I hadn’t been to Karen and Paul’s new location since their move at the beginning of the pandemic. Wow! Fresh new look, great setup, lots of products to browse through and of course Karen and Paul’s usual friendly and professional service. Worth a visit for anything vacuum or home automation. Plus the location is super convenient with lots of restaurants and other shopping nearby. The kids loved running around.

I like to support local companies as much as possible. Everytime i came through there doors, i was always treated like a family member (a good family member), and always with a smile. I have bought belt's, bags, cords and new and rebuilt vacuums. In this world of make a buck, it nice to have such a trustworthy business, they've always answered all my questions, gave me options and advice to the best solution. I have told all my friend's, and I will always keep coming back. And now they have there new shop in Twawwassen Commons. Thanks Rolo.

We bought a HIZERO 4-in-1 Bionic Mop. We knew this is what we wanted prior going into the store and this could have been a 2 seconds transaction. Instead of making a quick sale and pushing us out the door Paul and Karen took their time and made sure we had no questions gave us a demo even it wasn't required. Great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine service.

I went into Vacuum Works with a question about my central vacuum. They helped me out, solved my problem and I left extremely pleased with their service. To be noted, they will be moving to Tsawwassen Commons, next to Staples and will have lots of parking available.

Just like your car, the vacuum needs cleaning and maintenance. It works better and lasts longer.

EDIT: New ownership does not provide nearly the quality of service as previous. Hopefully with time this will improve.

Bought a vacuum from Costco planning on installing it myself. Realized it was more work than I could handle and Vacuum Works was more than ready to help. They spent lots of time with me explaining their plan and then executing - even improved the original piping plan as the opportunity arose. Will be using them for any work going forward.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always seem happy to help. Also they will have a new store front at Tsawwassen Mills likely in early 2020.

An old bissell carpet cleaner I had needed repairing so I took it to vacuum works. They said they would try to fix it but it was found to be beyond repair. There was no charge for their effort even though I thought they should have had charged something. Customer service does not come higher than that and is the reason why customers will go back again and again, trust having been firmly established.

I went here today to rent a carpet cleaner and I was happy to hear that they have different rates of you must need it for 4-5 hours. $24 for the rental, I think it's pretty good price. Worked like a charm. I would definitely go back again The customer service is great. The lady that helped me was really nice and informative. Thank you

We started to deal with vacuum works about 2 years ago when i needed my SEBO fixed. Vacuum works is a small store but the service is awesome. I kept going back for little supplies like vacuum bags and filters. In year 2018, we built a custom house and had vacuum works came out to install centre vacuum. What can I say, the service was great. In construction world, nothing is always right, but attitude is most important. Vacuum works stand behind their product and service. Thank you Vacuum Works!

Great little place to get your vaccum repaired! It has been around for many many years. They have a selection of vaccums for sale and a good variety of bags for sale also.bags for old vaccums and new ones (bags that are sometimes hard to find in big box stores). They also have other product for sale too. Customers service is super friendly and repairs are quick. Prices are fair. No place better to go for a vacuum question, purchase or repair!

Not helpful at all only seemed interested in selling me a new vacuum or charging for labour when I already knew what parts I needed. Got much better service at another store
