Uncle Fatih's Pizza - KITSLANO

The best pizza store ever, very nice and commendable service, all the pizzas are so delicious. The ambiance is also too classy and everything in this store is freshly made. Must visit once, you’ll forgot other pizza stores. Highly recommended!

Pizza was very tasty, quality was super. Vegetables were very fresh and chicken was fresh too. Definitely I will visit here soon. It was last minute and late night when I visited there but they gave quick and best service.

Wowww Such a delicious Pizza, loved it. I tried their mix veg pizza and it was so delicious and their thin pizza crust was best ever!

I haven't been to this restaurants before, but ordered pizza for delivery. The order was for BBQ chicken pizza, flat crust, with additional toppings. The topping portion is substantial and the crust, even with thin crust, was perfect! However, the BBQ sauce was wayyyyy to much. My bad for ordering BBQ style pizza I guess, but at other places, usually there is marinara sauce plus a drizzle of BBQ. Due to the amount of BBQ suace, could not taste a single thing, even with the extra toppings. Made it through two slices and had to ditch it.

It’s amazing. It’s midnight and the crew are working, constantly cleaning and making pizza. No wonder why there was a little line up when I approached for a pineapple. I’m very impressed, calm and kind with sleepy guests. Right on!

i order online from their website and i had guests, i waited for an hour and then called the store and the guy told be they are closing and never got my order, then he gave me a number to call about this issue and no one pick up

I got really embarrassed i would never order from them, they didn't refund me or deliver the food until now

Worst experience ever

Ordered from Ubereats for buy one get one free promotion. My order was not only late but also missing 1 whole pizza. Ubereats only refunded partially (less than half). The pizza was cold and hard. The in-house delivery person was also very rude and yelling at people. It’s a scam shop!

Relatively Cheap slices deals, and open late when usually every other restaurants are closed.

This shop on ubereat offer buy 1 get 1 free pizza, but he intentional delivered only one pizza! It's a scam! I would never buy it again.

Great pizza. The beef and blue cheese pizza is an underrated winner. Amazing flavour combos and even better than expected. Traditional pepperoni and cheese or veggie pizzas are quite good also. Though the beef and blue cheese is the hidden gem of this joint. Sesame seeds on the pizza crust are a nice touch.

I’ve been here twice. Lovely staff and the place is clean. The staff is the best no complains. It’s after 4 years I have been to an uncle fatih location and love their food.

Service was good but the pizzas were not, got a couple of slices yesterday, when I was eating them, I felt they were undercooked and my stomach has been hurting ever since, will not be coming back to this chain again!

I was almost dying.the need for pizza was too great to ignore.

Making my way downtown to where 2 slices and a pop could solve my near death problems.

I was greeted by friendly staff, wonderful smells and of course pizza. The feeling of dread left my body for the feeling of dreams after the first bite.

Would recommend the uncle he can save lives.

Slices are decent. Full pizzas (2 small pizzas from uber eats) are always undercooked and have too much cheese. Wouldn’t recommend buying anything other than slices

Amazing pizzas slices! Pretty good sizes and its prices per slices/asst choice of pop drinks. Its delicious! Just hope they can consider opening a location in Chinatown/Gastown. Great staffs/services!

Too expensive. Owners have been slowly raising the price of the slices over the last 5 years, which is fair, but It's gone up by 50 cents since last time I was there, which wasn't very long ago. It's now almost as expensive as the far superior Nats pizza, one block east. (GO THERE)

Greedy. No longer a fan. I used to come here when I was a teenager all the time.

I have tried Uncle Fatih’s other locations so I decided to try the one in my neighbourhood, Kitsilano. I had the spicy baby mushroom, the mushrooms were so juicy and tender. The dough was thin and crispy. This location is small and clean, a good place for a quick lunch. There were as many mushrooms as I remembered in other locations but the price was fair. I would come back.

