Have been using these guys for years and have always had excellent work done and prices are reasonable for the quality of work they do I highly recommend this business.

The leather seats in my brand new 2022 BMW X5 were uncomfortable due to the top stitch seams on the seating surface and the bolsters. Emma and Alex were able to help find a solution by undoing the factory stitching and changing the stitching to a plain seam. I had called several different leather/interior companies and many of them weren't up for the challenge.

Very impressed with their work. I had a cut in my driver's seat on my 2013 Toyota. They had the material in stock and replaced the panel in one day. The seat even seems more comfortable now. Definitely recommend them.

AMAZING service! I called in today, Dec 29th (during the holidays) to see if they would help me close my sunroof (I opened it and could not get it closed again). I was in a panic as snow was forecasted on & off for the next week. The receptionist was extremely helpful (more than the typical slotting you in for an appointment) and stated I could drop by in the next 30 mins and have one of the technicians take a look (mind you I called many repair shops and they stated they were all booked and/or did not work with sunroofs). I took it on-site the technicians were able to get it closed (at no charge)! It was a straight forward fix, but the time they took to accommodate myself during a busy time for their business is beyond great customer service and was greatly appreciated! If I would of took this else where, they would have charged the minimum shop time. I highly recommend these guys!

AWESOME service and quality. REAL ACTUAL leather car seats, installed like or better then factory original. Roman was super helpful (also friendly and personable) in helping with colour choices of my Mazda SUV car seats, inserts, piping, stitching, etc. They actually take out all your seats to install the full seats with the leather seats. AND they vacuumed out my car at the same time. PLUS, the seats come with a three-year 60,000 km warranty. Thanks so much

Got some heated seats installed in my Honda Civic and the heated seats work great so far.
The shop was also kind enough to install an OEM replacement material backrest cover and also add some foam for no charge. Very nice of them. I do have to say I had to come back one time (not a big deal) so they could adjust the seat because it wasn’t moving properly after install. They fixed it very quickly and where very nice about everything. This is why I still gave 5 starts. Every shop may encounter a problem once in a while and that’s ok as long as they deal with it professionally.

I got to the store at about 1130 they started to work on my f150 at about 200 because there were other customers ahead of me there were four people working on my truck until 600 I forgot to mention this was on Christmas Eve, the employees were going to go home at noon but I had to leave the next day for out of town

The owner is a good fellow, who clearly cares about his business.

I would use them again.

I called in and they had me come in right away as I thought my sunroof was leaking. Turns out after rigorous testing and working on it it wasnt leaking. He refused to charge me for his time spent on my vehicle. You just dont get service like this any more.

Difficult to evaluate as I have not used their services. My email inquiries were ignored and I was given no response. No customer service or standard of getting back to the customer. Expect to be ignored.

Had my seat repaired and heated seats installed and they did a great job. Also, had a vibration in my sunroof they installed 6 years ago.they fixed it at no charge.also repaired a broken plastic weld on my door at no charge.fair and honest service.thanx Roman

These guys do great job. Redid my Toyota interior in leather and even after heat and sun from summer still looks amazing. Even door panels which i have had trouble with before. If you ask for Garett he will give you a fair price. Originally i chose them for lowest quote and no regrets.

My Ram1500 had a back up sensor installed by United Automotive in 2017. I had some trouble with it within couple of months (it beeped in the rain or when there was no obstacle behind the truck, unreliable) so I returned to United Automotive, where they thoroughly checked everything even replaced some parts without charge. The sensor function improved, but was never perfect. I just lived with it for 2 years but recently the function deteriorated to the point where as soon as I put the truck in reverse the sensor went on in a loud annoying high pitched beep. I called United Automotive expecting to have to wait for a week before they will have time to look at my truck. They got me in right away, replaced everything, toned down the sound of the signal all without charging me. I was very surprised and very happy with their work. These people have integrity, they are friendly and professional. I highly recommend United Automotive Interiors. I will be going back for any other work I will need to be done on my or our family cars.

I wanted to wait quite a bit before my review to ensure the quality of the work. I can say nearly a year out that the quality is fantstic and the leather interior looks amazing.

My (almost) 20 y/o 4Runner ('pristine' w/ only 105K km) needed the moon roof to be repaired (not functional and leaking) involving the headliner being dropped and entire mechanical unit to be R&R. The dealership's quoted price / warranty was, 'challenging'.

A classic vehicle requires a shop that has done it before. Besides an excellent job on my 'lid' (works like new) the price and promises were all kept. The owner arranged for a loaner vehicle that was, 'very cool' (cannot promise you will get same).  

Not to be politically incorrect, the reception / biz manager was professional, friendly, 'very smart', and 'hot'. Always truthful in my reviews:)
