Honest and professional! I was bracing myself for a $300+ bill for screen replacement but when I brought my phone into "Deep" he gave me the good news that it was only my screen protector that was damaged. Wouldn't even let me buy him a coffee to say thanks. This Mobile Klinkik is run by a local tri cities small business owner. Of all the places where you can get a phone fixed, this is the one to choose!

Got a new Koodo number from Mobile Klinik, and it was great. Deep, the tech, made activation easy. Also got a repair discount for the new number. Great service, deep made it a good experience. Recommend for both phone services and repairs.

I have come a couple of times for broken screens. Deep was friendly and had my phone ready to go quickly. Will definitely come back.

Shoddy workmanship. I got my screen replaced 6-months ago and it stopped working and they refuse to fix. They returned it to me with dead pixels in the top right and they had the nerve to say that the dead pixels they gave me back my phone with is due to damage that I caused. Funny thing is my screen works if I put pressure where the dead pixels are, they likely didn't secure the screen correctly in the corners. Stay away from them if you can.

Don’t go here for laptop repairs.i went here and they - first of all didnt let me know this store was majority a phone repair store, while the website advertised all electronics - although this happened during covid, not sure if that’s changed yet.and it took 6 weeks to get my laptop back on something that couldve been a 3-7 day repair, with no communication whatsoever

Do not use this company! Shady af.
So much for honesty. I brought in a S21 ultra 512 gig for repair and they told me it needed a new mother board. I said ok and when I went to pick up the phone they tried to give me an S21 Ultra with 128 gig board. It also took 3 weeks to get the work done and everytime I called they asked me " which phone is yours"? I could go on.

Bit of a rip off. I got told a different PRICE AFTER they had replaced my screen. And they didn't do a good job of that, either. They somehow got dust underneath the front camera, so I couldn't even wipe it off. Idk if they did this out of spite or if they're just not trained well. And no warranty/refund!

Made an appointment for opening time to have my husband's phone fixed. We showed up right on time and the store wasn't opened yet. Waited around for 10 minutes and no one bothered to show up. Complete waste of my time.

Had my phone fixed at UreakIfix and the service was very good and prompt. Have a second phone to repair with them! Would recommend

Don't take your phone here. They take photos of your credit card and debit card and then go outside and sell your card to some unknown people to steal money from you.

Shattered my Pixel 6a screen and this place was the only one with available spare parts for the new model. Quick fix, very knowledgeable professional.

Don't waste your money. I got my pixel screen fixed, randomly my screen had a green line running though it. I went back to have it repaired under warranty and they admitted that when installing my new screen they messed up and bent it. They said it was a common issue and it had cracked underneath. They admitted to fault but refused to repair it under warranty. Don't waste your money, they don't back their work, they don't respect the warranty they offer, and they don't do a proper repair.

Quick and efficient service. I had a broken screen on my phone and had searched the whole city for someone who could fix it quickly. The service people here explained everything well and gave a good estimate of how much time it would take. Great service. Would recommend

I took my laptop there because it was so slow.they had it for weeks and no updates. I called them to check in and they asked what was wrong.that the employee working on it left the country and didn't leave any info. They then said they were waiting for a software update and I called again 1 week later. I was then told there was nothing they could do. They said I could take it to someone else.terrible custom service.

Good service. Didnt have to wait at all. The new screen that was replaced looks great and works like normal:) only thing is, the price was a littke high, but i guess you get what you pay for.

I called to ask, all they said bring in first so they can check the availability the parts, and the price for the service even if I said my device and what i needed to. So I walked in, they just say they can and the costs was way more expensive than original apple service charge. No idea why i needed to come, they could check on the phone, also they could tell me the costs earlier.

Great service! Had a quick look at my phone and determined the charging port was plugged up with something. Didn’t charge for this!

I brought my iPhone X to have the screen repaired. The people were amicable (although a bit pricy - $175 for a knock-off brand).

Less than 6 months later, many of the parts of the screen do not work. The screen is falling out of the phone. Sometimes it stops working altogether.

When I returned, I asked if they could fix it free of charge, since they did a poor job the first time. Instead, they offered me a $25 discount to redo the whole thing. Kind of funny - why would I pay for them to do another shoddy job?

Not a horrible place, but very disappointing that they did not provide quality products.

EDIT: I contacted the customer service centre, as they suggested. Same message "it's past the 1 month warranty, so we can't help you. ". If you can help it, I would highly recommend against using this company.

I brought a phone in covered under warranty and they replaced almost every part. I virtually received a new phone. It was also done while I waited. I would highly recommend using these guys.

The best and the fastest service I have ever seen in my life! After only few minutes I only registered my request in Bright cellphone insurance and without even notify them, they called me themselves that we are ready to give you services instantly! After 1 and half an hour I submit my request in Bright insurance I had my repaired cell phone. Thank you so much guys for your excellent service and support!

I went to get the battery and charging port fixed for my pixel 3. They did that, but my phone‘s loudspeaker got damaged. I cannot talk on speakerphone anymore. Terrible service, wasted 3 days and made me drive to Surrey and even then couldn’t fix my phone. I had to fight for my refund and the phone is worse now.

The only place I will take my electronics!

I came here to fix my phone after a corner was broken. The phone was fixed, cost a lot of money (which I was aware of), and it took all day. When I came to pick up my phone after all day, it still wasn't complete. The technician suggested a tempered glass cover to protect it, said it woud do a better job than the plastic one I had on. They didn't have any in stock, and said they would have some more at the end of the week. I waited a week, and when I came to get it placed on, they were out. I waited until Monday, got my tempered glass put on, and the technician didn't say anything else, so I put my case on and thought all was good. A few days later, the glass started to bubble, so I wanted a replacement and went it to get it fixed.
After wating again for stock to come in, I went in just to have the technician tell me the tempered glass doesn't work with any cases really and they will do nothing for me. Worst customer service, misleading information just to sell a product, and refusal to create a happy customer. Choose a different place to get your phone fixed.

Promised me to be fixed in one week. However, it's almost 3 weeks. Called them and the man said he will call me back. However, NO RESPONSE! I called them many times thereafter and nobody pick up my phone. I strongly suspect that they cannot fix my pad. Also, I don't know if I am able to get my pad back. Probably will call 911 if they keep refusing response to me.

Just drove two hours to have the guy reject service.first he said cause he didn't have the correct color phone replacement case, I responded I dont care just use the available color. He then just straight up told me no due to my insurance provider. Complete bs. Never coming here again. Would not reccomend.

I had a samsung s10 plus i broke last night called in this morning and they got me in right away, phone screen totally replced good to go in 2 hours no wait at all friendly aswell, highly reccomend qualtity work

I used to go to the Vancouver location to get my screen fixed, so glad to see they're nearby now. They fixed my son's screen and mine very quick & well! 100% recommend.
