UC Baby 3D Ultrasound

I came in for a sneak peak apt to have my two older kids see the baby as an experience and I felt like I saw the baby maybe 3 min, I figured maybe 10 min we would spend seeing the baby and showing our two kids but maybe I’m wrong. The quality of pics to choose from weren’t the greatest and our tech didn’t really sound to enthusiastic, didn’t make convo it felt very awkward and rushed. We left and my partner immediately felt like it was a waste of $110. We want to do 3D at 28 weeks as we did with our other two kids but probably will be looking elsewhere come that time.

Great experience. They were very on time and offer 20% off a 3D ultra sound if you come for the second time!

Was hesitant about doing the 4D scan but it was so worth it. Mone was wonderful and took time to ensure we got some good photos. Would do it again for sure!

What an absolutely wonderful clinic. We had a gender reveal planned this weak and then found out the ultrasound wouldn't inform us of the gender. UC Baby was so amazing to fit us in on short notice and save our special day.

Had a great, intimate experience at the Abbotsford location. Our tech explained everything and when baby wasn’t overly cooperative she stopped and had me do some exercises to ensure we got some good pics which we did! Very happy with the service.

Had blood work done to determine gender. UC baby was able to confirm blood tests were right and that we are having a baby boy at 16 weeks! Will return for future scans.

Mona and Rachna both are very gentle and patient. They take full time to explain and show movements, pictures and heartbeats.

A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. A live streaming app from our phone devices were made available for those who remained in the waiting room between viewings. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. My only critique for this specific location would be to enhance/improve on the clinics décor and window signage, as it was quite poor for a private-pay medical setting.
