Great deals and friendly neighborhood service. The gentleman who assisted me seemed much more interested in helping me find the right fit, opposed to other places that were always trying to upsell me. Plus, he was so kind to lend me his trolley to bring my new furniture home - I live a block away. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had a great experience with Urban Decor! I purchased a storage bed and a storage sofa, both of which were of excellent quality and reasonably priced. I was able to assemble them easily on my own. The customer service was incredibly cordial and friendly, and whenever I had unexpected issues with my delivery, the seller promptly adjusted the dates and times to accommodate me. The delivery was fast and well-executed. I highly recommend this store, both for their excellent customer service and competitive prices!

You can't go wrong shopping here: sturdy and modern furniture at competitive prices. They usually offer same day delivery and installation. Literally, the best place to buy furniture specially beds!

We just bought a new sofa from Urban Deco and although the one we originally purchased was out of stock, they offered an alternative that was similar and we are very happy with it. Further, the delivery service was earlier than expected, but they waited almost an hour for us to arrive and carried our purchase into the apartment in a professional and effective manner. Highly recommend!

Went to this store for the first time 2 weeks ago and I’ve been back many times. Got a couch, bed and mattress from them, looking to get a TV stand next. I’m usually in and out of the store in less than 10 mins. They’re fast, efficient and knowledgeable, what else can you ask for? They always try to make things work and get your stuff delivered ASAP. Couldn’t be happier!

We just came by here no more than 30 mins ago. Upon walking in, we got hit by the strong smell of cigarettes in the store. Mind you, I am not sensitive to smells but it was bad. No one was there, so we just went around and looked at some furnitures we were interested in. The prices were good compared to the ones I saw online, and I was genuinely interested in their storage beds and sectionals. When someone finally came out of the back, he just stood there and stared at us. I was checking out a couch, so I didn't realize a man was there until my boyfriend mentioned it. No hi, no hello, nothing. Not a good first impression of the place. Needless to say, I will not come here again and would rather take my business elsewhere. If that is how they treat potential customers (or lack, thereof), I cannot imagine how they would treat one after purchasing furniture from them. Keep that in mind.

Extremely rude customer service. They sure have good collection, but the attitude they have in the store is ridiculous. They lie on your face.
Listen to this: The store guy tells me for the bed I was interested in, "This is the last bed I have, someone else wants it and he just went to buy lunch and when he comes back and finds out that's its gone, he'll be upset. " LOL. Are you kidding me? First of all, never play such tricks with customers. We aren't dumb. Lol. 2nd, if that was genuinely the case, that's extremely bad customer service of you if you promised someone for the bed and now selling it to me while he is trying to feed himself.what does that say about you? NEVER GO TO THE STORE.

Great local business downtown. Ed was able to help me order the furniture I wanted and getting it delievered as soon as possible. I have no one around to help setup the furnit, Adel who delivered the furniture was kind enough to lend me a hand. Thank you for taking care of your customer:)

What a little gem of of a furniture store that I've overlooked for years. I happened to be looking around online looking for new sectional sofa when I ran across an ad from Urban Decor. Was really amazed by the prices, was thinking it mustn't be good quality. I went into their store and was really impressed with their stock. The quality of the furnishings is actually very good. I highly a doubt you could find the same quality with their prices anywhere else. I was a furniture store manager in the past and I would stand by that statement. I will be back soon to purchase my new sofa as soon as i make a decision and get spousal approval lol

Bought a bunch of furniture from this store two months ago, nice quality of the items for a reasonable price. Excellent costumer service from Ed and from the guys that deliver the furniture as well, they assemble the furniture efficiently. Had an issue with the coffee table that opens wasn't aligning and also the back of a chair was getting lose, no problem they sent someone to fix the coffee table and also they sent a new chair. Very happy with their service and the furniture. Excellent value.

I recently purchased a sofa bed at Urban Decor, and it was delivered quickly & professionally and for a very reasonable price (I was even offered help with setting up the sofa at drop off, but I refused and said I could figure it out). Unfortunately the sofa king instructions did not show where to find the parts and pieces I needed for the bed, so I assumed a box was missing. I left a message with Urban Decor after hours (around 7: 30pm) and I got a call back an hour later at 8: 30pm and Ed was very helpful and told me where I could find the necessary parts and cushions (they were hidden in a secret pocket at the bottom of the couch). It was a great relief to have all the parts and the bed was very easy to set up. The sofa is well made, designed for easy functionality and folding, and is perfect for my lo-fi East Van basement when I have a guest. All of the people at Urban Decor have been very polite and friendly, and I really appreciate this great little sofa and the price. Plus, my cats love it

Bought two WHITE leather dinning chairs that's on sale. Arrived in a box. Found multiple dirty stains on both chairs upon opening the box. Went to store to tell the guy who sold me the chairs about the stains. Was told - " that's why they were on sale. " Also, one chair's legs are uneven.

I recently moved to the Vancouver area, and I needed a bed very quickly. I went to the store to check out the bedS in person, and I placed my order for a bed. Within 24 hours, the bed was delivered and assembled in my home. The service I received was very professional. I would recommend this store as an excellent alternative to online stores who do not yet have the infrastructure in place to respond next day delivery In the Vancouver area. You also have the option of shopping online if you do not want to visit the store.

Small little furniture store in the heart of Davie street. Full of neat modern stuff. Owner and it appears sole employee is very friendly and helpful.

I dont leave many reviews but this store really deserves 5 stars! Our salesperson Ed was absolutely fantastic. He helped us find a complete livingroom setup in custom order fabrics! Even the delivery was fast and efficient. Its amazing how they fit so many cool options in such a tiny little store.

Good selection and, so far, we do like the couch we bought. We were planning to use a it as a primary store to refurnish our entire apartment. Unfortunately, the gentleman in the front (not sure if he is the owner of not) was rude and unprofessional over the phone and snapped at me because I had the nerve to ask when the couch we had paid for would be delivered. We won't be buying from here again as we found the same items at other furniture stores.

I have visited this shop yesterday and decided to buy this comfortable, classy couch with a good deal. Mr Ed (the owner) he was so nice and very helpful. They delivered my couch today and they explained to me how to assemble very quick. The service was very satisfying. They have good quality and excellent service.

The owner of the store is really friendly, honest, and patient. My sister and I tried several sofa beds at the store and finally settled on the Drake Click-Clack Sofa Bed. We like the design and it fits well in a small condo or apartment. They don't deliver on certain days, but we were able to decide on a delivery day with the owner. The process was smooth and the delivery man was so kind to assemble the sofa bed for us. The staff from this store provide excellent customer service and they sell great furniture at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

The couch came with a slight defect, but Ed quickly rectified the issue. I hadn't intended to purchase furniture here and casually sauntered it, but Ed's helpful nature and the overall good selection of this place won me over. Thank you very much, Ed!
