I have been to chiropractors all over Canada for the last 10 years. Not only has Dr. Shannon curated the most welcoming and utterly inviting space for his clients, his knowledge and level of chiropractic care far supersedes the plethora of experiences I have had in the past. 10/10 would recommend. Great guy, great practice, great place for healing.

Laurie is very knowledgeable in how the body connects and moves. She shares that knowledge during the massage and it helped me understand why I have aches and mobility issues. She is sensitive to the pressure needed and what I could handle. I highly recommend a massage from Laurie.

Shannon and Emily do amazing job of fixing my back everytime I see either of them. I highly recommend either of them for your chiropractor needs.

Dr. Ben gives both a short term plan and a long term plan for addressing the needs of the patient.

Was thrilled to find Megan Stone to treat me for my vertigo. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Clinic was very clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend this office and especially Megan if you are needing physio!

Parke is able to quickly diagnose the problem & provide instant relief. She takes the time to help explain the situation in clear & easy to understand language and give simple at-home exercises to ensure long term results. Highly recommend!

Only but the highest level of care received from Matt. Very knowledgeable and a great understanding of known recovery plans that work for my needs. He is not a one stop shop crack and get out Chiropractor.one full hour of attentive assessment. Fully recommend.

Amazing place for a one stop shop. Lots of Knowledgeable and professional staff. Went in for a deep massage and shoulder treatment, got everything that I wanted with pressure and areas of treatment.

Can’t recommend this place enough…from the welcoming friendly staff, to the knowledgeable doctors, don’t bother wasting your time anywhere else! Also love how amazingly clean it is. Don’t forget your water bottle, as they even have a re fill station in the waiting room (bonus!).

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionsist and felt a very postive vibe. Dr. Bridgette Carlyle was amazing. I've been apprehensive to see a chiropractor in the past but her soft tissue approach along with manipulations was very comforting and put me at ease. She is very personable and really knowledgeable. She was able to help my issue in just one visit! I highly recommend Valeo!

I've been working with Dr Ben Whiles for the past year & I noticed a huge improvement with a chronic shoulder injury within the first few visits. He was vital to my concussion recovery this winter & has made a big difference with my health & wellness overall. I know a lot of people can be hesitant to see a chiropractor, but Dr Whiles is definitely someone you can trust. He clearly articulates his treatment plan & ensures you are comfortable in each appointment.

Valeo is amazing! When I first started going to say I was down in the dumps is an understatement. I had all but given up on walking again “normally” and getting back to my regular life. I saw Dr. Matt Ward and now I am 90% back to me! He gave me confidence, straight answers and helped me become optimistic things could get better. The staff is always friendly when I come in and the aesthetic is sleek. Fantastic Dr and fantastic clinic!

I strained my trap 2 days before a weightlifting contest, and Dr. Col was able to get it working perfectly. She was extremely professional, kind, and was careful about doing too much too soon to the muscle and so only did what was necessary.

Saw Alanna for massage here last week and loved it! Loved the space, and Alanna is amazing Left feeling great!

I’m here all the time even for injury prevention! Christine and Shannon are awesome chiropractors and the RMT all rock there! There is definitely a therapist for everyone there. It’s also a nice looking clinic!
