Everything is really good, the cashiers in the front is always friendly to me. The only reason for 4 star is the fruit and veg is a hit and a miss sometimes. Very often I get home only to find the raspberries are no good, I have had other items with the same deal. Other than that, good selection. The deli in the back also makes some tasty breakfast!

I think the people working at the cash register should be more friendly and smile to costumer!

Karen accused me of stealing milk when I hadn't even entered the store, it was a fair life or whatever milk jug and I had water in it because it was 30° out, she threatened to call the police on me for sitting on the sidewalk outside drinking water.

IGNORE THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! The black cashier woman who works during the week in the day time doesn't know how to operate a cash register and makes you scan 50 of the same items one by one instead of using the calculator bulk scan option using 1. And she will double charge you unless you tell her right there she counted wrong. Doesn't double check for errors. If you have coupons, valid price corrections after the fact or price match agreements with other store managers or department heads for technical or specific reasons (even after being a loyal shopper for decades) she will rat you out with glee, going over everyone's head with one specific tall & thin store manager with slicked back hair, who goes back on his word the next day after shaking hands and coming to an agreement with the poor customer. Then, she ignores you and passes you off to another cashier instead the next day you return to do some shopping. Rude, borderline racist and has problems with people of western descent. This place brings me a lot of nostalgia, because when I exchanged here it was a very good place with affordable prices! I loved coming back here after years! Chicken Pot Pie is delicious!

This was $17.58 I thought there was a pricing error

Could have sat down at a fancy Indian restaurant for this price - and I served and sold the food to myself, won’t be hitting this hot bar again.

Not only a market but much more, try their breakfast, different delicious three eggs omelettes, the coffee they offer to you not only in the inside Starbucks, for sure the daily fresh food and remember to get their rewards card every time you go there!
Really good option not only to buy groceries and fresh food.
Remember be polite with the cashiers especially with Eva, always doing her best.

Shelley S is one of the snarkiest cashiers I’ve ever met. The store is nice, the workers… not so much.

It lives up to its claim of being a ‘gourmet grocery store’, like a giant delicatessen with a supermarket range of goods. Accordingly, it’s not the cheapest. There’s a good bakery in the morning, as well as a cafe area and a Starbucks. There is a wide range of foods to eat in or to go, including sushi, pizza, fried chicken and much else, the quality of these is somewhat variable. I can’t recommend the café’s decaff.

I've been looking for a certain item that's in limited supply right now and I called several places looking for it. I called here and they found the item I was looking for and offered to set them aside for me. They were very quick and friendly and worth the trip. Definitely going back

Is there a choice for no stars? Tried to order for a small company event and the Manager was so rude. I understand if you are not able to accommodate the order, but to speak with a customer in that manner is not acceptable. In my opinion

This is to bring up that this grocery store gave me that wonderful vibe shopping around and a variety of product choices.

My only comment goes for the cashiers and staff that act like robots and no feelings.
Everytime i go there and come to the cashier no matter how nice I am, I always greet them. They either just nod, smirk or ignore you. I do understand that this year and last year were tough times and I hope that they come to work full of love. I wish that you as the owners and managers have a review of employee's performances.

It's very uncomfortable with that shopping vibe and ends with mixed annoying feelings these cashiers are giving. Same women and I know their faces. I could name one of the 2. "Pamela".

It doesn't hurt to say Have a great day back or you as well, right?

Hope this could be a lesson for them.

We as customers care about your store. Otherwise you would see them switching to other groceries which would create no jobs for them. You know that.

Great sized store, good food, over priced though look at this $13 sandwich. I mean piece of bread.

I just got 100 grams of deli meat and she rolled her eyes at me. I know its not a lot but I did end up getting 50 dollars worth of deli meat. The staff is just so miserable here it always surprises but it shouldn't at this point, management must be horrible or the union must be strong. I wish there were an alternative.

Why are all the staff at this this store so miserable all of the time? ! I asked the pizza slicer guy today a question about the freshness and he was so annoyed. If you hate your job so much please don't work in the public sector. Go for the selection but don't expect any kind of forward facing service.

Update: I was told to pick up a gift certificate (nice!) from the customer service desk and the man there was really miserable and grumpy, it was actually funny to me at that point.

Excellent and friendly service. The Happy Hour menu has the pulled pork lettuce wraps and are just excellent. Only $5.25, with a pretty decent size portion.

This urban fare location never has hash browns available with their breakfast, I’ve been to this location twice for breakfast and couldn’t get hash browns.

Several months ago I bought a small fruit container. Moldy blueberry. About two months ago Chicken Roti sandwich had browned celery despite being packed that day. Today I bought a 'spaghetti pasta' that was packed Aug. 2 that tasted off and just bad. It looks just like the Macaroni Salad packed a week ago. Guess they're trying to hide the fact that 'spaghetti pasta' is really old. And why are they selling coleslaw they packed more than a week ago? This Urban Fare is just disappointing. 'Food is our passion' and yet they put out such bad and old food.

Great selection of foods and pre made / hot food service area. I get my groceries here when I stay in a hotel with a kitchenette

They ruined my favourite chicken sandwich, it used to have these delicious little peppers in it and they replaced that with nasty raw kale and chunky avocado. The flavour is horrible now. The reason I do groceries there is to pick up that sandwich for lunch, as I find the rest of their cafe food unappetizing. I hope they bring back the original chicken sandwich but until then I will be doing my groceries elsewhere.

Had many negative experiences at this location: Deli person sneezed directly onto my coldcut and proceeded to sell it to me. Saw mice in the dry foods section. Cashiers are unfriendly. Ordered the avocado toast, waited 20 mins, was served cold toast on a wet and dirty dish. Smh.

Nice place to eat very quiet. When I was there, lots of fresh food. The staff are really nice
