I have been using these guys for years and won't go anywhere else to get my phone or tablet fixed. They always have the parts on hand and can repair my devices in under an hour. I don't even fret when something breaks because I know they can have it fixed same day.

Needed a screen replacement on my iphone Xr and it was done in 30 minutes and cheaper than at an Apple Store.

Sent in my ps5 for repair. When I received it the disc drive doesn't work. Looked through the ps5 error code history, there were no attempts to try and fix the problem. Instead paid 60$ to clean my console

A Telus sales person had put my SIM card slot in backward. The ubreakitifix repair man fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me. Really nice experience to find someone competent and nice.

Came In as I thought my screen was smashed. They were honest, friendly and helpful and replaced the screen protector where most people would have just gone to the back and pretended they needed to replace the screen.

Had a Galaxy S7 that's seen better days. The headphone jack no longer worked.they were very honest and told me, as I had already thought, to try and fix it was dangerous and expensive since the whole phone had to come apart. I was about to leave, when they said there was one thing they could try. 2 minutes later they came back with the phone fixed and when I tried to pay for it they wouldn't let me. Very, very impressed with their professional, courteous, benevolent attitude. Thank you!

I have an iPhone that suddenly did not turn on and was constantly trying to reboot. I took it to the north van location and the team there was very helpful, kind and knowledgable. My touch screen on my phone stopped working at 4: 30pm I got to there shop at 6: 25pm. They had my phone fixed for 7 pm. This is service that you don't usually see. Very impressed with my visit and their service. I would recommend them 100% to anyone that desperately needs there phone to run a business. They saved me a HUGE headache.

I have had my phone fixed twice here.

1st time to replace a badly damaged front screen. My insurance company adivsed me that the minor scratched on the back may not be worked on during this time. Amd or the minor scratch on the frame. When the fellow opened my file, I showed him the extra damages on my phone. He said they were covered in my insurance and quoted me an hour. I was so happy I bought him lunch.

2nd time was again a broken front screen. I was quoted 3hours. They finished fixing my screen in 45minutes. My day went from being the most dramatic to not having my phone, to suddenly delighted and satisfied.

Bravo to consistently good work.

Never seen a screen protector applied to a phone the way this young man applied it. Literally took seconds! Protector applied itself, after top portion was positioned on phone. Zero air bubbles. Brilliant! Happy to have found a place I’ll return to.

What’s more, I paid cash. This young man either didn’t have change or didn’t want to handle/give back coins. He was going to take a loss as he rounded down for me. After the excellent customer service I received I wasn’t going to allow that, so chose a different payment option.

Their ticketing system has glitch as they claim and in past 3 weeks I have had 12 phone calls 5 chats with highest authorities of brightsrar to help this out. Brightstar claims everything is OK at their end but UbreakIfix simply claim they have not received the ticket and refuse to fix my mobile. They don't try to help this at all, like there is no appetite to do the job.

I came here to get my iPhone XR fixed as I dropped it & the screen was dysfunctional!
They replaced the screen very quickly (I only had to wait 1hr1/2), and it seemed to work, though I didn’t properly function check it.
When I came home however, some keys on the phone didn’t work, but as it was too late I couldn’t go back to the shop.
I had to wait a few days to come back, and in the mean time, my phone unfortunately suffered water damage.

When I came back to the shop to get the initial problem fixed, they told me the phone had had water damage. After some back and forth, Mohan was very kind to fix the screen problem, even though there was apparent water damage.

Went to get my shattered screen fixed. Price was as expected, service was great. Was able to wait for the replacement and be done in 25 minutes. Would definitely go back!

I did the 14.0.1 update on my 6S but it got stuck on the "Update complete" screen. After trying to restore it with iTunes, it restored the phone but again got stuck when the phone wanted to activate. I took it to them and within 30-40 minutes they fixed it. Make sure you have backed up on iCloud or computer to restore it once they wipe it

Really nice people. I went to store to buy some double side adhesive for replacing a broken screen myself. They are so generous and cut a long strip for me for free, even though they never had business with me before and won't get my business this time as well. Save me a lot of hassle to look for the adhesive.

