Shahideh is a gem. She is pleasant, helpful and responsive. Working with her to spec and source the fixtures for our bathroom reno has been a pleasure from start to finish even with the horrendous lead times for delivery of all the pieces due to Covid supply chain issues. It was a lot of work for Shahideh to keep us informed but she did so with a positive attitude.
