Best pizza about I’m telling you! Also everyone who works at the Brentwood shop is lovely. Never had a bad pizza from there and I’ve been there too many times!

This is our second year using Uncle Fatih’s for our hockey tournament and again they were unbelievable to deal with! They fed 67 teams in one day with no issues, only smiles and great attitudes! Not to mention the best pizza in town! Thanks so much Ismail and Uncle Fatih’s Brentwood…see you next year!

It was worse pizza the slice was so small and the topic was last this uncle for the pizza used to be way better in the past two years or the year has been changed to the worst and it’s expensive almost 4 dollar slice it’s not worth it, and by the way, there’s stuff, and there are not frankly as well

I like the pizza here very much. To be honest, I want to try every combination and sauce, but I still like beef, mushrooms, cheese, etc. ~Hahahaha~Pizza is undoubtedly the favorite for a lazy person like me. Good choice! The service attitude of the staff is also very good and the delivery is fast~ I will keep coming back~ I love you~

I ordered pizza for delivery and they said max 45 mins but it came in 20 Mins it was so fast. And it tastes so good.

Ordered 8 pizzas from the Skyline location for a staff meeting. Pizzas were delivered on time, hot and every flavour was delicious. Would definitely order from them again!

I ordered my pizza online after 20 mins the pizza was ready I got there and the atmosphere was very pleasant, the best part was to find the best customer service, never thought from a simple pizza place I'd had an amazing experience, the lady explain to me how convenient would be order 2 medium pizza rather than one small and one large, for me every single explanation she said to me made sense, so I got 2 medium and she was very very courteous and kind, probably the time or ingredients were not the right thing because I felt it needed around 5 more minutes but anyways it could be my own fault choosing wrong one.
Definitely, I will buy from here next time to try different pizza ; Thank you so much

All the pizzas are delicious. Beef pizza tastes great. Staff are very nice and friendly. But there are not enough chairs and tables also you can not wash your hands. They only provide a sanitizer.

Went in the evening.
Thought I would get Halal pizza. Couldn't find any.
The heated pizza became crunchy in a minute and did not taste good.

I don't post very often but felt inclined to do so after having some of the most delicious pizza that I've ever consumed.

I live in North Vancouver but will definitely make the drive into Burnaby moving forward for this special treat.

We had a great experience here at Uncle Fatih's Brentwood location on Thursday evening. The service and the staff were friendly and the pizzas were great as well. Definitely would recommend this pizza store.

The energy here is so hostile. Especially the lady who takes the orders. You literally feel like a burden the whole time.
Hate that I have to go to this location since it’s close to me but I love uncle Fatihs pizza so.

I found the veggie pizza quite average in all aspects. Not bad, but not particularly great. Like eating cheesy bread or pizza bread from a grocery store.

I was a bit disappointed today as my beef and blue cheese pizza was just beef pizza (there was no blue cheese.). I also asked for no onions on the pesto chicken pizza and that was ignored as well.

I will still give this place another shot as I've had good experience in the past. Hopefully the next order will be better and I'll remember to check my pizzas before I leave.

Absolute trash! I’ve never been so angry at a food purchase! Not only the worst pizza but they charged me for extra cheese that I never received, complete rip off! Any Pizza by the slice on Granville would be better! Total trash! Will never go back, I ordered for my staff of 24 people 7 of which had 1 slice and left, the remaining staff ALL agreed it was the worst and didn’t have extra cheese, to top it all off it took over 90 minutes for delivery double the time I was told.we are 4 blocks from the location! Call panago or dominos!

The delivery driver secon went above and beyond for us.

I liked the pizza, it was so delicious. But the person who worked for the restaurant was extremely unkind. Never say hello or thank you, good bye. It makes me feel unpleasant.

Parking sucks but it's worth every minute dealing with all the idiots trying to park, pizza is amazing, and can't beat the price.

It's the nostalgic pizza shop experience from my childhood.

