I have used the South Fraser Way Mobile Klinik multiple times now for a variety of issues, ranging from minor repairs, accessory purchases and recovery and retention of important data on devices.
I have always been greeted with a smile and a genuine interest in helping with whatever the need be.
If it is something that can be done quickly, they have made it a priority and had me looked after immediately and happily back on my way.

Brought in a super smashed up phone and he saved a bunch of pictures off of it for me. Took a long time and I could’ve made the process easier but I needed it all done same day and he got it done.

Shoddy workmanship. I got my screen replaced 6-months ago and it stopped working and they refuse to fix. They returned it to me with dead pixels in the top right and they had the nerve to say that the dead pixels they gave me back my phone with is due to damage that I caused. Funny thing is my screen works if I put pressure where the dead pixels are, they likely didn't secure the screen correctly in the corners. Stay away from them if you can.

Called to see if they were able to fix a lesser known brand cell phone and was told to bring it in. Only to be told in store that they don't work on them. Say that when someone calls in that you won't work on any of the other brands other than the big 3.

They quickly replaced the loud speaker on my iPhone XR. Parts were in stock and it was done in an hour without an appointment.
$140 vs $500 at London drugs.

They were quick to help fix a screen that was not installed properly at another location! Great and quick service!

I don't think I'm hard on phones. But I've been here for maybe 4 phone repairs. Some visits inside warranty, some outside. They get the process moving so quick, and every time I've had my phone back in around an hour. They give a callback to an alternative number, and you're good to go!

I don't know how they are with other electronics, but they're definitely worth trying. Who wants to replace things all the time, right?

Clean shop, relaxed feel. No pressure, no rush. They asked if I wanted a screen protector, but not in a pushy up-selling kind of way. Just a friendly inquiry.

Here is my situation:

The service here is great and should be applauded. The quality of their products is a different situation. Earlier this year, I broke my screen came in super quick and easy. Broke my phone again, this time it was an internal screen problem after a drop. Learnt my lesson.

After buying a new otter box, a very good screen protector. I picked up my phone off of the table to see it only turn purple. Meaning the screen on the inside of my phone cracked again.

If your wanting to replace your screen more then you think, this is a great place to go.

Ordered parts 6 weeks ago for my phone have not heard anything not even a call pretty dissapointing was told it would take a week at most.

I came in with my screen broken and i was unable to use my phone, I was so pleased that I was able to come in the same day I made my claim and only wait roughly an hour and a half before they were done! Great service and an added bonus of having friendly staff! I highly recommend this business!

Was out camping and shattered my s20+ screen. They were able to take it in right away and 2 hours later i was on my way with a perfectly working phone again. I went to fix my iPhone 11 Pro Max Sunday (front screen and back) the guy on the front Priyanka was very nice and gave me a straight forward price for the repair. I was very satisfied with price because it was affordable especially at this time of pandemic of Covid-19. They had my phone ready by the end of the day like they said they would. "I have never written any reviews. This is my first time and I just wanted to express my appreciation for the professionalism they presented with. My phone was not charging well and I assumed there was some issue with the charger port and went to them, being ready to pay up to 100$ if needed. They took 15 mins to replace charger port and gave me back my phone saying it's working fine. These guys are absolutely the best in the business and have the most professional service team in the area.
I took my phone for a screen repair and a few days later, the screen stopped working again. Came to realize that there was water inside which they took care of and didn't charge me anything. I would go t them again for any phone issues - highly recommended!
Priyanka is a great technician. He is the biggest asset to UbreakIFix. My charging port was not functioning properly and my screen was unresponsive. I thought I would be paying $175 for the screen and ~$100 for the port. I was quoted $196 for the screen that was not responding and the Charging Port was repaired on the spot. The total came to $174 including tax. Will definitely be back the next time I break my phone! Booked an appointment with them and they got me a new screen hooked up same day I came in.with added warranty if the phone has any other problems after the fix. Very knowledgeable. Got me back into my phone in a timely manner! Very pleased. Just wish they rooted phones as well. "

Ubreakifix Abbotsford is the best and are amazing! I thought my phone iPhone 11 Pro Max was broken beyond repair. They had it fixed in 40 minutes. The staff are extremely kind, communicative, clear and supportive. I tried Genius bar and various other places suggested on Apple's website and they all either didn't have availability or put me on hold forever. They can also put a screen protector on for you, which is convenient and not expensive at all. Overall very happy, will go again! Price. Great people and business model. Makes the Apple store feel like you’re going to a rectal exam. Was able to get in quickly and the phone was repaired in 30 minutes. They are super friendly too.

UbreakIFix, Abbotsford is the best repair store out there! Having three teens at home, I've replaced a fair number of iPhone screens here - always done before time, for a better price than elsewhere, and with OEM quality components indistinguishable from the original. This time we went expecting a big bill for repairing our iPad Pro 12.9". Could not plug in power charger. Turns out the charging port inside broke and a piece of it was still in our iPad. They fixed it in not time. It took all for them to open the iPad infront of me, they showed me the broken charging port and replaced it with soldering under a microscope! Will go back here for future repair needs! These folks are top notch and will go above and beyond to help out their customers. They have a repair guarantee that they definitely live up to. Took my water damaged iPhone there. They cleaned it and got it back to me in a day. Although the volume button was irreparable phone works solid.

He was able to dry out the phone & replace the display/screen within 24 hours. I recently broke my iPhone XR and an employee by the name of Priyanka helped me out. Instead of just fixing the phone, he listed all my options and the pros and cons of buying through people online. Service was amazing and will recommend to anyone I know needing their phone fixed. Also they answered all my questions with so much patience and when I requested him if he can replace the screen while I wait because I was going back to Whistler, he instantly acknowledged my request and provided me prompt service in front of my eyes. And I was good to go in 20 minutes. I recommend this place to everyone and I will be definitely going to only this place for any phone concerns. Thank you very much! We also had an iPhone battery replaced today and we were offered the best customer service. Apparently the screen had a bit of a chip on the side and broke when it was being taken off. It was replaced for free along with a screen protector without question. Such friendly staff and it was done very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Never seen a screen protector applied to a phone the way this young man applied it. Literally took seconds! Protector applied itself, after top portion was positioned on phone. Zero air bubbles. Brilliant! Happy to have found a place I’ll return to. What’s more, I paid cash. This young man either didn’t have change or didn’t want to handle/give back coins. He was going to take a loss as he rounded down for me. After the excellent customer service I received I wasn’t going to allow that, so chose a different payment option. He laid out everything he was going to do and when something would cost me money. Very upfront and honest about everything, with very quick service. Would always recommend

Came into Ubreakifix, Abbotsford 20 mins after they opened! Was immediately greeted! Explained my situation, and he got right to it! Stopped the other thing he was going and going right started fixing my phone! I’ve been stressed all morning without it! So they saved my day! Great prices, clean environment, and parking was easy as well. Found the place perfectly fine, and I’ll be returning for further fixing needs! I never have cracked any device's screen in like 12 years of owning phones but Friday the 13th revealed some bad luck and my phone's screen got cracked from a drop onto pavement inside a case. My phone got tugged out of my hand as it was attached to my charging port inside my car and let loose,
smashing the corner front glass of my Galaxy. I have always paid for extra insurance on my phones but have never actually needed it, until now, and boy I'm grateful I kept it! For $50 something after tax, I brought it in the next day and 2 hours later I came back to my repaired phone. Really happy with uBreakiFix!
