I brought in my car for a spring refresh and it looks awesome. I had a bunch of stuff done - PPF removal and replacement, interior detail, paint correction and a sport ceramic finish. Car looks amazing considering it's 13 years old! Curtis' service and communication was exemplary. He sent me lots of pictures and provided updates. He even drove me to the SkyTrain when I dropped off my car. Highly recommended!

This place saved my car! I was having leaks in my car causing mould and took it to the dealership. They gave me a huge quote and said that I’d be better off buying a new vehicle but my car ran just fine. I took it here based off the reviews. They were able to fix my car up so it’s like new and spent a huge amount of time investigating and fixing all the leaks. I don’t think there is anywhere else that could have done what they did. Also save me thousands of dollars compared to what it would have cost at the dealership if I went through with what they quoted me. You know exactly what your paying for when you come here they send you lots of videos. You won’t regret bringing your car here. Also after being here I can say all these reviews are legit. Sometimes places try to incentivize you to place good reviews but after being here I know that’s not the case they just do good work.

Great service, Kurtis was amazing did a great job removing the old embedded glue off my truck from a bad spoiler install. Nobody wanted to take on this job, but he did and didn't over promise. Exceeded my expectations. Though it was a small job, he fitted me in and took on the challenge. Price was good too.

Great work from unique detailing! Definitely very precise and thorough with their clean. I brought my tesla Y in for interior cleaning with many spills, darkened white leather seats, 2 shedding pitbulls in the trunk and they put a lot of time and effort to getting it looking brand new. I said it would be alright to leave the dog hair as I know it would be too difficult to remove but they took the time to get out the needle thin hairs. They even took apart the back trunk slide to get to the creases. Kurt also educated me on the cleaning supplies they use and how other silicone base cleaners would damage the interior that most detailers use. Very friendly and helpful team as well!

My mom was referred to Unique detailing by a friend for a full detail and ceramic coating for her van that is a few years old. Kurtis was knowledgeable and recommended exactly what the car needed. Kurtis and his team did a great job cleaning my vehicle. Every corner was deeply cleaned and all the windows and windshields are very clear just like invisible glass. The surface of the vehicle was treated with the perfect coating as well. In short, I am completely satisfied with their work.

Great attention to detail, including painting the rusty-looking trailer hitch (for no extra charge), which I would never have thought of. Kenny removed a vinyl from my car, mobile service and charged a reasonable price. This guy knows his stuff. I had the absolutely worst, most degraded vinyl wrap on the roof of my golf. It was torn to shreds with holes everywhere, sun damaged etc.he got the job done in no time. Did the job with just about no scratches at all. Thanks again. Would recommend highly.

Wow! 5 stars So impressed with the level of service and attention to detail here with Kurtis and Pedro. They went above and beyond by taking care of my RSQ8. Windows, Rims, pipes, nothing was left untouched.

What impressed me the most was how Kurtis walked me through the entire process with detailed information and videos of the polishing process as it was happening.

Maybe the quality of the service is great. It’s possible. I’ve never used you guys and based on the person that was driving a car with this company logo on it in Dartmouth, I never will. Flying down a 50 zone doing over 100, weaving in and out of cars, running red lights acting all entitled. You’re representing your company and not doing a great job.

I HIGHLY recommend Kurtis and unique detailing. My family will only use Unique detailing from here on out. Not only was Kurtis honest and professional, he kept me in the loop the entire process. I had called around for a few mobile detailing shops to come and clean my moms Nissan Rogue due to interior mould. A few places said no problem and provided the price. When I called Unique, Kurtis was straight up and honest with me. He advised that a mobile detailing isn’t going to fix the problem only mask it. He explained every single detail of what needed to be done and was upfront with the cost which I really appreciated. Even though the full mould removal and detailing was more expensive than the other mobile quotes, I went with Kurtis based on his upfront honesty and knowledge on how to fix the issue. When the car was dropped off Kurtis kept me informed with videos and pictures of the progress. When it came time to pick up the car it was like it was brand new again. Kurtis gave a full rundown again of what him and his team did to make sure that all the mould was gone and wouldn’t return. I cannot say enough good things about Unique detailing. It is indeed a rare event where I feel I can provide a review for outstanding service. Too often I have found people do the minimum and just really don't care. Not this time. Kurtis and his team are professional, well organized and sweat the details. They took the time to explain the process to my satisfaction, did not rush the job and ultimately delivered on what they promised which is perfection.
They work to a high standard I think few can hope to achieve.

EDIT: I have upgraded my review to 4*. The owner Kurtis has since emailed me. We have also spoken on the phone. I am satisfied with the resolution offered and their plan going forward on how to do better with their website, quoting and communication. They will also train their technicians better in customer service so something like this doesn’t happen again.

Seems like the shop reviews are great but unfortunately the detailing with the mobile service was not very "detailed" as they missed cleaning some key spots. When we expressed our concerns about the missed spots, they offered to come back to fix it but it was too inconvenient for us to reschedule and have the car out of commission again. However, there was no offer on reducing the invoice given the incomplete job.

