Update: never get the too good to go box. They'll look for the worst and least fresh slices that will not make you feel well even though you pay an even higher price. Good vegetarian selection when fresh though and stand up tables

Bought two slices of cheese and these barely had any cheese on it and super thin dough.for 8.50$ two slices!? !? ! AND that's not even it they have a minimum +10% tip fee at the register machine when you pay by card! I don't recommend this place at all the pizza is not even worth the money Quality or portion wise HUGE RIP off! Never again 0 star.

I don't like the new style of mixed veggies pizza. Its new style is disgusting. It looks like it doesn't have enough veggies, and it's mostly just crust. I don't know if the management will take any action or not, but I think they need to go back to the old style. The old style was awesome, and it had a great taste. Now, their pizza is similar to Fresh Slice Pizza because their new style is like Fresh Slice's.

Then people will probably like to go fresh slice.i know many customers have problem with this new style of cutting veggies. I am pizza lover from uncle fatih. But new pizza has 0 taste

So I wish management will look upon this and they will change the style again bcz it doesn't give any taste

Initially forgot the blue cheese on the beef and blue cheese pizza. Gave them a quick call and they fixed the order and sent a brand new pizza done correctly. Maybe a little too much but perfect fix was to eat it with a slice that had none. Lol. Appreciate the customer service.

It is 1: 51 am on jan1st 2023, i placed an order on 1: 16 am, every time i come to this place it will take for ever for them to hand off the order, i am very disappointed about this location.

I paid extra $$ for customizing my pick up ord when I got there they asked me more money when I asked to put the sauce on it and they ignored giving the free drink comes with the deal!

Whenever I’m near Surrey central and craving pizza I always come to uncle fatihs. The place is really conveniently placed right outside the skytrain entrance near Surrey central. The pizza i get from here is always very tasty and consistently good and flavourful.

I also feel the portion size for the price is very good for what you pay for. I highly recommend trying it if you’re in the area.

Ordered a small pizza. The girl takes my money and says it will be 15 minutes. No problem.

Come back in 15 minutes. It’ll be ready in 5? Great. 5 minutes later, it’ll be ready in 5. Ok? 5 minutes later, yes sir it’s coming in 5. At this point I’m pretty annoyed but whatever. Finally they call my order and THEY gave it to another guy. I understand not caring about your job and not wanting to do it, but don’t lie and say you’re making my order when you really aren’t. I guess they forgot to put the order in or something? Even that doesn’t make sense because the same girl that took my order told me it was being prepared.

The workers were rude, incompetent, and straight up dishonest when I asked why they lied about making my order. If you take someone’s money, put the order in. I asked for my money back and went somewhere else. Would not recommend this place.

I visited this place recently and it was my first visit, Firstly when I entered the store No greetings, no smile on the girls face. I ordered large Veggie Pizza and she asked what kind and when I asked her what kind of veggie pizzas you have she just gave me the menu.like she didn't even explain the veggie menu! Totally disappointed with the customer service you guys give. Will never visit this place again.

Very bad service with half cook pizza. Heard lots about this place. Went to grab a large pizza today all I got is half cook pizza like I'm eating the dough. Will not recommend anybody. Upon calling to inform them all I got is ok as a response. They asked me to bring the pizza to show them. They don't even care about their customers. Never going there again. Very bad service with poor food. Not worth $22 at all for a large pizza where all you getting to eat is dough.

Pizza is good; best in the area IMO. The real treat is Ozzy, who is always friendly and remembers what I like. Even when its very busy she always seems to have her ducks in a row

Went in to ask about there pizza n the girl working there looked at me n my baby in her stroller n rudly yelled out we don't have a washroom.before I could tell her what I wanted to order.didn't stick around to order pizza lost the faith in em

I went back here after not having had it in a couple of years and was very disappointed this time around - I'm quite sure the pizza tasted significantly worse than it did the last time. The ingredients were mediocre at best and in low amounts, especially the cheese. I ordered a pepperoni lover's pizza this time around - it was the first time I ordered rather than having slices - and it tasted watery. It looked quite tasty but it was unfortunately bland.

Service is always great. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices are a little on the steep side for what you're getting, however. Pizza of similar quality can be bought elsewhere for cheaper.

I wish i could give u 0 star. But there is no option here. I was waiting for my bus and i just went in the pizza store just to sit for few minutes. The boy on front counter says the chairs are only for customers. Means what. Are you guys kidding? If i will buy a pizza then only i can sit. This is ridiculous. He needs to learn customer service first and manager should teach him too. I always come here to buy pizza but from now i will never see the face of this pizza store.

