My wife had a piece of a charging cord stuck and was preventing her from charging it.

We brought the phone here and it was fixed in no time (and free of charge). My wife is thrilled to have her phone back and we will return if we need anything else fixed!

Google pixel was damaged -swollen battery. They replaced with an OEM battery as they are an authorized Google Repair location. Repair is flawless.

The guy upfront was very helpful cleaning my charging port and now is working again! I definitely recommend this place

Replaced my iPhone screen in a couple of hours and unknown to me, there was a Black Friday special and they offered it to me. Highly recommend!

Always willing to help in a pinch. They do not treat you like a money pit. If it is something minor they notice when you walk in they fix it free and show you. Will always return to these super friendly skilled people here.

Amazing service!
I explained that my phone was not charging, he said he would diagnose it for no fee. Turned out it had pocket lint inside preventing a good connection. He removed it on the spot free of charge. I offered to pay as he had provided me a solution to my issue but he said no charge. ️
If I ever need my phone repaired in the future I will visit again & I recommend you do the same!

I booked my drop off appointment online. Took my son's phone in. Explained the issue, we discussed our expectations. They gave us a price quote and possible time limit for repairs. 3 days later, they sent a text notifying me or was ready for pick up. We got the phone back in perfect condition.
Everything about my transaction here was clear, there were no questions left unanswered, and they 100% held up their end.
I'm very impressed with the service, and will bring future repairs here.
Update: I've discovered they also repair gaming consoles!

Didn't answer ir call back horrible online eyp through both fido and telus automated system doesn't allow for variables and therfore blows goats duno if it's u break u fix tho my repair I did get done was great maybe telus and fido can fix the system and allow human interaction for variables?

Dude answers, before I even say two words he tells me he can't hear me, then in the less than 1 second it takes me to take the phone off speaker he's already hung up on me. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Efficient and friendly service. I would definitely recommend. Took in over a long weekend (they were open!) and received it back in about 7 business days (they had to order parts).:)

Don't bother making an appointment. They don't hold your place over the walk-ins and probably won't have the replacement parts in anyway. Not sure why they take appointments? That's twice I've driven two hours for nothing.

I already knew what was wrong with my phone: the battery was swelling and I broke the back cover initially confirming that. So it was a reasonably simple problem to solve. The fellow I dealt with was professional, gave me a cost at the outset and replaced the bits that needed replacing in the time he said it would take.

Not much more to say about it than that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They installed a new screen on my iPhone improperly, so obviously it stopped working again shortly after that (wasn’t even an actual Apple product btw). Then when I took it back they told me I would have to pay another $300 without even looking at it, just simply told me it would be $300 for another part. Went to another shop to get a second opinion and the screen had been installed improperly. When I went back to UBreakIFix to explain this they denied everything and refused to do anything more for me. Don’t trust these scam artists.

Had a problem and they sorted it out without having to leave it. They did the free option before doing any paid work. Awesome work guys.

I am SUPER happy with this place! I brought 2 macbooks in for repair. They had them fixed and back to me within 24 hrs. That is unheard of in this industry. I will be recommending them to all who ask.

I broke my phone and need it for work. Went in at 930 and it was fixed in 2hrs max. Promp, professional, good ppl. Next time I break my phone I'm coming here.

I had an old external hard drive from when i was back in Afghanistan with the army in 2010. The cable inlet had broken off the mother board and I haven't been able to excess the contents since. I have been sitting on the external hard-drive for the last decade. Yesterday i finally got around to bringing it into this place to see if their staff could excess the content in case there was some old photos I left on there. I dropped it off and a couples hour later buddy calls me and says the manages to excess it. Once i got there and checked the unit there weren't any photos. When I went to pay whatever their time was worth they said no charge, only hope was I would leave a review. Well I must say i was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be going back here in the future and would recommend it to anyone who has a problem i thing they could fix.

Fixed my smashed screen + speaker issue that had been going on. Crazy fast - they knew what they were doing. I had a broken screen fixed elsewhere in Kelowna about a year before on the same device & it was an unenjoyable multi-week experience.

I broke my phone screen last night and within 2mins i had an appointment booked online. My phone was fixed the next day for cheaper than the parts would have been for me to do it, highly recommend.

Yesterday I broke the screen on my phone. There was nobody in Vernon that could help me. I drove to Kelowna and the staff was amazing.going above and beyond. They even offered to work after closing so that I could have my phone back last night. Highly recommend this place!

Best customer service, professional and trained staff, highly recommended. Well organized, and i had a great experience. Keep doing good work.

Update: I cracked my screen, and they had it repaired quick and easy with 2-3hours which was awesome. However afterwards my speaker for my phone now was crackling and has a loud static sound, which makes it hard to hear people or play videos on my phone.

It wasn't covered under the repair of the screen, so I'll have to go and pay extra to fix that now; (I probably won't.) so that sucks. But they did fix the screen so that counts for something.

The guy I taked to was nice. Only took like 2 hours and 45 mins. But when I got it the water resistance seal was out a little bit and there’s a white spot it the screen. Could of just bin a faulty screen but other than that it was a good experience