We also expressed concern about the high bill. For $320 plus tax and $300 plus tax (two cars got detailed), they did not deliver the value charged. Our cars were in great condition before (no pets, stains or mould, and food is not allowed in the car) so there should have been no reason it would be that high, unless they wanted a “make work” project to extend the time. Be careful with companies that charge by the hour. We had quotes in the $200 range per car but decided to go with Unique Detailing because of the great reviews here. We won’t be coming back due to the lack of detail in the missed spots, high price and poor customer service in dealing with our concerns.

Highly recommend Kurtis and his crew. Did some excellent work to correct the paint on my old Honda. Worth every penny!

Kurtis was a life saver for us this past weekend. He fit us in to his very busy schedule to solve a time-sensitive issue. From the moment he picked up the phone he was on the job for us. Welcoming, validated our questions as important, transparent (sent photo updates of the progress), lovely staff, spotless shop, no up-selling. I could go on and on. I'm in the biz myself, but no longer have the time for polishing. Kurtis and the crew at Unique were recommended by a mutual colleague of ours. After a bit of a botched paint job on my personal vehicle, I had to get the overspray issue fixed. I just couldnt handle each time I washed the car, it feeling like sand paper. The overspray was no match for the Unique team's experience and expertise. Thanks Kurtis and crew, well done!

I do not leave reviews easily. I feel when you get good service, it is already included in the price. However, these guys were professional in an outstanding way. The first employee I met and spoke with was Pedro and quite frankly I was taken aback by the level of professionalism. It is a rare find these days. Any other questions or concerns that may have lingered on, after meeting with Pedro, were met with equal resolve when I met with and spoke with the owner Kurtis. Again, blown away. These guys take quality seriously and it shows. Back in the day you would go to a services station and a guy would come out and would pump your gas and wash your windows and check your oil and even check the air in your tires. That was an "above and beyond" kind of service and very rare to find today. But this is kind of how it felt and I am grateful for the experience. Thanks guys my old truck looks like brand new.

I was very skeptical of detailing places and got recommended this by another place that does PPF that I really trust.

My car was super dirty, went on trip from Vancouver to Calgary twice, lots of road salt, I also have a dog and you can think of how it was.

I was impressed with the service from the beginning, you can book the cleaning on the site, you can ask questions by email or message making the whole experience super convenient, and it doesn’t stop there, they have a mobile service that goes to your home to clean your car, simply amazing, needlessly to say the car was shining and super clean

Another amazing job. After recently detailing our newer Sapphire Blue Macan we decided to bring our 2010 Black Boxster to Unique Detailing. They did an amazing job - it’s like I picked up a new car. Kurtis and his team did an awesome job on the paint correction, some small touch ups and of course the icing on the cake, the Ceramic Pro (Silver) coating.

We also had the leather interior cleaned and conditioned. The leather looks great - it wasn’t all shiny as you’d expect from a cheap product and I wasn’t slipping all over the place as you’d also expect from a cheap job. It was a deep clean and condition.

We’ll be coming back annually for a maintenance check and I’d highly recommend Unique Detailing.

I recently brought my 2016 M6 in for paint restoration and ceramic coating. Shops owner & operator Kurtis was incredibly knowledgable and friendly which calmed the natural concerns I always have when bringing my car to a new detailer. He did everything the package I purchased entailed and then some, going beyond the call of duty by fixing some loose trim pieces and touching up paint chips on the body of the car. He also did an excellent interior detail with leather cleaning and conditioning. Before I used Unique Detailing I would always bring my car to a detailer I trusted down in Washington state, but due to the border closure I was forced to look elsewhere.
Unique Detailing did just as good of a job if not better than my guy in the States. I highly recommend Unique Detailing and will refer friends and family to Kurtis for any of their detailing needs.

Very impressed with the work ethic, amount of equipment used, and care taken in removing the mold from my car. It was very distressing to get into the car after it sat for the last few months and discover that there had been a water leak and mold. I was wondering if it was the end of the car, but thought I would look online for mold removal and came across Unique Detailing. To get to the point, Jon did an outstanding job. I had the Ceramic Silver package done and I’m really happy with it! Kurtis is professional, non pushy and provides regular updates on your car. It took 2-3 days for polishing and putting on the coating. Kurtis and his team even vacuumed the interior for me!

I brought in a 20 year old car that had been recently repainted. Kurtis brought the car back to life with countless hours of wet sanding and polishing to a mirror like finish. I never really leave reviews, but these guys are amazing. They completely went out of their way to help me out with the tree sap stains on my bmw. Probably saved me a couple hundred dollars. I feel like nowadays it’s a really rare thing!

My 2018 Black Camaro had quite a few scratches on the front end due to vandalism Kurtis was able to remove all scratches and restore car back to new again. His workmanship and professionalism was flawless and I recommend Unique Detailing to anyone.

My car was brought to a detail shop to remove the stain at its side. That shop was unable to remove it but fee was paid. I was referred to Unique Detailing and they were able to remove the stain. 100% would recommend. We brought in our neglected '89 Honda Accord for an interior/door jam deep clean after she sat outdoors in the Vancouver wet for longer than we'd like to admit.
