Rachna was wonderful to deal with. She was so helpful and very understanding. She also explained everything about scan. I would really recommend U C baby.

The sonographer is really accommodating and very informative throughout the whole ultrasound process. Location is easy to find as well.

Wasn’t able to determine the gender. Didn’t try for extended period or anything was barely in there 15 minutes. Overall very disappointing experience

This was an absolute miracle to see. You can't miss out. The treatment here at the Surrey Clinic was phenomenal. Our technician was like part of the family and really did her best to get us the best pictures and video. I am over the moon seeing my son for the first time

The service is just perfect! In our first appointment my baby has her hands blocking her face all the time so they offer me to reschedule another day to make better pictures of her. However, in the second time my baby had not only their hands on her face, now one foot was there too
The doctor was trying so many ways to take great Sneak peak of her and finally she made it. Furthermore, they give us tons of gift cards, a book of food for kids, and some free samples.
Overall the service was more than what we expected so I truly recommend to take nice pictures to your little baby?

Booked for 30mnts package and had great experience in UC Baby Surrey! Our baby boy was not cooperating at all but we did not need to rush. She provided us enough time and environment for good pictures with nice guides. Facility was clean and comfy as well.

Tech was very helpful and accommodating. My baby was covering her face the whole time for the 1st and 2nd visit but she was able to get cute and decent photos for keepsake. Did not rush my session at all and I felt like VIP. Thanks UC Baby Surrey!

We went in for the bronze package (15 min) but baby's foot was in the way of the face so we couldn't get a good view. We ended up being able to stay for almost 45 minutes with the tech trying their best to get baby to move and get a good picture. She was very sweet and friendly.

I purchased the ultimate package promotion for $195 to make sure that we’ll see clearly the full face of our baby in case he’ll get to shy in the camera. Technician is patience but a bit too slow to capture the right angle and clear picture. We got the 3D, unfortunately, didn’t know they can do 4D at all as it is too blurry. For the package we got, not worth it. I advice to grab the cheapest package they have since the technician is patience enough to wait for the clear picture. It’s just unfortunate that ours is so disappointing and hoping we just took the bronze package which is the cheapest one. I would recommend to look for a 4D Ultrasound instead of 3D. Would rate 1 star for what it’s worth but made 2 stars for the technician’s patience.

Wonderful experience, we really appreciate and thank Mrs. Rachna Kaur for giving us a detailed and pleasant overview of our baby’s growth and giving us some nice pics of the baby showing some good profile and also was able to capture the baby’s smile and yawn in 3D. It was a wonderful experience. The technician is very knowledgeable and polite. We would give more stars if we could for the happy moment of us. Thank you UCbaby.

Today we went to this location for bronze package (15 min). I had great experience and I want to share with you guys. The technician is very kind, cooperative and friendly. As the session started the baby’s face was not clearly visible because baby is covering it by hands. Technician was very nice, she worked very hard for 40 mins until we got satisfied and did her best to show us baby’s face and gave us very good and clear pictures of the baby. We are very happy to see our baby for the first time. Thanks Madam.

Had a great experience. We booked a 15 minute appointment but were not rushed at all when baby wasn’t in right position for pictures! Was even offered an appointment to come back and try again for gender confirmation. We really valued the time they spent with us and had an awesome time!

We came in the yesterday for a gender ultrasound after a referral from a friend.

The tears we cried and the moment we got to have together will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Not only were was our technician welcoming, but she took the time to get baby to cooperate, show us the heartbeat, baby moving and more. I’m so grateful and so happy with our experience.

Our experience with Rachna was amazing. She was so patient when our baby was sleeping and we couldn’t see the gender because the legs were blocking. She tried for almost an hour and even let us come back a second time so we could find out the gender. She was so helpful with any questions we had and it was such a wonderful experience. We also love our heart beat bears and 100% recommend UC baby to anyone.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment to find the door locked. Called the phone number posted on the door, no answer.
Finally, 6 minutes past my actual appointment time a lady showed up. There was no apology or explanation.
The appointment was not what I envisioned it to be. I brought my four year old, thinking the technician might interact with her and show her the baby on the screen.
The technician remained very quiet and did not interact even with me much at all. Although I did walk away with some good photos, I left feeling the experience wasn't worth the price at all.

