My husband and I recently bought a vehicle at the Used Car Centre in View Royal and Dylan Tucker was our salesman. We had a great experience as Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He happily let us move our car seats and stroller into the vehicle to make sure it would be the best fit for our family and checked in after the sale to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The transfer and insurance change over was organized in advance and was a smooth, easy process. I would recommend Dylan and the team at the Used Car Centre to other buyers.

I have bought over 10 vehicles from these guys all have been a steller experience. Any issues that have come up with the vehicle Jim Else has stood behind and taken care of for me. Dave has also been great to work with keeping me well informed of everything along the way. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought a van with the help of Leroy. He was super helpful and nice when helping me and my young family make such a big decision.

I ran into a couple unforseen mechanical issues in the first week that turned out to be a faulty part installed on the recent brake job. Leroy and the team were very attentive and fixed the issue asap! They even offered me a suitable loaner for my toddlers car seat.

Leroy, Kevin, Shaun, Jim and I'm sure a couple other guys I can't name were so great every step along the way! Plus, they had a couple cute shop dogs, Brutus and Bandit!

Bought my car here over a year ago now and I’ve had absolutely no problems. It’s a great car. Kevin was very helpful in showing the cars I could afford and made sure everything went smoothly. After buying, I realized a few of the interior lights weren’t working and they fixed/replaced them for me, no problem. Little things like this show the quality of a business. I hope not to need another car for some time but would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

Madison Morley here. I’m Eddys wife, I’m not anonymous. You and your dealership have royally screwed us over. We have come to the dealership on multiple occasions to discuss fixing the problem. Nothing has been done for us. We are still stuck in the same vehicle that burns MORE oil than gas itself. You convinced us to pay thousands of extra dollars for a warranty that did nothing for us. We have lost over 12,000$ not only that but you’ve wasted our time and energy. You promised us a safe/reliable vehicle from your dealership and did not fulfill that promise. I will no longer support your company and will be taking my families business elsewhere.

Place is a joke sold my wife a car that burns more oil then gas. Way over charged for the year and model, I'd PEDAL a bike before buying from them again.

Not a bad thing to say about them best place to by a used car by far i have bought many from them and they have treated me like gold never had any issues highly recommend them to anyone most most of my friends and family have bought cars there

Dylan and the guys did a great job. Im always nervous buying a used car, but I knew what I wanted and what to look for. The car was super clean, had a good backstory and I was able to take it for a thorough test drive. Sure some things go here and there but I've never had a car that didn't require ongoing repairs or lights etc.

So far its been great, with no worries and I think I scored a gem. Dylan was super cool and was generally just a good guy. I never felt pressured or that anything sneaky was going on. It was an easy process, car had some extra gas in it since the test drive, and a nice wash on it. I'm satisfied and Id buy from them again.

Very good afternoon yesterday buying a used car from Dylan Tucker and the whole team. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I must say this was an above-ordinary experience. I am pleased to now have an ongoing relationship with these folks. They offer discounts through their partners on future service needs such as brakes and tires.

My 17 year old son bought his first car here, after saving and working hard. We were initially dealing with LeRoy but he would not negotiate, at all. The Car Fax report indicated there had been a 134,000 potential odometer rollback which Leroy completely dismissed, saying he had never heard of that before and it must have been an error at the VW dealership when they recorded the odometer. My son then texted Kevin directly who said yes of course the price is negotiable. It was then several days of negotiations between the dealership and my son to finally settle on a price. It really could have been accomplished in 10 minutes. When we went into sign the papers, the paperwork had been filled out incorrectly, which I pointed out then it was corrected. Nobody gave him a tour or went through any of the features or do a walk through with him on pickup. The car was received with 1/8 tank of gas. My son called Leroy to let him know that the car was received with very little gas. Leroy dismissed him again, saying gas was too expensive and nobody fills up cars with gas anymore when a car is purchased.

As an update, I called the dealership because neither the headlight nor the windshield washer fluid are working on the car, despite having a safety done by the dealership. Leroy asked me to hold, then the phone line was cut off. When I immediately called back, the owner Jim answered and said LeRoy was out with a customer on the lot. Jim laid into me quite aggressively about writing a poor review and said that I should take him to court over the headlight and windshield fluid pump that isn’t working, that his dealership would not be working with me to address these safety issues.

An update one month after purchasing the car from Used Centre Victoria: the battery needs to be replaced, the hose to the wiper fluid has been repaired, the wiper motor has been replaced $850, the air conditioning doesn’t work and requires $500 to repair a sensor, and the battery needs replacing, and the whole headlight assembly needs replacing. The purchase inspection of this car was done by Speedy Auto on Douglas. Obviously the quality of the inspection is pretty poor as is the quality of vehicle sold by this dealership. The quality of any business is how they handle things when things go wrong—this business definitely fails.

Dylan is a great sales guy, he helped me find a great first car. He even washed it when I needed a check up:)

Think this is the best place to purchase a used vehicle. I just bought my second from them and am sure the next vehicle we buy will be from Used Car Centre Victoria. They treat you right!

I was told at the time of purchase they (Kevin Crawford) would replace the broken hydraulics for my back window. I called, messaged and even went down there multiple times and got the runaround every time. Just bought my own for $60. Cost you guys a star. Should follow through on your word or just be honest and tell me to fix it myself.

I’ve bought two different vehicles in the last 6 years, and today we just got a new truck for my hubby. I cannot sing the praises of this dealer enough. We dealt with Dave over two days, and he was absolutely amazing! If you need a new vehicle, the team here are the ones to see!
