I love my family doctor, doctor Todorovic, she is always there for me and my husband, when we are really not feeling well and we need medical assistance as soon as possible she always finds a spot for us to see us on the same day if we need help and are not feeling well to wait 6+ hours in the emergency room.

Una Medical is an amazing practice, The Dr. (and receptionist) are so caring and committed to providing great medical care.

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Todorovic was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns.

I have been coming to see Dr. Todorovic for several years. She and all the staff have seen me at my worst and have been incredibly patient and kind to me.
I am very lucky to have this clinic look after me.

Arrived and they said they no longer take walk-ins or new patients. So don't go if you're hoping to walk-in. They should update their sign and website in this case. The receptionist helped direct me to other nearby walk-in clinics, however.

OUTSTANDING PATIENT CARE. I have never been treated so well in a clinic. The front desk staff are efficient, polite, communicative, and highly competent. Dr. Todorovik is one of the best doctors I've ever had - she takes my health seriously, refers me for imaging when needed, gives me plenty of time in appointments despite the fact that our medical system is not set up for doctors to make much or any profit with the current pay structure.

Dr. Todorovic seems to not care for her patients, you wait for her and not even an apologize. Wrong diagnosis because seems to not be able to listen and to care at all about anything you can say. Next day I was in the urgency to give me antibiotics urgently, what I should have got from her in the first place. But front desk lady is always nice.

Hello. My story is my family Dr Anthony Wilson retired and he toke care of me for 15 years. Then I needed a good family Doctor. My friend recommend this clinic and specifically DR todorovic. She excepted me and I can not be happier. She is an amazing person.always lesson to me and very knowledgeable, experienced.the day my mother passed away I needed some help and she called the pharmacy for me. She went an extra miles to make sure I am ok. I recommend Her to anyone looking for a Doctor. Also staff.they are very nice always try to help.

Edit: Dr. Saif is no longer here and it breaks my heart - only the very blunt Dr Todorovic, whom I never received a call from despite having an appointment booked. When I eventually called and got onto her, she was annoyed and ended the call. She is very patronizing, rude, abrupt and does not listen to concerns or take you seriously. Her mental health knowledge (or lack of) is abysmal and I was not even called, let alone treated at a time when I really needed help. Will not return here unless Dr. Saif does

Original: I’ve m had a very pleasant experience so far. I’ve seen Dr. Saif, who is very nice and attentive, and makes me feel listened to. The clinic is clean and the receptionists are friendly, and my results and appointments were efficient. There is often a long wait if you walk in, but nothing new for a walk in clinic!

I've been going here for the past 5 years, all the way from Burnaby due to friendly staff and amazing Dr. Todorovic. I've been taken care here better than anywhere else I went before.

The doctors here are so extremely rude. I have chronic pain in my wrist and the doctor told me that I'm not feeling any pain. Weird thing to say when my wrist is inflamed and movement is constrained.

Dr Todorovic is a very good doctor. Shes very responsible. She checked/examed my daughter's condition and asked us to come back again the next day just to make sure shes fine. My 8 year old daughter thinks Dr Todorovic is a very nice doctor and really liked her!

My experience did not inspire confidence, I would not recommend this clinic. Communication with the reception staff and the doctor was also very difficult.

UNA Medical has some positives - it's conveniently located, flexible, and friendly. However, I had a negative experience when getting my breast cancer diagnosed. I was dismissed due to my young age and made to feel silly for worrying. This resulted in a diagnosis experience that took months. I was never advised by Dr. Zoya to go to a breast clinic and instead received a mis-diagnosis at a normal ultrasound clinic. Thankfully, my breast cancer was still early stage, but that's only because I demanded appropriate care. If you receive a requisition for an ultrasound/mammogram/biopsy here, I'd recommend booking directly with the breast clinic at Mt. St. Joseph or at 505 X-ray on Broadway.

Dr. Ahmed was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took the time to provide education and I felt like it was a great client empowering approach.

I have been visiting this clinic the last few months and have been incredibly impressed by Dr. Ahmed and the support staff at this clinic. The service is outstanding and it’s always easy to book an appointment.

Dr. Ahmed is incredibly thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. He requested the appropriate tests and referral for the issue I was having, which allowed me to arrive at answer in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

Can’t manage simple tasks like faxing prescriptions constantly forgetting things due to not writing them down reception is rude and unhelpful I’ve been coming here for a long time and my family doctor recently retired but came back for covid but the whole time I’ve dealt with this clinic they have been incompetent on almost every level unprofessional in many ways and just bad in general go somewhere else

So unprofessional! Sends a patient with heart palpitations back home without an ECG but insist on seeing another patient in person for a foot pain with no clinical signs per history. And the worst thing is that the appointment can be held only in 5 days, otherwise you can sit in the waiting room during Covid and wait. This is not good medicine.

Multiple bad experiences with Dr Todorovic; as previous reviews have stated, she does not listen to patients and ignores relevant medical info and symptoms. She wrote a script just to get me out the door and didn’t address the underlying cause. Also waited an hour in the exam room for her despite having an appointment and arriving on time.

