. It was disgusting had to buy masks and gloves before anything could be done.

Amazing staff. Some unfortunate issues happened on my part but it was dealt with professionally and I was still treated with great customer care. Thank you!

This seems like a normal thing but moving is stressful they are professionals who make it manageable.

Worst experience I've ever had just trying to rent a truck. If I could give this place a -10 rating, I would.

Horrible place stay away. My dad was there 45 mins before closing, set him up with keys and then said actually give them back your out of time. So he had to start walking and hope to get a ride home and left with no truck. Stay away if you can, sounds like it isnt the first time with bad customer service here. Zero stars

Not recommended expensive and didn't have our vehicle ready had to drive to Hope then the vehicle kept breaking down

Excellent staff. Plenty of moving and shipping supplies. Uboxes for self loading or hire moving helpers to assist with the loading / unloading of Uboxes and or trucks. A good variety of storage unit sizes at a reasonable price. Clean units and climate controlled units.

This place saved us. We could not find a van anuwhere when our SUV broke down in Hope BC. Cindy the GM was so nice and so helpful to us. Very patient and got us a van. I would recommend this location. Very satisfied with our experience. Thank you Cindy!

Do not recommend, we rent a locker for our business storage and it is a 24 hour access but there is no lights in the units so yes you can go there at 4 in the morning but bring a flashlight because its darker than a ex wife's heart. Talked to staff about it they said to bad so sad. What a joke, do not recommend to anyone.

I live in the neighbourhood of this business. I am appalled by their high-flying tattered Canadian flag, a disgrace to our beautiful country. Have some respect and fix it. I am certain that it has negative impact on your business.

My husband and I drove out from Langley to pick up our trailer but our access card wouldn’t open the gate. After a frustrating 15 hold time with U-haul customer service, we needed up calling the site manager and she volunteered to drive in from home (after hours) to open the gate for us. After another 10 minutes on the phone with customer service they were able to fix my card. We called the site manager to let her know she could enjoy her night off. Super helpful staff and very friendly. Thank you for making our weekend!

Cyndi the manager is more than awesome and uhaul is extremely lucky to have her.
From the time I arrived looking to drop off my fully loaded trailer, I was treated with respect. Cyndi explained everything so I could make a educated choices.
I will definitely go back and use that uhaul establishment because of her again.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I reserved a 17' truck for 730am for 6 hours & it was approved. The next day I go to check it online, and now I am being given a 9' cargo truck for 2pm for 20 hours. I call to get thinga straightened out, and the lady just tells me that all they have is a cargo truck now cause the other trucks have all been booked. So she finds me a truck somewhere else. Great. & Now they have just called me to say that they can only give me a cargo van as well. What a waste of time & a comapny.

Staff at this location are fabulous to deal with! I am so happy i chose this location for my containers

Greasy owners. They'll do anything to charge you extra and/or keep your stuff in storage. Wouldn't shock me if there was inside theft jobs from the employees etc!

We delt with the old managers which was a nightmare! Thankfully they have new managers now who are both friendly and efficient.

BEWARE: THEFT from my unit and others broken into. Your belongings are NOT SAFE! Do not use Uhaul locks, my unit was opened on three separate occasions and the video surveillance was not functioning conveniently. Uhaul has since denied my claim after 4 months of trying to deal with their corporate offices.
