I had my hair and makeup done this last weekend by NAV and it’s the best I think I have ever looked! The makeup was exactly what I wanted and lasted the whole night, no meltaway patches at all! Thanks Nav for making me look and feel so beautiful!

Very very disappointed with the service and level of disrespect towards a Native elder that is very important to me, from last week. Would like a personal apology for her and to have a conversation with owner. Will never recommend this place. I am more upset than she is, that she was made to feel the way she did. Unacceptable.

Fantastic experiences here for threading. Staff always do a great job. Very fair price! I never have to wait long, which is nice without an appointment. It's the only place in the area that I've felt comfortable going because of their consistency

I went there for makeup and hair styling. It was wonderfully done, specifically the eye makeup was very good. Hair was done nicely and professionally too, I got lot of compliments. Would highly recommend this place

I made the mistake of trusting someone else to do my brows. The issue with this place is it’s not consistent. There literally only one person that can do brows well and that’s the owner I believe her name is Nav?
If you’ve never been here before and you were looking for a quick brow thread don’t trust the other girls because whoever was working March 6 butchered my brows to the point Of them looking extremely thin and completely different from each other. Don’t recommend this place unless you have your regular brow girl who you trust.
Would rather pay $60 at Bombay brows than here.

BEST PLACE FOR EYEBROWS WITH NAV***

This is literally my 2nd review for them.
Due to my busy schedule I tried 3 different places in the past few months.
I regret!
I love this place for my eyebrows.
I’m not sure about the other ladies but Nav the owner is great and I will always be going to her. I rather have bushy eyebrows and wait till I could see her then to go anywhere else.

Its a very good salon. I really enjoyed the services over there and the staff is also very helpful and great. I must recommend it to all. Its a really good in services.

The owner is lovely and good at eyebrows. The new one "trimmed " my hair by straight cutting the back like a 5yr old. No training. DO NOT GO HERE EVER

Terrible experience, staff are not trained and the lady doing my facial wax scarred my face, skin came off my face and its bleeding. Negative rating never going to this salon

Horrible experience! The ladies working there don't have proper training and shouldn't be running a salon. Plus they have different rates posted on the website and actually charge you twice more. Never going there again!

I had a terrible time there, i got my eyebrows done there and now they are 3 x smaller now and dont even talk to me with the rudeness they gave me

I had a very good experience at Urban beauty. I got a facial done here - great value for 25$ and excellent service! Eyebrow waxing is also very good here. Highly recommend!

Were able to get me in with short notice and did an amazing job threading my eyebrows! Will definitely be a returning customer.

I was BURNED. I was waxed and my skin burned in certain places where the lady went over with wax over and over. Now my skin is peeling and scarring. The waxing lady also reused the same strip around 7 times before using a new one. Unprofessional and not very higenic. I was not able to communicate my questions and concerns because of a language barrier as well. As someone new to waxing this was very frustrating and worrying. I was drawn here by Groupon but saving a few dollars is not worth it for being burned and treated poorly.
