Unwin Park

My kids loved it. It has a big playground field, water park area and nice kids play area with swings

We used to love this park. This park got all the great stuff, swimming pool, splash park etc. But crowd here is crazy, they have no manners and make fun of kids

The park is nice and spacious however quite dirty. Maybe the city could go in and spray it down.or hive it a little polish!

Good park, if you want to play cricket just go there and ask the guys playing there will let you play

Good park with rides for kids with special needs but crowd there is generally not that good.kids and even adults are ill mannered most of the time so have stopped going there. Restroom too dirty.

Absolutely amazing park it's incredible! There's even a team of young staff members that engage with all the kids in games and fun! THEY ARE AMAZING I absolutely recommend this park for anyone for an incredible family day

Amazing park, lots of option to play around (ofcourse bring your own equipment). Especially early morning, also if you don't wanna play you can watch other people playing.

A nice little park with a swimming pool, swings, washrooms, and picnic tables to have a bit of a leisurely picnic and so-on on a nice day.

Very busy park. But fun place for kids. Good picnic shelters for birthday parties.

Excellent toddler play area and splash park along with a public swimming pool. There are multiple play grounds as well. Only thing missing is a proper trail that goes around the park for folks who prefer to walk.

This is a 5 star park except for the fact that people often do celebrations here and do a poor job of cleaning up after themselves. I find there is garbage left all over and my young daughters are in their curious stage and pick things up. It's very off putting. The park itself is a wonderful playground though. I just wish the people using it would have more respect for it.

Super busy with some desi guys walking around looking at women. Old people hogging up all the tables and some of the kids rides. Otherwise it's a great park. You have to go in non busy hours to enjoy it.

Fast forward 2023: I've been in Unwin Park after 6 years. The kids' play area improved a lot. They put up a new play area, to be precise. They have the water park and outdoor swimming pool as before. The water park area is getting aged a little. On the back, they have baseball, hockey, cricket practice nets, and soccer fields.

Main parking is cramped as usual, but usually, the east side parking, you get some spaces. May be difficult to get space on the weekends when they have baseball practices. There are free street parking spaces around 134 Street. But overall, it's still a 5 star park!

Original Review: They have a very nice water park and public pool open for all. Only draw back is that it doesn't have a sponge floor, so it may not be that safe if anyone gets slipped.

Possibly the least inclusive place to go. Only one group allowed. Felt like we were in another country and not welcomed

Beautiful park, have lots of activities for kids to play, best place to spend during the summer break with kids, have swimming pool for kids.

Parking is a issue. U get the street parking on the other side. Good place for children to enjoy some cool water in summer

We love the park, but conditions of the boxes for hockey soccer or otherwise are always such a mess. Otherwise, the park is close to home and a favorite

Very kid friendly, wheelchair friendly and other disability friendly playground with wheelchair access to most things, including the merry-go-round. They have a big baseball field, outdoor pool, outdoor water park, as well as a playground and plenty of benches and picnic tables to sit at. Some have covered shelters on them, and some are already in the shade. The bathrooms smell like urine, both male and female. They have no hand dryers or paper towel either.

Loved this park for so many reasons! The best feature of this park is, how Inclusive it was! The entire play structure is accessible for Wheelchairs! Play Instruments allowed room for a wheelchair to fit for the musician! There was a sign that taught Brail! The lack of park benches close to the play structure encouraged parents to play with their children, however lack of benches made it difficult for me to nurse my youngest while being close to my older children. My children were entertained for quite sometime and we had to leave before they told us they were ready to leave.

I was thoroughly impressed overall and hope many more play structures become as inclusive! Only con, is that it would be nice to have a few park benches close to the play structure.
