The first time I came to this location they did a refill on me and it was okay and the price was 45. Today I came in to get them removed but just ended up doing a colour change. They charged me 35 just for colour change and for my feet, just for foot massage was 35 (no nail polish) as well I payed.but I asked to see their pricing package because I felt like they were being sneaky and they didn’t even have the pricing for what I had gotten done. I won’t be returning and honestly I do not recommend at all. Honesty is the best way to keep returning customers.

Not much good quality nails, and speaking in their own language not really appreciate. Not properly done, nails are going in wrong direction, waste of 80$

If you care about your hands, they scratch my hand with a file and they didn't have the color I chose and they were in a hurry to finish it and they were impatient, in the end my nails are like chicken feet, with a color I don't like. Their behavior with the customer was not right at all.

Environment was clean and staff were helpful, Cindy in particular did an amazing job with my mani and pedi!

If you need a same day appointment, this is a place for you. Their work isn’t outstanding nor horrible. It’s just ok

This place is fantastic. They are super busy and handle it with ease! The owner Lin did my acrylic set and gel pedicure and I was very happy. Everything was very clean, they took their time and did a wonderful job.

I was a little anxious due to the bad reviews but I decided to give it a chance and had a pleasant surprise. They did a really good job on my nails. Kathy did my pedicure and I did not catch the name of the lady who did my manicure but they took their time and they did the shape I requested perfectly. Super happy and the price was totally reasonable. They are very quick to get you in even though I just walked in. Perfect for emergency nails! Thank you!

Saw all the negative reviews but wanted to go see for myself.i booked an appointment for 5: 45 and there was a very short wait, maybe 8 minutes and when i got seated the lady thanked me for waiting.i wish i caught her name but she wears a jade bracelet.she was really gentle and made sure i loved everything.super happy with my nails!:)

Poor quality service. They don't understand English. My nails started chipping just after 2 days and the color faded just in 2 days. When I asked them, they were very rude and answered me that is how their service will be. I wasted 100$ on them. Highly suggest not to use thier services.

Worst pedicure i have ever got! The lady did too fast and never asked if water temperature was appropriate for me, and never asked if the pressure was comfortable for me.will never use there services again.

This place is horrible they are extremely rude their work is bad quality and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The salon is busy but conveniently located. I had an appointment and was taken in straight away. I was just getting my acrylic nails removed and my tech was very nice, quick but the process was painful as she said the acetone removal would take too long and didn’t seem interested in doing it. She removed my nails by using a fake nail which isn’t the best.

Tracy did my nails. It was accurate. She paid attention to colour, design as well as the shape really well. She was so considerate since my cuticles have been damaged by sanitizers so much but she was very careful while doing my nails. Definitely would recommend the place. The place is so clean and calm.

Very bad quality of service and very poor customer service. I got two broken nails in less than one week and when i went to the salon to find the solution the manager misbehaved me. Manager was so rude to me and instead of making their consumers happy called the security guys.
That was my biggest mistake to go to that salon. I wont recommend that salon at all that is wasting money and time.
I have never seen such a bad costumer service anywhere.

Worst salon ever she did a horrible job at my pedicure gel polish as if I pained them myself. I showed her an insp pic for the acrylic set I wanted and she didn’t follow instructions. I am so disappointed! These were were birthday nails I’m never going back here!

The nail shape was badly trimmed and the cuticles were not removed properly. She couldn't even match the length of French so I had to ask her to fix it several times.

Very satisfying service，I'd like to go once a month. I hope I can apply for a membership card in the store so that I can get a discount every time I go.

Awful Experian at this nail salon at first they lied about price they tell you one price and changed me more then what they said.
Ugly nails job very rude customer service Please don’t go to this place save you money and go somewhere professional with customer service.

The worst nail spa ever! The last that worked on chopped my skin and was so insensitive about the bleeding on my nail. No first aid administered even. Totally don't recommend this place. Was so worried about contracting an infection

I have gone here many times to have tips, polish and acrylic as well as pedicures. I primarily see Donna and she is absolutely amazing, she is so patient, kind, perfectionist and so creative. I highly recommend her and honestly I don’t know if I could ever trust anybody else to do my nails… even though each time I am there I see so many other people having beautiful work done and everybody there is really just so friendly I am just so partial to Donna because she has treated me so amazingly so many times. It is a nice spacious environment very organized you can always get an appointment as they have many nail techs. The pricing is really really reasonable as well.
Another thing that I really enjoy while I am there is the staff is so friendly and respectful to each other… You really feel like you are in a family environment… When employees are all very happy and kind to each other it really says a lot about a business.

Every time I have had my nails done by daughter I am just overwhelmed with compliments everywhere I go. Thank you for always taking care of me Donna you are the best

I asked if I could be served by someone who spoke English. No one in the entire salon spoke English. I went elsewhere.

Today i went for Pedicure they were very welcoming at first then they made me wait for 15 minutes then a guy came he started my Padicure at 1: 10 pm and he finishes at 1: 25 pm he took only 15 mins.i would never ever visit this Nail spa again in my life horrible service very unprofessional staff they just want to finish it off and grab money from the customer they don’t care about anything. Would never recommend to anyone

I came here to wait for my partner to finish her appointment. The guy at the desk had his head in his phone, didn’t even bother to acknowledge I was there. I asked for somewhere to sit, to which we both looked at some empty seats and he quietly went “hmm ahh I don’t know” and then I sarcastically suggested to wait outside and he replies saying yeah that’s good. Rude, curt and unnecessary.
