Ucluelet Aquarium

MUST SEE if you are visiting Tofino or Ucluelet.

Take your sweet time when you visit. The more you look, the more you’ll see. Super impressed with the variety of marine life here, and I love the sustainable catch and release concept. Super helpful staff too.:)

We’ll be back every time we visit now, especially knowing the marine life gets switched up seasonally.

We went there spontaneously at a rainy day and were amazed at how cool this aquarium is! There is just one big room but we could easily spend hours in it without getting bored. A lot of love in the details and very committed employees who like to explain more when asked.

The idea behind this aquarium is nothing less than ingenious and groundbreaking for all human animal husbandry. The aquarium is so intelligently designed that I don't know anything else like it. In addition, the people there are extremely knowledgeable and at the same time totally helpful.

Incredible aquarium! So much marine life to look at and definitely a better experience knowing the species are locally caught and released. Informative displays and friendly staff. Especially recommend to anyone with small children!
