Uncle Fatih's Pizza - COMMERCIAL

My pizza was kinda fine but he doesn’t look very happy has no smile, sullen and idk I didn’t feel kindly I won’t go there next time I don't want him to be unhappy with preparing my pizza!

Quality has really gone down over the years especially by the slice. Rarely a fresh out of the oven pizza and if you ask for a slice they give you the oldest most dried out one. You have to beg for the fresher one and they’ll tell you their all the same. Definitely no tip on stale pizza. Better to cross the street to Megabite, many fresh and never pawn off their food waste.

Ive been to this location before the pizza used to be good but it was the worst tasting pizza ever. I bought 4 slices of pizza for myself, my child and my lady.and had to throw it away.the restaurant would not give me a refund. On top of the fact that each slice was $4 for this garbage! Really not impressed.

Phenomenal. I ordered some pizza just before midnight and the quality was amazing. I'm not sure why I slept on this place for so long, truly underrated.

Love the beef and blue cheese pizza! Also the margarita! The chicken fiesta pizza is okay ish. Butter chicken pizza is good. Garlic chicken pizza is the best one I’ve had

40 year old Arabic looking lady at the front today refused to give me fresh slice of pizza that just came out and insisted to give me the old one saying its the same after asking her twice. No customer is king here lol. She was also too busy talking when I came in to help me for about 30 seconds, doesn't even acknowledge one coming in. Gave me my food and didn't make any eye contact or didn't say thank you. Seemed upset that I asked her twice. Terrible customer service and pizza is not like how it used to be. Still a better location then most. I'll change my rating later on to the 3 it deserves.

Although not as good as the pizza made by the founder, I used to be his regular customer. But now the pizza is pretty good too.

Horrible service, pizza was old and cold. Don't go on the weekend, bc they will rush your pizza and give it to you cold. Make sure you check and give it back if it is not hot. And their tipping minimum is 15% and I see NO servers there. The owner should pay the employees a living wage, why are we customers subsiding wages for richer owners? Also, they don't give you garlic sauce, hot sauce, parmesan or chili flakes, they hog it and they put it themselves. Never seen that abomination before, I wanna put the sauce and the flakes myself. And before they say the dumb phrase "tips are optional" yes but if I'm giving tips, I'm obligated to give 15 or 20% in thay location, which is ridiculous. I would give -5 stars if possible.

I have never had bad pizza from Uncle Fatih's. Their pizzas are fresh and delicious. I love the choice of toppings they have. I also love their regular crust. The sesame seeds give it an extra texture, crunch and flavour.

Called to place an order for pickup. When I got there they had no recollection of me ordering. We even confirmed that I called the right store.

They said sorry and would put my order through now. This kind of defeats the purpose of calling and making an order though, so I left to go somewhere more reliable.

Will be avoiding this place in the future.

I will order here again and will definitely recommend it to our friends. They are on time and live up to their promise. I ordered for my Kid's party but due to the snow, we cancelled our party. They refunded the 2 pizza that was not made yet and delivered the 6 pizza to our house instead.

Excellent pizza! Halal chicken pizza. Friendly staff. Pictured slices of spicy chicken, chicken pesto, and bbq chicken. All 3 are excellent.

Preface: I have eaten drunk pizza here numerous times. Mainly beef & blue cheese.

Today I ordered pizza online, and ordered to this (commercial) location instead of the Cambie location and only found out when I went to pick it up. They talked to the Cambie location and I got my pizzas at Cambie even though I'd ordered incorrectly and they had probably already made them.

This has been by far the worst online ordering, customer service and tasting experience I've had with a restaurant. I ordered a large veggie pizza with mushroom and green peppers. Once I received my order, there was NO CHEESE on it at all. I then proceeded to call the store and let them know be mistakes happen. The worker was rude and impolite and aggressive. He showed 0 cooperation and wasn’t willing to help in any way. Over all worst experience never ordering here again. I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone else.

We are really disappointed with the beef and blue cheese that we got today. We normally order at the Surrey branch. The pizza that we got today was underwhelming.

This is an absolute Vancouver classic. A dependable slice at any time of day, and a wide range of toppings and styles to choose from. I haven’t had a single bad slice at any of their locations, and their prices are fair too. There is a certain charm to the commercial broadway location that no other pizza place near or far can come close to; It doesn’t get any better than uncle Fatihs!

The worst pizza place in town. Literally mouse all over the store. And the team are so mean. Disgusting

Every time I’m in the neighborhood, I get a slice. I love the variety of pizzas served. Consistency in deliciousness and appearance is a hit or miss when it comes to the delivery of a whole pie. Therefore I prefer ordering a pie in person. Buying a slice is good, especially in the morning and at lunch. Slices are a good size, not small. Like everything else, prices have gone up. Slice is now $3.33 without tax. Two slices and pop are $7.56 without tax. Overall, still a good pizza joint.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had I went there and ordered 2 pizza I pay for it and they say it will be ready in 15 min so I went back to pickup my order the guy he starts yelling at me idk why And even there pizza was bad quality

Honestly the best location for Uncle Faith's my girlfriend only comes here, and I understand why the service is great, and the pizza is on point.

Same Uncle Fatih's pizza as expected. You can always count on them to have the same pizza all the time. I give them props for consistency.