We had a such nice time with being able to see and meet our little baby. The 3D image experience was well worth it! I would recommend getting one of these especially for dads who want to try to connect with their little baby. It was amazing to see our baby like she was right there and the ultra sound tech Rachna was so kind and gentle with my wife. Thanks for a great experience.

Great experience! I have an anterior placenta and baby wasn't cooperating much, however the technician went above and beyond to get good images and was very patient and kind. We were able to get beautiful pics of baby. We're so happy! We recommend this place 100%

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at UC Baby Surrey location. I was told the gender of my baby while I watched her play around on the screen in front of me. The ultrasound tech was thorough and explained what exactly I was looking at. - she did not rush my appointment. My baby was upside down in my belly so the tech gave me an opportunity to go for a little walk to see if she would flip over. The tech provided me with numerous great photos and emailed them to me very quickly! The room was sterile, the office was calming and I felt very comfortable. 5 star experience!

We’ve been 3 times and they were all delightful! This is a great location to visit they make you feel comfortable and really take the time to give you an amazing experience!

We went to UC Baby in Surrey today and had a great experience. The technician was very nice, patient, and informative and made sure to take extra time to get us some perfect pictures despite the fact that the placenta was covering half of the babies face. We were really pleased and will let our friends who are expecting know about the pleasant experience we had!

Initially I went to UC baby in Burnaby, was very disappointed. Seemed very commercial and transactional. Did not have good experience with tech at all. They made everything so rushed. Then I took a chance for my 3D ultrasound in surrey. Had an amazing experience. She took her time and did not make me feel rushed. Captured lots of picture even when baby wasn't being very cooperative. She made me feel very comfortable and did not rush me at all. I have great pics of my baby and it was amazing experience. Highly recommend this place!

Friendly relaxed and professional. Got lots of great images and they actually let me, the dad into the appointment, which these days is a nice but rare thing.

Had such a great experience today at UC baby 3D ultrasound. We had a really hard time trying to get a clear photo of our baby's face but the girl didn't give up until she got a good photo. She went 15 minutes over our appointment time because she let me walk around and drink something sugary just to see if I could get her moving inside. Definitely would recommend this place!

We had an amazing experience at UC Baby Surrey location. The technician was super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She made the experience even better. Though the package was for 30 minutes, they took extra time to try getting best face pictures of the baby. They also offered us another free visit as we were not able to get the best pictures on our first visit. It was wonderful seeing baby activities in there. The experience was very satisfying and worth the money spent.

I really enjoyed my visit to this ultrasound clinic! Due to covid practices it was nice to bring the hubby to finally see the ultrasound live. Practitioner was also very lovely, she explained the baby's movements, what we were seeing, and was super sweet about everything. Would definitely recommend this to other couples, who want to share the ultrasound experience but haven't been able to.

Quality of Pictures and Videos so great and clear and get access of all the pictures and video online personal acoount setup so we can download. I had really great experience. Office is very clean, staff is very friendly.technician is very supportive, she give us good enough time to see our baby, me and my husband really enjoy that moment. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience here: warm, calm, professional. It means so much to be able to come with my husband and daughter to find out baby's sex, together. This was my favourite ultrasound, even though of course I am getting all the diagnostic ones as well.
The space is also clean and nicely laid out and I loved the big screen to watch baby!

It was ok. We chose this place because as everyone knows by now, your partner can't come with you to actual medical ultrasounds right now.

I'm giving 2 stars because we booked a specific time, and they didn't even acknowledge us. The couple there before us was taking so long to pick out what photos they wanted to print. Meanwhile, 15 minutes has gone by and we are still waiting for our appointment to actually start. There was no urgency to get this couple to hurry up. And you would think with covid, they would space appointments out better. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere, nor was there any cleaning supplies out or a plexiglass barrier.

They did not clean the counter after the other couple left either.

The tech was nice but not very engaging. Also, the photos wegot were so blurry. They need to invest in better quality and newer machines. Especially at the prices they charge.
