I had so bad experience today here, I wanted to fill out a form for consent letter and I just needed some help and questions about form that what’s that mean and I wanted to make sure I’m doing right! When I asked that person, She said I can’t help you anymore and you have to fill out with yourself and I said yes I know, just this part it means… and she didn’t allowed to me to ask anymore and just say No and so serious just repeated I can’t help! It’s definitely so unprofessional! And they wanted to charge me $75 plus tax but I found somewhere else by $55!

In case it’s helpful to others, here’s an unfiltered replay of my experience at this business:
Needed a notary for a legal document. Was given a 15 minute appointment and told cost would be $75.
Arrived and promptly asked to produce the document, sit, have legal id ready.
Notary comes out, looks over doc, asks if it’s ready for signature. I wanted to ask a few questions but was not given an opportunity. The only question asked to me was “is this document complete”. Then asked me to sign and took my id and the doc away to get stamped.
Returns the doc and id to the reception desk and said I can pay there.
In total, approximately 5 minutes was spent and that included time to pay as the interact machine wasn’t working properly.
Recommended if all you need is a stamp. Not recommended if you’re looking for minimal guidance and service.

I had an excellent experience with Uptown notaries. They handled my property transfer and several other mortgage relayed tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Their quick response times and clear communication made it easy and stress free. Highly recommend.

Efficient notary that is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. When we bought a place, we got recommended this notary from our agent and they were very competent in helping us with complete as well as explain all the paperwork with regards to the purchase. Fees were standard. Small parking lot on the side of the building for limited car parking.