I don't know the other doctors in this clinic, believe they are good professionals, but I would like to thank Doctor Zoya. She is always well timed, friendly, attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. I feel great emotionally after seeing her, talking to her, never mind after getting a proper treatment. Thank you for your excellent job, my favorite Doctor!

The receptionist are all awesome, helpful and kind. Doctors are patient and very professional.

I have been coming to UNA for several years now, and I think they are one of the BEST walk in clinics in Vancouver. The staff/doctors are friendly, professional, and the clinic in general is pretty tidy.

This is the nicest walk in clinic I’ve ever been to. The receptionists are kind and efficient. The doctor was professional and a good listener. I will never no elsewhere now that I’ve been here:)

I’ve used UNA Medical Clinic on a few occasions and I always find their staff, and particularly the doctors to be very caring and good listeners. 10/10 would recommend to a friend as a walk in clinic.

I've seen a few doctors in this office, and they were all kind and outstanding. The front staff are so very empathetic and professional. Dr. Ahmed is always punctual, takes his time to explain things in detail and answers all of my questions with patience. I would highly recommend him and this clinic.

Dr Cedomirka Todorovic has very strong opinions on many things. If your medical history happened to be NOT on her favourite list, she ensures you feel bad.
She won’t listen to you, doesn’t care about your allergy history, doesn’t care about what treatments you had been through.if there is one thing she doesn’t like about, she ensures you got a lecture and attitude.
Today, she spent less than 2 mins with me, cut me off immediately and said she understood and will give me treatment.
She then disappeared for about ten minutes, came back with pages of paper and it seemed to be my medical history with other clinic? (I really don’t know how can she do that and I feel my privacy was so violated). She kept questioning about other doctor’s prescriptions, acted condescending and kept asking about another doctor by name (why)!? !? She claimed that her way is the best, other doctors are doing wrongly and refused to provide any help.
I was absolutely confused and shocked. Honestly, I went to the other doctor because I lived close by, the same reason I walked in to her clinic today.
She is unhappy with other doctor and gave me very strong attitudes. I really just wanted to leave and then I did. But I am still so shocked and confused few hours after.
I can’t comment on what happened because I can’t figure out yet. I can only share what happened with me with this doctor.

I was not aware that I had the option to book an appointment. I had to come back for a follow up to the my previous visit there which was pleasant but I wasn't told to book an appointment. The wait was too long and if they would had just communicated the process I wouldn't be so displeased with this clinic which I'll never visit again.

Great clinic. They let you make appointments ahead of time and I've never been left waiting for one. Dr. Ahmed is always on time, very kind, patient, and competent. Never makes you feel rushed, always listens to your concerns even if there's more than one, and is knowledgable about various resources in the province. UNA/Dr. Ahmed make not having a family doctor in this city much easier!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Friendly staff at the front, and Dr. Ahmed is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. I feel very fortunate to have found this little gem of a clinic. Thank you everyone at Una Medical for making your patients feel truly cared for.

This is the best walk in clinic experience I’ve ever had EVER. I was seen by Dr. A Saif yesterday. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, he wasn’t pushy about medication, was very patient with me and educated me on a lot of things that I didn’t have an understanding on. I left the clinic feeling wiser and all around better about my health situation and allergy management. And without forgetting the MOA that booked my appointment last minute and was very helpful and accommodated me. You are all doing a wonderful job. This is the kind of clinic I wouldn’t mind waiting for an hour because the service and care is sooo worth it.

One of the worst experience with Dr Chanelle Edwards. I had two things to discuss which I have indicated prior to meeting her. I saw her much later than my appointment time which was fine. This is common. She walks in and greets me “how are you” without looking at me and starts her talk even before I finish responding back to her. I talk to her about one symptom that I have and writes me a prescription. And she walks toward the door as a signal for me to leave. The entire process was less than 1 minute. I tell her I have one more and she looks annoyed and tells me to come back as she is busy. Most unpleasant doctor appointment. Does she make more money this way?

This is by far the best walk-in clinic I have been to in Vancouver. The front desk staff are always super polite and helpful, and the doctors are caring and actually take the time to talk with you rather than rushing you through like many other walk-in clinics. Dr. Stefan Sereacki is amazing, as well as Dr Saif.

Just WOw! All i could say is, it's probably the nicest and most accommodating and helpful walk in clinic that I've been into. Starting from the receptionist to doctor and till to the pharmacist beside them that is together with their clinic. Exceptional services on all those aspects. Thanks a lot again.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with walk-ins and family doctors on the Lower Mainland. Una Medical clinic has some of the most patient and attentive doctors I've ever come in contact with. They are thorough, they listen, and they don't treat your symptoms as minor. The attention given at the clinic actually brings me to tears - your doctors have changed my perspective of walk-ins. I've never had a doctor simply follow up with me just to see how I was doing and if my symptoms have persisted.

Extremely helpful and professional. The receptionist is always amazing. She has so much on her plate and yet is super friendly and professional.
