Ultra Wash Laundry Service

Unbelievably rude. The older guy running the place today almost seemed to be going out of his way to be unfriendly. My blanket smelled unwashed after using triple loader and a detergent pod purchased from them.
A customer there whispered 'he's always like that'
Definitely taking my business elsewhere next time.

So glad I found this place. As long as I loved here always assumed there was only 1 good laundromat in town. These guy are very polite and helpful. They don't have a huge place therefore not a lot of machines or dryer. Price is pretty much the same as the place I usually go too and location is ideal, lots of amenities at a walk away.

My husband took his clothes there. When he picked them up he was given a bag of women’s clothes. When we called to see if they still had his stuff all I got was “oh, I don’t know”.

So now we have some ones clothes and his are missing. They didn’t care.

The machine are kept well maintained so don't let the decor or the occasional homeless or addict detour you. It offers traditional, double and triple load washers with the normal laundry mat dryers.

This place has miserable staff I've been 2X now and was glared at by the lady. I don't know what her problem was but she was a bi+ch to me both times. Will never go back there. And I spent a lot of money on their machines. I don't recommend this place it's way over priced.

Took my laundry out washer not even clean or washed and also took out of dryer well I went walk dollors store, went back for another time and the owner is not very nice alway mean to me so ya

Clean friendly atmosphere. Lots of machines. Very helpful staff. Good place to do your laundry.

Very clean and tidy, they respect covid protocols, not super packed because you have to wait outside so thats nice.very friendly staff.

If you're not allowed to fold your clothes after drying them, what's the point of doing your laundry at this place? Also, the owner or operator is unfriendly. Go elsewhere where they want your business.

Fantastic experience. Very clean facilities and the woman working was very personable and friendly. I needed to do a few oversized item that are too large for my home machine so dropped in and this place fit the bill. Two thumbs up!

The laundromat is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. He showed me how to use the machines and helped me get out in a timely manner. If I ever need a laundromat again we will definitely come here

Service here is hit and miss, depending on who's working and what mood they're in. Machines do an adequate job of cleaning and drying, prices I believe are pretty standard.

That said, whatever you do, DON'T FOEGET ANYTHING THERE, or it's as good as gone. I don't believe this place has a lost and found. When I forgot my laundry supplies there and went back to ask, the owner simply shrugged, said "I don't know anything", otherwise didn't move or bat an eye. I've observed the *exact* same response anytime anybody has come in asking about things they may have left there or thought they lost there. Double check your washing machines and dryers for pocket items when you're done and make sure you have everything you own with you before you leave.

Very rude staff I would not talk to any customer like that and I don’t recommend people do their laughing here

Most of the laundry machines were in order while others were out of order, and there is a few machines that only the workers could use. The costumer service was sub par at best, with limited English and the Male attendant came off rude and short with me, saying do not touch the machines, only i touch the machine, what would say to that. Oh and when I was 5 mins late for taking my stuff out of the dryer, he came up and said, You late, I was going to take your stuff out the dryer and charge you 5 dollar, when the sign said 10 mins late, then charge 5 dollars.hope these kinds of problems will be resolved or I will have to find business elsewhere.

I have been coming to this laundry mat and never had a problem. Amazing customer service. Today I came to do my laundry and the attendant was very rude. The machine had a error and I asked her to correct it and she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. Wanting me to use another machine and pay more money for something that was already paid for. Then she literally pushes one out of the way so she could put a load of laundry in the dryer instead of saying excuses me and giving the customer a chance to move. Oh and customer was waiting on laundry in dryer and was asked to move because the attendant was hot and we were blocking the fan which was unintentional just waiting on our laundry

By far, the best Laundromat in Chilliwack. No pets bedding allowed, so very safe for allergenic people. Very clean and always helpful staff.

Went to this store at 7: 15pm and just needed to quickly dry our clothes (no wash) and the lady there (helper? The guy there is nice!) Saw that we were unloading our clothes and she asked us if we needed a washer and we specifically said no we just need the dryer for like 20 minutes and she quickly closed the store early! Unprofessional and rude. There should be a sign saying when the last load is instead of closing the whole store on our faces!

My dear friend her name was Elena took in her cleaning to be done this morning friday. She is a 80 yr old womN on a pension. She only had 3 beadspreads and a few sheets one set of sheets to be exact. She even brought in her own soap and dryer sheets. They charged her 75.00 to do them that is absolutely rediculous the price they charged her. They just ripped her off because she was elderly. She paid it now she has hardly any money left to get her though till the end of the month! I am going to tell all my family and friends to never go to you.

It's what I expected of a laundromat nothing more nothing less, the gal working there was friendly and helpful.

Wow not happy! Machine left clothes really wet and then the dryer would not let you select HOT plus I did not get all the quarters I paid for! Will not be returning here, such bad service, owner did not acknowledge my complaint just shrugged his shoulders.booooo Ultra wash) :

They say that closing time is at 8 pm, I got there at 6-50 pm and the wind there said " sorry it is too late
. You have to start your wash by 7 pm" I said " It is 10 to 7. " she says. " solly.it too late". I insisted and she said Ok.do remember if you are there by 7.don't take no for an answer.
