The last thing you need when your feeling vulnerable and need to book an appointment to speak about health concerns to your Doctor is to be spoken to by a unit clerk rudely. She's passive-aggressive with her comments. I have had more than one moment with her over the years. I hope she doesn't treat our seniors with the same carelessly attitude. You would think before choosing a career you would ask yourself if your a people's person. The waiting background music says no disrespecting staff members. I feel the staff answering the phones needs this reminder has well.

If your doctor is Dr. Berger wait until she’s back from her vacation, her fill in has zero patients manners and cares more about her feelings than the issues patients are having with regards to recovery.

Professional and prompt but full (that's the provinces fault) - my doctor is amazing and always on time (respects my time) and we since everything that ails me. Reception has always been courteous and patient as well (not sure how she does it!). Easily 5 out of 5

Called because the clinic told me they were taking new patient. They would not send the intake, only in person.so i drove 1h to get there to be told you need to live in duncan. So waisted 2h of my time and gas. Receptionist never told me i needed to live in duncan

Rude reception staff. Don’t waste your time with them. Find somewhere that actually cares for their clients/patients.

I've been going to this clinic since I was a child, roughly 35 years, and the service/attention to patient care over the last 5 - 6 years has continued to be on a steady decline.

In 10 years they still haven’t managed to fix the extremely unpleasant front end staff. I always choose a walk in if I have the option simply to avoid the front end. Dr. Ismail is lovely, professional and always excellent.

Ismail word of caution, Ismail should not be allowed to practice medicine, she is a terrible GP With a slippery moral compass, not qualities one would hope to find in a GP, if you are unfortunate enough to have her as your Phys, advise finding a new one asap, in 2013 she gave false information under oath to the BCHPRB regarding a BCCPS complaint against her. She did not realize she was being recorded, the recording clearly showed she was lying under oath about a patient care.
