I recently visited a pizza place with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to assist my mother, who has a leg problem. The guy at the front door was incredibly humble, holding the door for her, offering her a seat, and helping us choose from their wide variety of pizzas. I highly recommend this place to everyone, especially for the great staff, particularly the guy with the cap and long hair named Shub. A truly kind and gentle person!

I have been coming to this place for awhile now, Shubh is the friendliest worker ever, everytime I come in to this pizza joint he makes my day a lot better with his energy and spirit and the pizza is great, like always. Check out this spot if you want good customer service and great food!

Speak clearly for them and double check your order, they gave me a small pizza when I ordered a medium, for that they told me they have in store credit for me in the system yet when I got there that wasn't the case, not much of a problem I was steaming when that small pizza only had 2" of toppings and 4" of crust

They made it up by giving me a proper medium Canadian pizza.
Oh and I'm glad they fixed the problem but my guy if I was working there I wouldn't make that mistake regardless of who's managing.

I go to this place intermittently, if you go there, ask for Shubh and he'll be more than willing and courteous to help you out with the options that you need. He makes sure my pizza is always smokin hot and upto the mark, just how I like it. He always greets with a lovely smile and warmth. I love going to this place for my pizza.

Uncle Fatih has the perfect combination of ingredients in pizzas. Steak Alfredo and Beef & Blue Cheese are actually incredible. My son loves their pizzas. And their pizza are pretty light, they use cheese, sauce and oil in correct amounts. We order delivery every week, sometimes twice a week. They are usually very fast and always very polite and nice. Cem, who delivers our pizza most of the time, even calls us when he spots a problem with the order.
Cannot recommend more.

If you open till 12am then take oder till 12 don’t close 11: 30 otherwise putt 11: 30 closing time it’s totally wrong. Your should on your timings

Charged me more then the online receipt. When I got there they said 6 mins I waited more then 15

My pizza was rock hard and cold when I got it. The guy who was serving me didn't heat it up. He put it from the front right onto the paper plate and in the bag. Didn't realize until I got back to work. Called and got no answer. Wont be going here again.

Was going y to get my friend a pizza and delivery guy came but and handed me a large Ham and Pineapple no questions so I was happy went back made my friend happy and I had a few extra bucks in me pocket.

Got a couple slices. Wasn't bad. I've had better, I've also had worse. Haven't tried any fresh made pizzas, so those might be better.

When this pizza touched my tongue an absolute cornucopia of flavour overwhelmed me. 100 % would recommend to anyone in need of a late night gut bomb. 2 thumbs up.

One of the last places in the downtown area or in pretty much any area of the city where you can feed two people two big slices each. Of your choice of multiple pizzas for get this. Under 15 dollars.perfect for lunch or a late night snack.

This is my favorite pizza place great pizza great service. My favorite order is two small pizzas and two pop for under twenty although for pick up only. One red potatoes veggie and one garlic veggie.

Uncle Fatih's on Abbott has great pizza, good menu selection, the staff are chill, quick deliveries, friendly drivers, easy online-ordering service and all of this exists consistently alongside a decent price.

It's that simple.

Why I chose to like this place is because they were open when every other place in the neighborhood was closed. Even when 7 -11 was sapposed to be open. And that is that.

I go there because it is close to my place and When there is no other choices.
The service is less than AVERAGE.it is up to you to go or not to go.

My first time writing a review, I always order and today I just called to ask a few questions, the guys answering the phone was super rude and he hanged up, I called again, and he said: “I am busy now bye”, and hanged up again.
He could have said: we are busy at the moment give us a few minutes and put me on hold, not hanging up on my face. Hopefully the owner see this (because I am sure I am not the first one). Probably losing a few costumer for bad costumer services, good job

Pizza is usually hot & try they're usually open til 2am. Only spot around there you can get pizza if your wanting a late night bite

My first time trying Uncle Fatih's and I'm honestly a bit confused by the pizza. There wasn't enough cheese for the ingredients to even stick to the pizza and they needed to be balanced on top, and then of course, it didn't taste enough of cheese. Definitely can't see the cheese ooze like other pizza places. I had regular crust with ham and pineapple and their deluxe, and ordered online their set pizzas so there wasn't a place to specify the cheese. It tasted alright, but was disappointing. (plus the cheese serves the function of allowing the ingredients to stick). The meats seemed like very cheap versions (the ham on one, and the "pepperoni" on the other, if you even call it that). The green pepper wound up being practically raw. And the copious sesame seeds wound up being just something to get stuck in my teeth rather than being an interesting change. It was crispy though at least. Fast service and the app worked well (pickup). Generous on the toppings and low pricing (2 small for 15.75. But won't try them again.

