I cannot say enough good things about this company. First of all the sales team is amazing. My Rep Emily is always there to help me! Not only is she very knowledgeable about the products she helps me come up with new ideas for sales and promotions! You can tell she cares a lot about her clients and their success. Secondly is there support staff. Both Rodney and Kristen are always a quick phone call away from helping with ANY situation! Their professionalism and caring of there customers is outstanding.

Great company! I always deal with Veronica from there, she's super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very well taken care of when dealing with UVALUX thanks to her. They are very lucky to have such an amazing employee like her.

Prior to the pandemic, I had the great opportunity to speak with Christopher who is always making your day better, just with a small conversation. But when it come to ordering items, prior to pandemic (when everything was available) to during (when the items I wanted were unavailable/but was notified by someone of immediate stocking of my products), the staff who were working online or at the shop were all 100% amazing.
I truly am grateful to know I have a wonderful crew of people/and an awesome business who are able to help at any time.

Trying not to write a novel but very hard when I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here.
From the beginning when Rodney helped me set up my salon (and always answers to help me when I’m in a crisis), to Caitlin going over my lotion selections every year and being so welcoming when I see her (best hug giver ever), to Veronica making sure I’m always taking care of and always in the know, to Sarah doing amazing training for my staff and giving tips and tricks, to Ty & Sean fixing & cleaning everything at the salon, to Andrea and Marisa talking me off ledges, to Jen who wears so many hats that she helps me with everything, to Christopher who I swear is the male version of me and can spend forever reminiscing about old lotions, to Laurie always keeping everyone in check and letting me use her colored pens and lastly Nik who cares so much about this industry, his clients and more importantly his staff. Love this company so much for making me feel like part of the family.
