Hi People, today I came across with your employee named Heli, she was really helpful and patient with me. I would recommend the company to hire such employees. It builds a good customer base. Not what it seems. For being a factory outlet the prices don't always reflect. Black Friday sales were good. Every other regular day "sales" aren't worth it half the time. Go to a winners.

I visited on the long Weekend at Under Armour The associate named khaja really went above and beyond to help us as the sizes were unavailable at store he approach us for an online order which was a really good idea as we found every size that we were looking for. Under Armour Factory House definitely surprised me this time! To understand situation, this exact store and all the chain were really annoying and strange for me even a year ago. Not many good reviews and feedbacks from friend were, and then suddenly big changes since last year, many little improvements and a big good result. Crazy loud and aggressive music gone, dirt and mess on shelves gone, layout improved, even doors are opened now in the middle. Well congratulations!

Unprofessional staff treatment. I bought two items from here, both were on sale. When i came home and tried the item, there was an issue with size. I went back to return the item, the employee informed me that the item cannot be returned as it was final sale. I told them, that on the time of purchase, no one informed me about this, also, there was nothing written about final sale on the invoice. I requested for the manager, the manager handle the situation very well. I really encourage Under Armour to provide customers service training to all of their employees. Also, there was no one present on the floor to help.
This was last purchase from UA, not going anymore to buy items from here.

Super tight aisles which make it hard to get past people. Last time I was in the store there were clothes on the floor and just a lack of customer care.

Great service! The guy Salman was so really nice, polite and very helpful. Truly amazed with how he handles any customer may it be any time or with how busy he was. Detailed oriented service, customer friendly and must visit. Good offers and unique collection with good price.

Store was messed up but only one lady was very helpful and her name sneha, she was very very kind and honest person but store was so so bad all shoes size was missing but only (SNEHA) working at the store

I bought a lot two weeks ago and went back last Friday for exchange of wrong size items. Floor member Aditi was very patient, friendly (always smiling) and efficient, the store manager who I don't know her name was super professional and recommended me the best discount combos. Then, I bought a lot more. Excellent customer service team.keep it up. Thanks.

I had purchased quite a few items on Nov 29th but was unable to try them on due to the fact the changing rooms were closed for Covid, which incidentally, sounds like a lame excuse.

However the store gave us 90 days for exchanges and returns which is awesome. Well, when I got home, I had two items I wanted a larger size for. Since I was not familiar with how to go about doing that, I walked into the store on Dec 10th and tried to get the cashier's attention, to ask.

One of the floor team members, named Jumpy, saw my look of confusion and asked me if I needed any help. She took on the responsibility to find me a larger size pair of shorts and since when there were no larger sizes in the style of long sleeved top wear on the floor,  she went to the back to find me one.

I had just flown into YVR, and since the flight was delayed, I was now rushed to get to my meeting. However, thanks to Jumpy's very pleasant and quick service, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Today i shop in this store for gifts and for myself. I thought i going to save somw money because its black friday sale. One one the item i bought, i found out its not really on sale. On the price tag with sticker its said the original price is $59.99 but its on 50%, so the price will be $29.99. But when i got home i took off the white sticker, and isaw the original on the price tag, the original price was $54.geez the original price without the white sticker is much cheaper than with the white sticker.

I never like the staff from templeton under armour store, I am saying this from my experience. If you ask the article price you might feel there behaviour rude or they might have laugh.

Staff was helpful in understanding the mask sizes and taking safe measurement since the mask can not be returned.

Good sales, but no staff around to help, long lineup and merchandise scattered everywhere. Hangers say one size, clothing on them is another size. Frustrating shopping experience

Good selection. But we showed up 10 mins (7: 50 PM) before they closed and they refused to let us in. Told them we just need to grab something quick, still turned us down. Very rude service and seems like these guys are rushing to go home. One star for wide selection, but ZERO for lack of help or service.

I went to the store for return.

The cashier didn’t seem to understand the whole return procedure. Instead, he questioned many things and claimed it was for returning purposes. Perhaps he is new to the job, that just shows the company/ store offers really weak training programs.

Maybe the management team should check out their close competitor across. They do much better in training and that’s why people kept going to Nike.

Was the discount good? Yes.

Was the experience good? No.

Will I visit again? Hardly.

The most generous two stars ever given.

Terrible customer service. I ordered product which was shipped and apparently drop shipped, my door says do not drop ship due to high traffic area for theft and to leave a pick up slip. I never got my package, I called and let them know.they REFUSED to issue a refund, Refused replacement and I'm out 250 cad. Lucky me.screw under armour, never been so upset and disappointed by any level of service in my entire life.their online store is unreliable and not worth the trouble of ever using.dont bother with the online store!

Called up to inquire about one product if it’s available so that I can be sure before I drive 45kms but the lady on the phone said sorry it’s busy and can’t help.
