Overall best dental office I have been to ever not to mention the staff! From front desk to assistants and Dentist! I couldn't ask for more and I am not a lover of the dentist. This visit was easy breezy and I look forward to more.

Dr. Staples and the team were great throughout the process from start to finish of some extensive dental work i recently had completed. I appreciate that I was involved with each step and great care was taken to ensure I was happy with the appearance and feel of the work done. Jordan and Paige and the other assistants in the process helped me feel as comfortable as possible. And a final thank you to Maddy, the office pup who was there to lend additional support. Highly recommend for all your dental needs, especially if you’re looking to get any restorative or cosmetic procedures done.

Best office I've ever worked in. Wonderful, professional and supportive staff. Dr Staples is full of knowledge and energy, fun to work with. AND corrected my bite with Invisalign after many years of not being able to bite on my back teeth.

An amazing clinic for people like me with dental anxiety. You really feel taken care of. I never have to ask for things like a weighted blanket, they know and they offer it to you. Everyone from the receptionists to hygienists is friendly and remembers you from your last visit. I love that I see consistent people every time. They also made my 4-year-old's cleaning a positive, fun experience. As for Dr Staples, she's thorough, thoughtful, and left no stone unturned in helping me with a complex case of tooth pain. Grateful for this place and these folks!

Amazing staff! Dr. Staples is an amazing and extremely knowledgeable professional lady. The frontstaff are also so kind and informative. Sabrina, my new dental hygienist, is brilliant. My cleaning whitened my teeth by 20% and that was just a cleaning! Very lucky to have found these lovely people

Exceeded my expectations for a teeth cleaning. Sabrina is a person that takes your care very seriously and advised me on so much. This was a very good experience for me.

This is an amazing dental practice! The staff is so warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is almost soothing. If you experience anxiety or fear of the dentist this is the place for you! They offer different anxiety reducing options from weighted blankets to a therapy dog (so cute!) to nitrous oxide. After a lot of different dentists, Dr. Staples is the only dentist I will allow to touch my teeth, because she takes my concerns seriously and does a wonderful job!

Dr. Rachel Staples is THE best dentist I’ve ever had. Her professionalism and skill level is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past. Maybe even more importantly, she is a remarkable, kind person who cares about her patients.

I was unhappy with and somewhat ashamed of the condition of my teeth for years, which resulted in anxiety going to the dentist to take the first step to improve them. It’s like being so out of shape that you feel like you have to work out at home before you can go to a gym…but never do.

When I met Dr. Staples and the team at Urban Smiles, I knew they were the right fit for me, immediately. Not once have I felt judged…only supported and respected.

Over the past two years, they have been working to restore a smile I can be proud of. I trust them whole-heartedly with my dental care, knowing they always make my best interest a priority.

Very unique dental office. Every area exceeded my expectations from a thoughtful, experienced, kind dentist, lovely receptionist, to a an excellent hygienist. Makes you feel that they only hire nice staff. Prices are good. Office is stunning. They even have an adorable dog to make people feel comfortable. It doesn't get better than this.

Our visit to Urban Smiles Colwood was totally satisfactory, From the moment we arrived the attention was extraordinary, the explanation of all the procedure that had to be done was very clear and all the people who work there have exceptional attention. I highly recommend going to Urban Smiles Colwood.

Went in for a cleaning got 6 fillings done as well. I began having cold and hot sensitivity badly. Then i began having shooting pains. Went in to see them about the issue they decided to do 3 more fillings instead of fixing the pain i was having.the pain is in the exact tooth they did the filling and now instead of saying lets fix what we obviously caused they are asking fro more money out of pocket to fix there mess. Keep in mind i never had any issues with my teeth such as this before going to this dentist not happy. And will never be giving buisness to them.they were dropping tools on my face and mouth while working on me as well very dis organized.i am now having to wait for 8 months so my dental insurance is renewed to get this issue resolved at a different practise i do not advise anyone to go there we were refered by our family friend whos company buys practises and we will be reporting this to them as well

I love coming to Urban Smiles. The entire team is welcoming and the space is gorgeous. I always feel better after a visit.

I normally see Dr. Staples for all my dental needs and today I saw Dr. Cutler. He was so great as my mouth was not a great patient. I just had a pesky filling done in the very back and I was hard to freeze. I appreciate his patience & informing me about how come sometimes molars on the bottom can be a little tough to freeze & was great with letting me know of any discomfort I may have I can do the easy aftercare of salt water rinse & Advil if need be. I also told him I had dental anxiety & was great to make me feel more at ease with letting me know what was going on step by step.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I went in for a routine filling and had my tongue hit by a polishing blade. This cut required multiple stitches in my tongue and has caused me immense amounts of pain everytime I drink, eat and even swallow. I would be willing to accept this as an accident and move on except for the unkind manner I was treated in the aftermath of this accident. I wasn't given any instructions on how to care for the injury, I was given a six Motrin and told that it's "going to hurt when you swallow" and my cavity was not completed correctly as they were in a rush to get me out after this accident. I was complete and utter shock. I was told by the dentist they would call and check up on me the next day, which never happened and finally when I called back days later to ask for another dentist to fix the filling I recieved I was told if I didn't see the same dentist who injured me that I would be charged an additional fee to go elsewhere to have it fixed. I would go elsewhere for your dental care, as I will be switching my provider as well

I absolutely love this office. I have a fear of the dentist & Dr Rachel Staples and all the ladies are so welcoming, caring & gentle. My son who is 3 also goes, and he just walks in no problem, there kindness & smiles goes a long way.
They offer stress balls & laughing gas if needed.
The office is warm, clean, bright & welcoming. I highly recommend calling Urban Smiles!

Brought my son in for a cleaning and booked a surgery for wisdom teeth. I am now using them myself:) Kiara and the team are great. Very modern and cool vibe to the office as well. Fun environment and very professional. Highly recommend!

Dr. Staples and her team are the best! My 12 year old has anxiety about needles but Dr. Staples always knows just how to help her to feel safe and comfortable (and have some fun in the process). Both of my children will not see any other dentist! The clinic is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. The hygienists there are the best too. We highly recommend.

I was drawn to Urban Smiles because of their hilarious advertising. This uplifting trend continued as I experienced the kind and yet highly skilled nature of Dr. Staples and her team. They listened to my fears and responded in a way that made me feel validated and cared for.   I am grateful to have discovered this clinic!
