I bought a Google PieXL 6 in November and the warranty expired, so I paid $280 to have the screen repaired. The repair shop that Google cooperates with gives me a one-year warranty. There is also a problem with the screen in December. When I went back to the repair shop, he said there was no warranty. He asked me to tell Google that I would only get warranty if they (Google) were willing to pay. This was obviously a repair problem of the store. As a result, they were unwilling to admit it and put the responsibility on Google. The store does not recommend it, and please Google not to cooperate with them. If they have no credibility and are unwilling to give warranty, they should not say that they have warranty. The $280 repair was not repaired and I had to spend money to buy another phone. Report to Google and they want me to spend my own money to buy the phone! You heard it right!

Came in to replace the dying battery of my iPhone X about a month ago. I needed it replaced as I was about to travel and apple just increased their battery replacement charges so I wanted to find cheaper alternatives.

Ozair was the one who helped me out and he was great. He was friendly and answered every question I had. He got the job done fairly quick as well. Saved my butt from having to lug around an external battery on my trip. Battery is still going strong. Thanks Ozair!

My mom said to give this place a good review because she forgot her email password. They fixed the camera lens on her iPhone (it had a scratch that mad the flash reflect and cause a little flare looking thing) really quickly the day before she was leaving for a long planned and anticipated trip.

Very fast and efficient service. 'Karan' was very friendly and thorough, he replaced my broken Moto Edge 30 screen within 1 hour and now it's like brand new again. Thanks again for everything, much appreciated!

I just got my phone fixed at uBreakiFix Richmond BC yesterday and they were super helpful! My phone was completely fixed (front screen, back camera, and back glass) in about 45 minutes! I will definitely return to this location again when I inevitably drop my phone again.

Kapoo at ubreakifix at this location was amazing, told me information to look out for on my phone insurance policy. Which saved me 200 dollars. He fixed it and everything works like new. Took 45 mins.

My iPhone SE still works great, just needed a new battery. I figured, if it's broken in the process then oh well, then I will finally just get a new phone. I popped in to ask if they could do it, I left to go get a coffee and came back in 30min and it was done, works perfect. #RightToRepair!

I had a broken Pixel XL that was completely dead and wouldn't even charge, so I went here to get it fixed. Mohan has able to quickly and easily repair it, and it works like brand new. Highly recommended!

Ubreakifix Richmond is the best repair store out there! Having three teens at home, I've replaced a fair number of iPhone screens here - always done before time, for a better price than elsewhere, and with OEM quality components indistinguishable from the original. This time we went expecting a big bill for repairing our iPad Pro 12.9". Could not plug in power charger. Turns out the charging port inside broke and a piece of it was still in our iPad. They fixed it in not time. It took all for them to open the iPad infront of me, they showed me the broken charging port and replaced it with soldering under a microscope! Will go back here for future repair needs! These folks are top notch and will go above and beyond to help out their customers. They have a repair guarantee that they definitely live up to. Thank you fellas, I'll be back and you'll be my top recommendation.

I came in today, November 2nd, at around 1: 30PM to repair my phone screen. Due to my work, I needed my phone back within the same day. I called Apple and they said this was not possible within same day, and quoted me over $400+!
I called ahead and asked if a same day service was possible. The man on the phone assured me it was possible. Upon arrival I met Mohan and he was so polite and helpful! He told me he could have my phone back to me within the hour.

He delivered on his promise and I received my phone within 40 minutes! Afterward he helped me find a proper case, and set me up with a protective screen to help prevent breakage! Much better service than I have ever received from Apple! Thank you Mohan!

I broke my iPhone and the employee in store helped me out. Instead of being a sleazy salesman, he helped me out listing all the different screen qualities they have in store to offer. Service was amazing and will recommend to anyone I know needing their phone fixed. Also they answered all my questions with patience and he sincerely replaced my screen whilst I was waiting in the store browsing their extensive case collection for phones. They had great service, fast paced technicians and great quality service. Overall it was an amazing service, and I will highly recommend anyone in the area to honestly utilize their great repair and sale services for all their phone related needs.

I had dropped my Samsung s8's screen the day before the phone got submerged into a vat of water; doubling the possible screen damage/water damage. I brought it into Ubreakifix, Richmond in a bit of a frenzy, and he set the expectations and price from the start so that I would know exactly what the best outcome and worst outcome could be. He was able to dry out the phone & replace the display/screen within 24 hours. The price too was competitive and he even gave me 15% off of the final bundle price as I also had to buy a new case & screen protector. He is very professional and quite trustworthy. Top tier service. Really competitive price and great quality of repair. He is also very informative, friendly, and quick with communication.

So I didn't pick my phone up until 3: 06 and the review was left at 3: 04. The employee took over a minute grabbing my phone which I thought was odd but didn't think anything of it at the time.

So when I picked up my phone I didn't open any apps because I didn't need to use GPS to get home. I had just inspected the employees work, and seen the glass was repair as requested.

Today I receive a reply to my supposed review. This is just ridiculous and unprofessional on so many levels.

Outstanding service, reasonable pricing, and amazing turnaround time! Mohan was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop for your mobile phone repair needs.
