Just a shout out to Taylor Hart at head office customer service in Langley. TWICE she handled my "non-delivery" situations quickly professionally and on the same day (s) with a great amount empathy for my situation. 6 stars for her! Bit disappointed with Unifirst for not giving us more advanced strike notice and that we'd we'd have to wash our own laundry as we were not deemed "essential" even though essentially for the last 23 years we've supported them.

Such poor poor customer service, inquired about missed uniform delivery and was said they’ll personally drop it off but haven’t heard since.

Coveralls consistently come back dirty. "Flame resistant" ones catch fire every time I weld. Worst coveralls I've had in my career.