Good pizzas with loads of toppings. Bonus garlic and ranch sauce toppings free to use. One up on everyone else.

Their courier sign is really funny. Also, Sergio was very helpful in helping to packing and carry the pizzas for me.

The crust is different from other pizza stores. They have thick base and they taste very soft and fresh. I’m usually not a big fan of thick crust, but I have no complaints with Uncle Faith’s.

They spread generous amount of sesame seeds on the base, but the one I ordered yesterday had that missing. Bit disappointed.

Overall it’s good. Fresh ingredients and quality of product.

We ordered XL pizza and there was piece of hair on and we call the store and they said sorry we can’t do anything we will never go there again don’t go there if do look very well before eating

We drive in from Coquitlam, we love this pizza so much.

I have had Butter Chicken pizza and Pesto chicken pizza and these are my favorite pizzas.

Their pizza comes with almost no cheese. Toppings don't stay on the pizza. There is better.

Just got 2 slice today afternoon and afterwards I got a huge upset stomach, I called them to tell what’s going on with their pizza and I said maybe your toppings are rotten that’s why I am sick right now. They ask me right away if I have a receipt. Why? Let you judge!

Favorite pizza chain in Vancouver, love the crispy crust with sesame, lots of flavors. Bought chipotle chicken this time but doesn't taste enough chipotle sauce so giving four stars.

Dissapointed price has gone up about 20% for pick up specials. Makes it less of a value. A 10% increase would have been fair. Will still go but not as frequent.

Haven’t tried the pizza here in a while due to a past bad experience, yet this time it was perfect. I also recommend paying extra for the garlic dip - pretty much goes with all their pizzas.

Grazie Uncle Fatih! We used the awesome "Too Good to Go" app to grab a quick last minute, on-the-go dough fest for a cheap and yummy lunch. At $6 bucks for 4 slices of pizza, you can't argue at the value for money at all and the pizza was pretty good! I'd say it was a good balance of not too much cheese or dough and cooked well throughout, I do love the fact they promote using non-GMO and wholesome ingredients with wholemeal flour which is one of my reasons for heading here as they care about the quality of their ingredients and pizza. As vegetarians, we were worried about the risk of a mystery box, but as there was plenty left under the offer; then the friendly staff were more than accommodating to ensure we had a dedicated veggie box in which their menu caters pretty well with good options. In summary.two veggie, one olive and one four-cheese slice's.the olive was definetely my favorite. It wasn't life changing pizza and would be better complimented with some fresh oregano, black pepper and other herbs in my opinion, but pretty tasty especially overall and considering the price from a cute home-cooked and grass-roots Italian heritage, sprinkled with a sesamase seed crust. I'd for sure go back without hesitation and do dig this joints hot sauce which is the perfect compliment! It'd be sweet if this place could make vegan/dairy-free options and I'd definitely be more of a frequent visitor.

Reliable service, bit hot for summer but has outdoor seating if you're into a quick bite. They have pretty good deals as well if your looking to feed a larger party

Definitely our favorite pizza place. Great range of toppings and the crust is always good. Even good after reheating in the oven if we can't eat it all in one sitting.

Disappointing. Back in the day I use to order from the original location on Commercial; it was great. This is the first (and last) time that I have ordered from one of the franchised locations. The Brentwood location was VERY disappointing. Terrible in fact. Honestly, the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I don’t think I have ever had pizza that I don’t like. I mean, it’s pizza. Even when pizza is bad, it’s still kinda good. But not from this location. All 3 pizzas were pretty gross. I can’t speak about the other locations. I would have given 1 star only, but I gave an extra star, because when our large pulled-pork pizza showed up with barely any pork on it (half the slices had no pork at all) I called to let them know and the manager made it right by sending a new pizza out to us right away. Otherwise for taste and quality, one star.