Decent pizza, reliable opening hours. Not the cleanest or most inviting of storefronts but you can rely on it when you're drunk and want some good greasy slices late at night

The last few times Ive been here and ordered a full pizza peperroni with extra cheese has been quite dissapointing. Dont bother ordering extra anything as you wont get it with this location, pizza has been quite dry as well due to the lack of toppings. I'll steer clear of Uncle Fatihs in the future as it's obviously not worth the price anymore.

The pizza slices taste good, I liked the beef pizza and veggie. Sometimes me and my friends go there in late night when everywhere else is closed. The staff are friendly and explain the ingredients patiently. I definitely give a thumbs up for the pizza.

I ordered a 1 topping large and was charged $8 more than a 2 topping pizza would cost. Apparently I HAD to order a second topping for my pizza to cost less. How does this make sense? The pizza was good but the customer service was bizarre.

An amazing spot. Let’s be honest.let’s start with the customer service; the cashier was knowledgable, kind and affable. We felt like family, part of the business. Uncle Fatih was our uncle for those two slices. Let’s just get straight to the good stuff,

Whatever your heart desires, they deliver. They let us in on the secret recipe that has clearly been passed down from uncle Fatihs uncle!

THE SESAME SEEDS;
Not too much but not too little. Lightly toasted for that extra umami punch. Crust was not burnt but not soft either, they have the right heat blasting in that oven. Modern day wizardry with that temp control.

Okay let’s finish by looping back to the customer service, stand up people all around. We were charmed from the get go, pleased throughout. An amazing experience, really. The charm is still resonating within our hearts, and it’s been a few hours.great people, great pizza, great times. Would recommend to a friend.

Service isn't bad if not a bit slow when crowded.

The Hawaiian slice I had tasted a bit funky, but the vegetarian, now that, was good. Had a nice crust, topping spread and even has sesame seeds on top.

Price isn't bad 2 slices and a drink for $6.50.

Pizza is awesome without any doubt but the east indian girl over the counter dosent know anything about customer service. I paid cash for my purchase but I was short of 50 cent. I ask for completing my payment by my card and she made face on me and throw the machine on me for payment. Its was rudest behavior I have ever seen. Will never go again

Pickup time and customer service were on point. Great pizza, delicious, loaded with toppings. 2XLs were more than we needed for 4 ppl, but we finished them anyway!

This is our usual pizza place and we love it, but today I ordered 7 pizzas for our son’s party and like normal the service was amazing. Everyone was thrilled with the quality of the pizzas and I’m pretty sure some new customers are heading your way. Thank you so much for the great service:)

Every Uncle Fatih's I have tried so far is excellent. Great quality (they have a nice standard, I could not say that one location is better than another), friendly staff and clean premises.

You usually see people getting in for their 2 slices and a pop can offer, in pairs or by themselves. Or also for pickup orders. I think this is one of the best pizza places you can find nowadays for a quick bite or a whole pizza, either pick up or deliver.

The one in Kitsilano is conveniently located just by the 99 B-Line stop at Macdonald, you can see a lot of people getting down from the bus to grab a slice!

Affordable prices but mediocre quality and service is often rude and lacking. They don’t keep their display full of variety so at times there’s almost nothing to choose from. It’s probably better than their Commercial and UBC location.

Love pizza - not every day - but when you want some, it is all that will fill the void. Please note (and this applies to every pizza chain / franchise) that the slices sold on the premises are not representative of what you receive when ordering a whole pizza and what you receive with delivery.  

Uncle Faitih's Pizza (IMHO) is the best (classic style with multi toppings that are inclusive) pizza available in Metro Vancouver.

There may be a restaurant unknown to me that has excellent pizza, and if so please inform. UF's toppings are 3X the amount (and tastiness) of a Domino's for example. Great crust too. Order from the 'specialty pizza deals' part of the menu and you cannot go wrong.

Besides great pizza, the delivery guy (and on site staff) very friendly, and their prices lower than 'competitors'. So,  great 'za and at the lowest price. Seems to good to be true, but I suggest my review is valid.

The best variety of ready made pizza's sold by the slice in town! Lots of Vegetarian options. Good crust.

It was okay for a quick bite. Any eating table surface was dirty. The pizza ingredients always seem to make ip for it though.
