These guys are great. They took down the home stick by stick, they were efficient and the staff was very friendly and approachable. Its a great alternative and more cost effective then the traditional home demolition. I would certainly recommend them to others.

What an incredible experience working with Darcy from unbuilders. We were looking for older material for our cabins and they were selling just what we need. Pick up 20 2x10x14 fir boards. Now to build some decks.

I was a direct neighbour to an Unbuilders de-construction of a house in Fairfield, Victoria. They were respectful, professional, efficient workers that took the next-door-neighbour's house down quick-smart and totally cleaned the site. Thumbs up to the site manager Garrett and his team.

Extremely dangerous drivers who will cut across multiple lanes of traffic, endangering people in the GVRD. Seen multiple times now. Please sort out your drivers.

I am an enthusiastic recipient of Unbuilders amazing work ethic. Obviously I was excited to have the chance to unbuild: reuse, repurpose, recycle the majority of our garage or we wouldn't have contacted them to start with. * What I didn't expect was the professionalism. Staff arrived early, and were helpful and respectful towards us, our property, our garden and our neighbours. The garage was built around a lovely wisteria. It was very important to me that it not be harmed. They avoided damaging it by leaving that corner of the garage to the very end. The team worked consistently and as quietly as can be expected during such a project. They stacked all of the materials carefully not making mess other than on their tarps. After the sorted and impressively stacked materials were removed, clean up included sweeping, hosing down and rolling a magnet to pick up any errant rails, screws, staples. A five star experience.

We had a great experience with Unbuilders throughout the deconstruction of our house. Dan and Peter were great communicators throughout the whole process, very reliable and executed the project with care and attention to detail. They assisted us with carefully salvaging items that we were re-using ourselves and took care of all of the communication with other parties to keep things on track. I made an appointment with Dan from Unbuilders on Vancouver Island. Although he failed to show up his reason was warranted. He definitely made up by being on time for the next appointment. He is knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with two quotes for two different approaches to demo and reclaim what could be out of my home.

We had an amazing experience with Unbuilders. Dan and Peter were both extremely professional, hard working, communicative, knowledgable and all around great to work with. They consistently went above and beyond with everything that they did. I appreciated their extreme attention to detail and their efforts to salvage, recycle and sell as many things as possible. I could not recommend Unbuilders enough.

Completed a small partial demo for me in a condo. Couldn't be happier. Hard to find contractors willing to take on small jobs, but harder still to find one that is willing to painstakingly dismantle cabinetry and countertops without damaging existing furnishings/finishings. The staff member I dealt with was punctual, professional, and most of all CAREFUL - not only in my unit but in the elevator and common areas. Highly recommend this company, they do excellent work and it's also nice my old cabinetry will be going to Habitat for Humanity.the less material in landfills the better.