We tried this location the other night and I have to agree with some of the other reviews. Probably some of the worst pizza I've ever had. Completely tasteless, zero flavor in the cheese (doubt it's real mozzarella) as well as the tomato sauce and toppings. At one time, years ago there commercial drive location had okay pizza. I guess when you start franchising and expanding (like other people mentioned) the quality can go down hill, if you don't keep on top of things. Would definitely not return to this location. Might give the commercial/ Broadway location another try when I'm in the area.

I've been going to the Uncle Fatih's on Broadway for years. It's nice to have one a little closer in Burnaby. Blue cheese and beef pizza is an absolute must-try. Solid pizza for a great price.

Awesome and friendly staff and quick service while still making top notch quality pizza for everyone. The pizzas are consistently fresh and mouth watering. Can't go wrong with lunch, dinner or late hour cravings here.

The pizza was good however the cashier scolded and lectured me because I touched the bottle of ranch without asking her. I admit that it was my fault but there is always a nice way of saying things especially to customers that does not know their procedures. Im just glad that there were no other customers that time otherwise I would have been embarrassed.

Honestly speaking my expectations was too high as my colleague recommended their pizza but I am not satisfied. I ordered chicken bbq pizza and butter chicken pizza.
For bbq pizza - I am giving 2 star. Too much bbq sauce on top. No cheese at all. Literally no cheese.
For butter chicken pizza I am giving 3.5 star. It was good but same problem -cheese was too little. They just spread over the pizza just like the walmart $3 frozen pizza.

Sorry to say I won't go back ever.

First time ordering through this location. The pizza was very lacking in cheese to hold it together and the crust was way thinner than ive seen at the other location i usually order from leaving the crust dry and thin

The thing with Fatih's pizza is - if you like a pizza with good portion size and sensible topping choices, you cannot go wrong with a slice here.

My suggestion - Try their chicken pesto

I often go to this location for a piece of pizza for lunch, the service is great, the staff is friendly, and their pizza by the slice is reasonably priced at 2.75 a slice. They even give you free sauce which most places won't do. It always tastes very good.

I have asked hot fresh pizza they told me took 15 minutes and after 15 minutes they have put cold pizza over the counter into my XL pizza. I brought home very bad taste cold.

Extremely incompetent and disappointing service. I ordered two Hawaiian pizzas on Uber Eats but when my order arrived, it was two plain cheese pizzas. I called the store and they literally denied that I ordered from them on Uber Eats even with the order number. I had to travel to the location to show them my Uber Eats receipt before they would change my pizzas for me. This place clearly does not care about their customers and are willing to put their customers at an absolute inconvenience for their mistakes.

I live close to this location and it used to be my favourite. Would go regularly. Not sure if it’s the pandemic or they’re trying to be cheap but last nights pizza was awful. Ordered the monthly special online and got a pepperoni pizza. The pizza hardly had any cheese on it and it looked like it wasn’t made fresh to order but had just been sitting there. If it’s a special you shouldn’t cheap out on ingredients and always give your customers the best. Was very disappointed specially since I know how good it can be.

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have an entire day to kill or if you’re wanting by the slice. I ordered 4 pizzas for a party and they told me 20 minutes and 40 minutes later I was still waiting.the cashiers didn’t even say sorry or acknowledge me. I’d recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere because this place was a waste of my time.

I think Fatih's is better than the nearby Panago and Pizza Pizza. A higher quality pizza for roughly the same price.

Inconsistent amount of cheese on pizza. Ordered same thing twice now with extra cheese and first time was great, but this time it came with barely half as much cheese.

Went there a couple days ago and the man behind the counter had his mask on, but only covering his chin, leaving his mouth exposed.upon checkout, I was paying for my 2 slices of Hawaiian pizza as this man let out a huge cough into thin air, with his mask still pulled down and worn improperly and was unapologetic about it.needless to say I threw away the pizza after I got home

Best of the big pizza chains. Dont cheap out on toppings. Delivery always so fast. Always friendly. Always know what to expect.