You would think that at $3.50 a slice they wouldn't give you food poisoning, but alas I am at home today regurgitating that pizza for the past ten hours from both ends

I live in the neighbourhood so this is my to go place for late night food. It’s been quite a while I’ve been eating from there but never wrote a review, guess it is time.

I am still eating the ham and pineapple slices I got from the display. Very fresh and tasty. Definitely try the garlic sauce

Better than Megabite pizza. They dont have a italian seasoning shaker like Megabite or parmason cheese but still better tasting. They only have chilli shaker.

Love this place! The delivery is always so fast and the drivers are sweet.and the pizza is top notch! So many toppings, would be 5/5 but the topping can come off really easily.other than that great place! Highly reccomend for yummy pizza.

A lot of their pizza flavours taste alike, mostly tomato sauce. Whenever I order there’s barely any cheese, kinda dry, and often overcooked (so the toppings also get dry and tough) as well was the crust.

One of the employee (boy) customer service was so bad, rude and unprofessional when I went to get a pizza slice. I left without buying anything. Not recommend, thank you: (

Love the pizza and garlic dip! Only complaint is that when you order for delivery the pizza isn't as good. Weve ordered 2 small pizzas a few times now and only half of the pizza slices had toppings the other half was just sauce and crust. Definitely the best deal to buy in person by the slice. Slices in person on display are massive and taste amazing.

No sauce, pizza slices are now half the size, they reheat pizza from the night before and sell it the next morning, this place is gross and a complete rip off.

Their large pizza is good with lots of toppings and quiet filling. Had ordered the medium pizza. I was not happy at all. Their were hardly any toppings or cheese on it.

Placed an advanced order for 20XL pizzas from Commercial location. Exceptional service on the phone and delivery on time. Everyone also loved the pizza!

I was part of a bike rave that ended up on Commercial Drive. It was so much fun! But boy I was so hungry. There were many places to grab a piece of pizza but I rode up to Broadway and Commercial to go to Uncle Faith's. It's the perfect after party place to grab sustenance no matter when or how you're having a good time. Directly across from the RIO too!

A classic local pizza chain in Vancouver. I remember when Uncle fatih opened his first shop in the city about 13 years ago. His meat lovers tastes just as great now as it did back then.

Normally great, but today the eggplant (on the artichoke pizza) smelled like cigarettes. But they gave me a refund right away and the other pizza was fine:)

Good place when slices are fresh if not just reheat in oven if taking it home great selection of veggie pizza. Late night options. Close to the station

This has been my go-to place when I need a few pies for family coming over. Has not failed to please. The selection of interesting pizzas make their menu a joy to peruse and is very distinguished from other pizza restaurants.

Avoid! Awlful & unprofessional! Guy who works in the kitchen pick up his noise and touch my pizza and when i ask he start yelling at me.

Just got pepperoni because I'm a simpleton. But! The crust and base had a nice crisp to it, which i like, and the price was a great

First time going. I've heard about this place a lot! Finally decided to try it out and I'm glad I did. Very good pizza, especially when made fresh!

Totally gone downhill from what this location used to be. Flavorless, been under the heat lamp way too long (10pm on a Friday night) and the price has gone up.

I really enjoy the pizza at Uncle Faith’s. They have a wide variety of slices and they’re fresh and delicious. Very reasonably priced as well. This location is across the street from the Commercial-Broadway station. If you’re in the area and in the mood for pizza, Uncle Fatih’s is definitely worth trying out.
FYI: There are a few stools to sit at but this is not a dine-in establishment.

Delivery-wise: Hands down the best pizza in Vancouver! The flavours, the freshness of ingredients, the sizes, all surpass the big brands. Delivery times can be long but totally worth it. Model local business!

Good pizza price reasonable and great service they're fast but no parking on this area super busy so if you're passing by go and try it farihs is always a good option for your pocket and for your craving they have a big menu so I loved it.

After all these years, still my favourite place to get pizza in town. Open late, reasonably priced, and fast to get in and get out.

I go here all the time and get the take out large pizza special which includes 3 toppings I get pesto and pineapple and ask for more pineapple for the third topping I swear to God I count like 15 little pieces of pineapple on this damn pizza Everytime, next time I visit this place I am not paying until I see the top that pizza

An East Van staple! Beats most places that sell pizza by the slice for a quick snack on the go to drunk food after a night out. Wouldn't recommend ordering a full pizza tho. Much better options out there for that.

My favorite pizza chain. Pizza tastes delicious and isn't too expensive. However, this branch was a bit dirty and small compared to the others.

Nice pizza, please try to include name signs on pizza so that one can identify and place the order easily.

Even when I'm drinking copious amounts of beer, this pizza is disgusting. It's like someone microwaved a piece of severely undercooked pizza to be lukewarm, and then threw the ingredients on the floor, only to mop them up with said piece of pizza. This oily, crumbly and doughy mess only serves one purpose, to ruin your clothes as everything goes everywhere.

They used to make okay pizza a long time ago, but they've decided to go with pre made frozen pies that they just blast with heat.

Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pizza is great. Lots of toppings. Crust is crunchy and not too thick or too thin. The place is small and bustling and I dont mind the service.

First time to this location. Staff are friendly and only a 10 min wait for our large pizza. If it's anything like the one downtown we will be excited and happy
