Paul helped me through a terrible situation.
My motherboard had issues while rendering a very important client project.
At first I tried to contact memory Express but they said that they had a 2 week queue which was not possible considering the tight deadline I had.

He acted fast and did not hesitate to let me know about any solution to my problem.

We found many solutions together and he even installed a new SSD that he had in stock.

He literally saved me from an extremely tight deadline and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. I highly recommend his service for the flexibility the communication and the price of his service!

Had a performance issue with my laptop and Paul met me that same night, at a convenient time for me, to pick up my laptop. I got my laptop back the next early morning (since I had class to go too) and it was working perfectly! It was super convenient for me as a student and I highly recommend Paul!

My laptop lost its ability to connect to the internet all of a sudden, and despite the super short notice and it also being a statutory holiday, Paul was super helpful and was able to get my laptop back to me on the same day! Totally saved my assignment I had due that night. His rate was super fair and he even called to give me a follow-up, which was really kind of him. Definitely recommend if you're ever in a pinch!

Paul at UHelpCo fixed a major issue with my computer. My laptop screen would not turn on. With work deadlines looming, I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Paul quickly arrived and picked up my laptop.

He was very prompt with communication and kept me updated on his progress and pricing. He was able to diagnose an uncommon problem with the computer, and then diligently worked on complicated repairs. He also offered other solutions and pricing should the problem persist. Luckily, Paul was able to fix the malfunction and I received my laptop within two days, all for an extremely reasonable price.

I highly recommend UHelpCo for any computer repairs. Paul is very reliable and his primary concern is helping his customers.

10/10 experience. My laptop crashed on me on Saturday morning, worst timing ever with work. Paul offered to let me drop off the laptop to him and when we heard I'd be taking an Uber he offered to come pick up the laptop! The laptop is up and running now thankfully, but will definitely be using his services in future. Great customer service and technical service!

Paul is good at communication, aware of the needs of customers. His service was accurate in surprisingly low price. He picked up my laptop (I spilled coffee on it) in the intersection and took it to his workplace where customers are not allowed. This system was new to me but he repaired my computer 100%. It only took 2days. And he was updating the status which relieved a lot. I highly recommend this place.

Paul did a great job replacing my laptop screen! He gave a fair price and was very accommodating with my schedule when I was trying to find the time to come pick it up after the repair.

Paul was incredibly helpful with my broken laptop. It randomly stopped working at roughly 7pm one night so the late drop off time was very helpful. Paul had it ready by 10am the next morning! The price was also quite reasonable, and Paul was very friendly. 10/10

At first I thought the service was good but I ended up losing $360 dollars and I still need a new screen. Paul replaced my laptop screen, it came out displaying colours with a bad contrast. I followed all his instructions, e.g, updated BIOS, changed colour calibration and turned the night mode on/off, but the colours are not displayed well regardless of all that. My eyes hurt from working with such display. My roommate could also see that the colours are displayed badly. I asked for refund and Paul told me that yes, he can see the difference in colours, but if my eyes hurt from the display, that’s my problem, not the screen’s

He went on explaining how good this new screen is, but if it does not display colours correctly and hurts my eyes, it doesn’t work for me. He still refused to take it back and refund me.

Result of dealing with Paul: spent $360 on a screen that doesn’t display colours correctly and hurts my eyes. Cannot use my laptop. Have to spend another ~$360 elsewhere for a new screen.
Save your nerves and money and have your devices fixed elsewhere.

UPD: Paul reached out saying I didn’t mention good sides of his service in this comment lol. Okay, to be fair, here they are:
1. He replaced my screen in 3 days. Great. Did I get a screen that displays colours properly and is good to work with for me? No. Instead, I am spending more time on trying to make Paul’s screen work and bringing it to a 3rd party for diagnostics
2. Original price he named me was $450. When I wanted to take my laptop elsewhere, he made me a discount and the new price was $360.
-> Now, I brought my laptop with Paul’s screen to BestBuy for diagnostics and for screen replacement if the screen can’t be fixed. Screen replacement at their site is $335, without any discounts, including delivery right to my home. Yes, it will take them a week, maybe more, but if they get me a proper screen that doesn’t hurt my eyes, I am happy to wait.

I will update this posting as soon as I hear back from BestBuy’s specialists. Paul said he'll only take responsibility if a 3rd party specialist verifies that his screen cannot display colours properly. Will see if he actually will.

Paul was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the repair process. I needed an urgent repair, and Paul fixed my laptop in 1 day when most other places were claiming it would take 4-5 days. He also gave me a great rate, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Great service, 10/10.would recommend to everyone.