Best pizza. Loads of topping. Got 8 individual slices in a big box for just $20.08. Thick and sturdy glass panel to cover all the pizza.

2 stars for the server who was disinterested

I was ripped off at the Solo District location. I am very unhappy with my experience.

I called to place an order for pick up. When I went to pay they refused to honour the takeout special for one small pizza and a can of pop for $7.99. They said it was a walk-in special only. I took a picture of the sign in front of the store and nowhere does it say walk in only. In fact, the sign clearly says pick up only!

I picked up my pizza so why was the special not honoured? I will be taking my business to a restaurant without such deceptive business practises. Shame on you for such trickery.

The crust and toppings were great but they are inconsistent from the size of the slice to the meat toppings.

I want to go back but am not sure if it will be good or great.

I wanted to correct a mistaken rating with only 2 stars and no comments. I tried Uncle Fatihs for the first time the other day and it was really good. I was walking by and the special board and prices attracted me. The pizza was fresh and really tasty. Thin crust and good quantity and quality of toppings. Will go back again for sure.

Where's the sauce? Nonexistent amount of sauce. Seems like a dumb thing to complain about, but show me one person who likes dry pizza.

Very delicious pizza. Staff is always friendly. Orders are done very fast. I always order pizza there even for home delivery cause they deliver it very fast.

Ordered 2 xl pizzas and I'm feeling pretty ripped off. The look good when you open the box but it's a very slim amount of toppings ontop of dough. Feeling pretty stupid for paying $50 for some fancy looking bread.

Mmmmmmwa! The most delicious pizzas amongst all close by pizzerias near Brentwood. Very courteous staff and just Wow pizzas that don't bite into pockets!

I had a bad experience today. I showed up 5min early to pick up my online order for a single large cheese pizza. They said it’s in the oven. 45 minutes later (after waves of customers came and went) i realized they forgot my order. I lined up again to inquire and got a lukewarm cheese pizza handed to me. To be fair i think they also forgot another guy’s order. I think priority goes to the new customers coming in and ordering the premade stuff.

Great pizza, a lot more toppings than their competitors, the only thing is that the location is small and during busy hours all the seats are taken. Otherwise it is one of my favourite pizza restaurants.

Can't go wrong if for Pizza by the Slice.

Uncle Fatih's is affordable with large fresh slices, a wide selection of inventive and traditional options ranging from beef and blue cheese to an amazing pizza which included peppers, onions and potato down to a gooey cheese and pesto and then classics like Hawaiian.

Easy and enjoyable and they have garlic sauce, ranch, and hot sauce in big plastic squeeze bottles to dress up your choices. A fantastic spot for a quick bite. They also do whole pizzas by delivery.

Love this pizza. The service is great.fast. Pizza is not greasy but is delicious. No matter what hour I go (work shifts), they have at least 6 varieties out and fresh. Always have capricoli and a veggie selection. Best pizza in our area.whole family agrees (wow.when does that ever happen?)

We always love their pizzas but we were left with a bad taste in our mouths today when we went there to order takeout. There was absolutely no parking outside the pizza shop. So we had no choice but to go underground for the paid retail parking. Thought we would be reimbursed for the parking the same way we were when we shopped at the Whole Foods Market a week ago since they both are located within the same building. Boy were we disappointed! This is such a bad business practice. Obviously the pizza shop owner only cares about his business but not his paying customers!

This site is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant.when I want to go to a delicious dinner, this is the place that comes immediately to my mind.best and diverse food and a rich menu.professional staff members, and agreeable mood. Not less important, the pay is affordable. I sent my friends to this restaurant with pleasure.

Staff here are friendly. They tell patrona if there's fresh pizza coming out to make sure customers get the fresh pizza if possible.

Great location, pizza is good quality, very good variety to choose from the warmer, costs a little bit more for 2 slice n pop combo than other competitors, but quality is there.