Always have great deals! Right now, you can get 2 mediums for $27.95 + tax (keep in mind that 1 medium meat pizza alone costs $16.95 + tax). Pizzas are delicious and are probably the best of all local chain pizzerias. My personal favorites are Tomato & Feta and Potato. I used to only order from Panago. Now I'm a Uncle Fatih's fan.

Highly recommend to order and pick up. Its more fresh, taste better. Unless if you like paying 4 dollar a slice from other competitors.

I really recommend vegetarians to try here.you get enough options. I am impressed by the toppings served on it. I like it when pizza is covered properly with veggies and yup they did it so.

You can't go wrong with Uncle Fatih's. The pizza at this particular location is on par with others I've tried. They were pretty busy even though it was a late dinner so the wait time ended up being longer than we expected. Staff gave us an accurate estimate however so we were able to come back right when it was ready.

Very good quality handmade pizza at low prices including slices. I prefer their style of medium thick but still 'light' and airy crust to thin crusts. Or chewy thick crusts. Dine in or out, but no tables inside—two small taples and a psir if chairs to each side of the door. Metered parking, cheap in the evenings at a buck an hour.

As always, uncle Fatih's pizza was delicious! This location is really good but nothing compared to the commercial and Broadway location of course, but still yummy nonetheless. The girl at the counter was very nice!

Decent late night pizza with a thick crust.

[Food] I got a medium chipotle chicken pizza. It was definitely too much for me to finish in one sitting. The crust is very thick which I liked, and there's an abundance of toppings
[Service] I had to wait about 10-15 mins for my pizza. In that time I noticed the guy at the cash not wearing his mask property and not washing his hands before getting a slice for customers.
[Atmosphere] the restaurant is in a rough location. So the restaurant and surrounding location is unappealing.

This store has very unprofessional employees and are very rude to customers. Especially the guy working the front. If you run a business its important to know how to talk to customers. Management needs to improve.

Pizza is very good. The service is usually very polite with a tiny odd exception of staff that doesn't really care much but because of the other good experiences I can overlook that one incident. All the additions to the pizza are excellent.

The other day I ordered a pizza from uncle Faiths pizza actually my friend and I both ordered one each it was so good I would definitely order again thanks uncle faith

Customer service here leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth before you even try the pizza (which is subpar at best).

I love the pizza here although most of the time the service isn't as good as it could be they are busy but they could show better customer service.overall if you want a good pizza for a great price this is your place.

I ordered from this pizza franchise and I still order from them because they provide excellent customer service and you don't wait long for your pizza to be ready. They have a variety of dipping sauces and also softdrinks to wash it all down. They stay open pretty late so if you want a late night snack call them up and place your order, they also have a couple deals on 2 small or medium pizzas (pick up only)! So check them out and enjoy a piece of Za'!

June 26,2020. Called for delivery & owner made fun of my voice when he couldn't understand me. I repeated my order, he said, "No delivery today! " I got another woman to call back and place the order. She was MUCH MORE obsequious than me & it worked. The guy had a problem with a woman being direct with him.

I ordered a pizza online and told them I’d pay with cash but when they arrived they said they had no change, forcing me to pay 40 dollars for a pizza that costs 30 just because I didn’t have change. And they were an hour late

Good tasty pizza. Lots of omnivore and herbivore choices. Generous portions of meat, veggies, cheese and sauce. Good crunchy crust but not overdone. I like that they reheat up your slice in the oven for you. The pizza is why you go here, definitely not for the ambiance. Binners and vagrants cruise by about every 10 seconds as this location is very near to the worst parts of the downtown East Side. Sidewalk was almost as filthy as some of the locals, the business owner can at least power wash every now and then? Light scent of garbage and urine was evident from our seat at the chained up patio chairs. I recommend a dessert of handkerchief soaked in Lavender as you make your way to your final destination.

Nice little place serving up slices and full pizzas great selection of different pizzas fast service can get really busy on game nights or nights when there is a game or concert at the very close by stadium good prices and specials freindly staff and they do deliver if you dont feel like venturing out to pick up your order in person. Some outdoor seating if your into people watching as your dine, theres always an intresting croud passing by.

First, remember thy first rule of pizza 101. If there's a dip included. RUN! No good pizza needs a dip. This pizza is way out of balance, too cheesy perhaps, but the cheese sucks. Thick crust that's soggy. So many reasons to avoid. See more in my video review on YT with Karla!