We ordered the Canadian and put together a Greek pizza (feta, tomatoes, olives). Order was quick, but the food had me hanging around a toilet the following day. Something was bad or not fully cooked.

The pizza I tried during my visit to Vancouver Surrey was delicious and the employees were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the delicious pizza and the friendly service. I will definitely come back on my next visit. I recommend it to everyone

The girls that work at this location lack communication skills. No greeting customers or even a simple smile. I nicely provided some feedback about labeling the pizzas so customers can differentiate & place order seamlessly. Fair request, right? All the girl could do was give me a forced tightlipped smiled while beneath it you could tell she was clearly enraged. I don't appreciate the awkward vibes the employees put out. This was my 1st time visiting & probably my last. The pizza itself was not bad but I cannot emphasize enough about how important it is to have nice friendly easy going employees.

Delivery was over an hour late which happens frequently with this place. Ended up having to make dinner anyways cause the kids were starving. Don't waste your time. Pizza isn't anything special either.

I always choose my favourite Beef blue cheese Pizza from this Location But not anymore, are you serious you increase 5 dollar on the price of pizza!

Highly recommended pizza from this place. They have many choices in veggie pizza and they always serve fresh pizza’s. Very friendly staff specially the girl name Ozzy. She is so nice always give me fresh pizza. If you ever crave for pizza order from there.

I was craving for a pizza and ordered online the bbq chicken pizza. The chicken pieces were plenty and I like the bbq sauce too. Wish they had put a bit more cheese but other than that it’s pretty good pizza for decent price.

Really very disappointed! I ordered vegetarian slices but this is what I got (chicken in it). If you guys are serious about masks than also make sure about what you guys are giving to customers and what they ordered. We understand its mid night but that doesn’t mean that you guys can serve anything to your valued customers.

I had a friend show me this place back when I was in college more than three years ago. I loved the pizza back then. Fast forward after being gone from the country for a while and the pizza is still just as delicious as before! The prices are surprisingly decent, too. Very friendly staff as well. Keep it up!

Great local place for a quick slice of pizza! Go to order is the beef and blue cheese with garlic sauce on top. Ordered on Uber eats and got delivered perfectly.

I was surfing door dash for something to eat, came across Uncle Fatih's and thought the menu was interesting, so I decided to try it. What arrived was EXACTLY what I want when I order pizza! So much better than any big chain pizza place! HIGHLY recommend! I rarely comment, review or survey, but I felt compelled to in this case. I honestly can't see myself getting pizza from anywhere else for a loooooong time! Absolutely delicious!

I am from Brampton Ontario and when I visited Vancouver area, I heard big things about this pizza. I tried this pizza which was chipotle chicken pizza. But I would be honest pizza was nothing great. It's did not had much of a flavor. We get better pizzas in GTA.

There are atleast 8 bad reviews about their young blonde female employee, and this store has done absolutely NOTHING about it for 2 years. One star garbage.

Went in to go get a slice of pizza and there were flies all over the pizzas the guy had to swat the flies off the pizzas.

The pizza is too expensive and the taste is very bad you can find better and cheap pizza anywhere else.

This place became way over price. You can get a 5 topping medium for alot less across the street.

I see lots of complaints of lack of excess cheese. I suggest instead ordering from a place that will clog your arteries such as Pizza Hut.

I refuse to order pizza from anywhere else except from Uncle Fatih's. The toppings are always fresh. Love the addition of sesame seeds on the pizza. The garlic shaker is to die for.

Highly recommend if you want pizza that tastes delicious without being overly greasy and gross. I never feel bloated after eating this pizza, versus normal competitors.

I ordered a chipotle chicken pizza and i dont know what the girl whos taking orders doing. At first she told me 15 mons and then i came back after 10 mins she was like oo 10 more mins i can clearly see in the oven there was no pizza at all.

You won't get this quality anywhere else in surrey and their service beats all major outlets. They are simply the best pizza guys in town.

Wow really good pizza but could have been warmer. Will go again. We did delivery a couple of weeks ago. Pizza was amazing, delivery was quick and arrived hot.

Just got a couple slices of pizza, had a huge hair in it. Need a cleaner shop and hair nets. Ruined my entire appetite. I have pictures if needed.

Consistently Good Pizza, The medium chorizo pizza is awesome. Don't waste your money on a soggy pizza somewhere else!