I took my iPhone 7 to these guys June 18th and was told the repair would 5 days. Only after chasing them 6 times was I told they lost my address. Why they didn't call me and ask for it or why it wasn't in the or computer is very odd. Now July 4th I still don't have it back but atleast it shipped. Also I called them and was given a price for a microphone repair but when I dropped it off the price was twice what I was given over the phone. The instore exam took 30 seconds, he just called the phone and listened to it on the other end. They also wanted cash only for return shipping. I regret leaving it there and prepaying. I suggest trying another company. If I hadn't been in a crazy rush I would have found another company. Hope you learn from my experience.

I suspected that my phone battery is dying down and drove to this place for a battery replacement, but a guy inspected my battery usage and figured that my battery was performing fine and I may have started using my phone more these days. It turned out to be the case and after tweaking some settings to optimize power consumption, my phone appears to be doing fine. Really appreciate these guys not rushing me into getting my battery replaced and saving me some money! I'll definitely consider them in future.

Repair my water damage phone that contains my valuable work related data inside, I never expected we can revive data from that phone but they did it.

I have visited this place a few times now because I was pretty clumsy with my phone. Twice I dropped my phone in February and had a badly cracked phone screen. Each time they were able to fix my phone and return it looking brand new. It takes them about 30 minutes to do the repairs. There's a mall up the street and plenty of restaurants near by so the wait goes by pretty fast. I found out about them through my phone insurance. Dealing with the insurance is another story, but dealing with Ubreakifix was very easy. The last time I went I decided to also buy a liquid screen protector for some extra drop protection. They installed it right in front of me and explained how the liquid works. I felt taken care of walking out of there, and I was comforted knowing they offer a warranty on there service. If anything goes wrong related to their repairs I can bring it back and they will fix it. These guys know they're stuff and have great customer service. I hope that I don't have to see them anytime soon lol, but I highly recommend them.

Great experience, waited 2 minutes in line my phone was dead and would not charge. Feroz and Mohan checked the charging port and tried to clean it, They went under a microscope and fixed the pins on my charging port.back in 30 minutes and said it was all fixed! When I asked how much? Only labor charge.stand up service. If I was not from out of province I would always come back. Thanks

I would not recommend this place for iPhone repair at all. They use low quality products for repair, I had to come back once because they gave me a faulty dot connector then again because they gave me a faulty battery as for there repair job my Apple Pay doesn’t work anymore I will have to open up my phone to see what they truly did inside.

Took my tablet in today (it was on but screen was black, didn't work after all the tricks to hard reset). They briefly looked at it, and said the screen would need to be replaced and that it would cost around $200. Took it to a second place, and they said the same thing. Since I was about to throw it out, I followed a guide online, opened it up, and disconnected and reconnected the battery and screen connectors. Tablet works again just fine! Took around 10 minutes to do the work.

Great place. I've had several screen and back glass repairs done on my galaxy S8+ at this location, and I've been very happy each time. Only one of the three times I've been there has an item had to stay overnight due to parts availability. Every time the repair was excellent; the phone looks new each time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have also compared prices of repairs and the accessories they sell to those of other repair shops and I have found theirs to be very competitive. They were even willing to price match when I found a better price elsewhere. Overall I'm a happy customer and will return here in the future.

The reviews are right. Great service and fast turnaround. Fixed a broken screen and a damaged front microphone from a bike incident. Would recommend.

Very disappointed. Told I was ok for pickup TWICE and both times the console was not ready. Seemed unable to diagnose issues and far from confident with fix. Will most certainly seek help elsewhere for me next repair.

At the direction of Samsung, I brought my phone here for a warranty repair. They said they could not do it, but would need to send it to the Samsung repair depot. They said the turnaround would be in a few days. Its been 6 weeks and no sign of the phone and no communication. I called in and they said they are waiting.

Updated the score as the company explained the delay (Samsung supply issue).
