I can't imagine any place more beautiful. It was so peaceful riding across the lake. There's restrooms on the ferry itself and you can get out of your vehicle and walk around when crossing. Each side of the lake also has a rest area/picnic area with cement picnic tables and a restroom.

One of the best ferry experience ever had. It’s a free ride connecting the two bays Shelter and Galena.
