Jake at Umbrella IT was a tremendous help in migrating our outdated systems over to MS365. Our organization is now more efficient and streamlined. I would highly recommend this service to any small business.

People you can actually trust to help you out. Umbrella IT has been with us since the beginning and have provided great advice and help, have never pushed us to spend more than we need, and have helped us to plan ahead as we grow. Would highly recommend using their services!

Great company with great people! They have been able to assist me with several I. T.issues I've had both at work and with my personal devices. Jake and his team are really dedicated, they know their stuff and they are super friendly. I would recommend them any time! 5 star service!

Umbrella IT Services has provided exemplary services to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Association and Burn Fund since fall 2016. They provided IT services and revamped our network and file storing system, and provided training to our staff over the past year. In addition, when called upon, Umbrella IT Services assisted several affiliates with G Suite services.

Jake, instructed at the IAFF Western Conference in Victoria demonstrating G Suite applications, offering application training.

Umbrella IT services always answered the call, and competed the job when we were faced with any troubleshooting issues.

Two days ago, in the morning, we called this company to help us with a major network failure in our office in downtown. A tech was scheduled to arrive two hours later. He did not show up. We called them and they assured us that he was on his way. Two hours later, no show. We called again, and this time the said that they are dispatching a different technician. By 4 pm we decided to call a another company. They were in our office an hour later. Of course one of our staff has to stay in the office after hour until the job was done.
We have lost a day of work because of the unprofessional and cavalier attitude of this company.
By the way the tech never showed up.