I've never thought I would ever order vegetable pizza from anywhere. This place completely changed my mind. I love their potato pizza and garlic lover. I always end up getting one veggie pizza LOL. Their meat pizzas are good too. My go to fav is the one with mushroom. One thing I don't like is that their special deal is a bit confusing. (2 topping pizza stuff.come on!). End up mostly get the pizza from the display.

Best pizza and deals in town and in bc love it there the staff treat you like family and I have never had my order made wrong or late. Enjoy this spot everyone. Better deals than any other Uncle Faith's locations

I visited here last Saturday️ Young lady named Ginni working there extremely rude to me. I ordered two veggie pizza slices and told me to pay then I told her I need drink too. Then she canceled the transaction and add that pop to my order. Also, she didn’t even ask for once my order is to go. She gave me slices in plate even though their is no sitting arrangement right now. Then I need to ask for box for my pizza and she told me she need to charge me extra for the box, told her clearly that I still need box and you at least to tell me about that, she replied you need to told me before that. Then I requested her can I pay for my pizza box because I’m getting late for my work, then I tried to tap my card again but machine got frozen and I tried to show her by lifting machine and she shouted at me and said “hey don’t try to throw our debit machine”. It was too much for me that time and I told her to cancel my order because if I’m not welcome there I don’t want to appreciate there
Business. It took her 5 mins to understand that I didn’t want my order anymore. I would never visit that place ever and if possible I’ll give ratings in minus

I chose Uncle Fatih's to buy pizza for my family after a hard day's work. 23rd January 2021

Due to the covid rules I waited outside for my turn and entered to make my order all went well for a while.

I then attempted to order a second pizza as I thought one might not suffice for a family of five. The manager ordered me to step aside. I informed her that all I wanted to order a second pizza.

She was rather disrespectful told me to use my common sense! I was not given the chance to make a second order! All clients should be treated equally. It's a shame that you treat clients so poorly.

Me & my household are new to BC and Uncle Faiths is new to us. This store rocks it every time, great food, great service and above all ; caring people. Great value, high quality. Thank you for the above and beyond service uncle faiths. You really are a 5 star pizza place

Placed an order thru DoorDash after 1st Driver was on his way to deliver the pizza, I checked the app and it said they were preparing my order still. The 2nd driver was on his way and couldn’t deliver. What a total waste of time. Restaurant didn’t even bother to tell me what happened to my order. I got a refund, but still won’t order form this establishment again.

The store was empty and all three employees were doing nothing. So i took my liberty and decided to order something good. Which took a bit longer yo order. The indian employees were patient and suddenly a blond girl comes and starts asking my order rudely. She even remarked that “ i have been standing there for too long and haven’t decided my order yet” when i was explaining her what i want. She got it incorrect and took like 10 mins to understand it. She was so rude to me for me. I do not want to visit here again.

Good pizza and great customer service. Rupinder (manager) is exceptional, she went above and beyond to turn a negative experience into a positive one. I ordered pizzas via Ubereats and ended up getting barely warm pizza that was on the dry side. She heard about it and was all about improving our experience and offered to ensure our next order would be way better. The next one was delivered directly by Uncle Fatih's and not a 3rd party was on point.

I order a pizza and waited for around one hour. When I recived my delivery, It was looking like somebody packed trash for insted of pizza and even a few slices were missing too. I dont know why employees are so careless. They should cancel order if they are not interested to cook at last minute. I order pizza at doordash at last. I need my money back. I want good service if i am paying money.

This place is awesome. Identical in quality to their loacation on Broadway and commercial. Some of the best pizza i've ever had outside of Italy.

The counter staff were nice, the place was fairly clean and respectable, price was inexpensive. The pizza was bland, flavorless, spongy. I read the reviews before going and was expecting a better tasting slice, it really was disappointing. Sorry to say, I won't repeat and cannot recommend.

I was skeptical coming in because the area is a little sketchy but I was not disappointed by this pizza. The beef and bleu cheese was absolutely delicious. I am stoked to come back to this place

My lunch breaks favourite spot! I’m so addicted. Sesame seed and the crust makes my mouth watery!
The food here is always very good but what makes a restaurant worth returning to is the experiences and connections you get with the staff. That’s why I’m spending almost every weekdays here last 2years. Very friendly cashier, today made her explain to me every single toppings on each pizza, and she explained with a patient as usual as with a big smile on her face!

Seriously BOMB. I would Reccomend they try White Sauce Versions of some of the Varieties they Make. I think they would hit it off BIG TIME!
