The new flooring i purchased, the service from Sarah and the selection all was a 10 out of 10!

I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted an excellent service and product, i cannot fault their customer service, delivery, flooring and installer.he was meticulous, clean, on time, i would definitely use Valley Carpet one again.

I am extremely happy with the installed flooring. Valley carpet did a wonderful job and my compliments go out to the 2 men who did the actual installation.they did a meticulous job, all the seams are perfect and no short cuts were taken.i only wish that my house was level, but they did the best they could with the house they were given.the product is also very good and i like that it is waterproof and easy to keep clean.

This is a great carpet and window treatments store. We have had great service from Juvie Rebelo who is a very pleasant lady, very knowledgeable and always return my texts. We also have had great service from Rob, the installer, who has vast experience and always excels on his installations at our house

We are very happy with our new carpets and installation. Juvie was great, bringing pet friendly samples to our home to choose from. Removal and installation was completed in the time frame we booked. Would recommend using Carpet One.

Sarah was so patient and helpful, walking me through realistic choices for my needs and budget. And for my shedfest of a doggo who was welcomed in the store with me. I went through a couple rounds of samples and was so stressed about it. But Sarah said to leave it with her as a project - my next visit took about 5 minutes. She had the perfect choice waiting at the front door when I returned. Absolutely nailed it.

Not only did Kim assist us with picking the perfect flooring and shower tile for our house, she listened when I told her about our whole-house reno and knew just what products to suggest! We orderedour carpet early in 2022 and the held it for us until it was instslled in October. The installers were great and had it done a day prior to the estimated time. We have been doing business with Valley Carpets for years and they just keep getting better

Staff shared their expertise when assisting me to pick the perfect flooring for our ensuite bathroom. Only after I asked for the staffs opinion Did they suggest a concern and suggest a fantastic alternative! They also suggested the perfect wall paint!
The delivery was exactly as they predicted! (it was coming from the states. No one can promise delivery anymore, if their being honest!)

So happy with Juvie and her advice and experience. Everyone was so helpful all the way up to the owners, the Gurski's. Got everything I needed for a new build along with so much patience for my multiple changes and questions. Could not have been more helpful with very competitive prices.
