Recommend the RMT massage by Minna. Most RMT's do a targeted massage of the affected area only, but Minna was professional and kind enough do a full body massage in addition to the pain points. The tension in my neck/shoulder was relieved after the massage. The front desk staff were very courteous and were able to direct bill to my 2 insurances. They should develop their website to allow for online booking though. Right now it looks like only phone booking is available.

If i had to recommend to anyone where people can get a massage, it would be uvall health centre.i have been coming here since my high school years and i remember one of the people working at uvall health centre always using a bit too much pressure almost every time i let her give me a massage, but she does a pretty good job as always.can't say anything negative about this place! Absolutely love it

Mina's my favourite RMT! She goes out of her way to help with my back pain for working long shifts.

Great massage therapy. I suffered from upper back and neck pain, and I had a couple of sessions of massage there. Thanks to Mina’s relaxing and healing hands, may pain went away thoroughly. Recommend to everyone who needs a relaxing massage.

Worst massage ever. I went here for a post car accident massage. The "massage therapist", which I don't think is even an actual massage therapist, did the whole massage through a sheet. She wouldn't even touch the skin on my back, as they do when you get a massage. It felt like someone was gently touching the sheets. This place is a scam!

Great RMT. Big rooms, quiet and just a bit off from hastings so less traffic noise.
Mina is really attentive and provides great education to prevent reinjury on top of of her Rmt therapy treatments. 5 stars would definitely return.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The man at the front desk was disgustingly rude and not helpful at all. All I wanted to do was book an appointment and he could not have been more rude. From the time I walked in to the time I left he never once lifted his head to greet me or provide assistance. He was too focused on his phone and the computer to even acknowledge me. The experience was so bad that I just walked out and have no interest in booking an appointment and will never go back.

The woman who does the acupunture is very skilled and keeps up to date on new techniques. Balance has improved greatly after 1 treatment
