Why do you need to be so rude to your patient who just wants to book an appointment at your clinic. Front desk stuff, If you don't like what you are doing, thats your problem. It's not a patient's.

They were going through a different system so I had to wait several months for and appointment, compared to their usual wait times.
Had a great experience here. Registration was quick and the front staff was nice and friendly especially dealing with a difficult patient that was there at the time. I really appreciated the person who did my ultrasound (i think her name was Alberta) She was quick, efficient and knew what she was doing which was great when you are holding a full bladder.

Denied getting an x ray because I don't have the ability to arrange childcare on a whim during a weekday afternoon.

The policies at this office are over the top. I’m a single mom and brought my son with me to get my 8 year old daughter an X-ray and they made us all wait in the hallway for the 45 min wait as only patients can be in the waiting room, even if i didn’t bring my son with me we wouldn’t have been able to sit in the waiting room cause I was with her and not a patient myself. This doesn’t make sense for under age patients. When I asked if I could go for a walk with them for even a portion of the wait time they told me this wasn’t an option we had to stay in the hall. Just overall not a good experience and will be choosing somewhere else to get X-rays in the future, even though this is the closest X-ray place to me.

I phoned their number to book an appointment. Tried for 1.5 hours. It rings once says it’s busy then hangs up. So I stopped by to make an appointment. The lady at the desk apparently doesn’t make appointments and gives me the number I’ve been trying to dial all morning. Absolutely useless.

I was told that I could not have my younger son with me while bringing my daughter for an X-ray. She had to go in by herself as a result. During Covid makes sense but I don’t think this policy is relevant anymore. The staff are just implementing a policy they didn’t make.

Went for a first ultrasound confirming my 10 weeks pregnancy, in the end of the procedure the technician went to talk with a doctor. She came back smiling saying that they did not found a heart beat and my midwife would call me. I would never imagine to received such terrible news with a smile.

Please train your staff on the following.
1. When someone asks for water refills, do not ask them to refill from washrooms. Surely the staff isn't refiling from washrooms. If you don't want the public to use staff kitchen, please install water dispenser at a convenient place. Offering water is basic human courtesy not a privilege.
2. If one family member is accompanying a pregnant woman, please do not make him/her stand outside the entrance door. There are enough seats in the waiting area. If you still want to enforce this rule, then treat everyone equal irrespective of skin color.

Friendly front desk staff and technician. On time appointment. Fast and quick. Overall experience is good.

Sonograms are an ever-so special part of pregnancy. However, the imaging center and technician can affect the overall experience, either positively or negatively. I’ve been here three times for pregnancy sonograms with three different technicians. My experience with each technician has been positive. The front desk staff are polite and welcoming, and I’ve been in to the appointment at or very close to the scheduled timing of my appointments. Thank you for making these appointments as exciting and positive as they can be!

I had my 20 week ultrasound here. I asked the ultrasound tech to not tell me the gender due to us having a gender reveal party. Throughout my ultrasound he referred to my baby as “she” and had FEMALE all the way down the screen for each image. Needless to say I left crying because my gender reveal was ruined. Very unprofessional.

The receptionists I’ve dealt with at every appointment are very friendly. The technicians are not at all, barely say anything to you. Today was my second anatomy scan as the first appointment they didn’t see everything they needed to. Both times I filled out their in house requisition to find out gender. At the end of my appointment I asked the technician, do I get the envelope with the gender up front? She said she didn’t see the requisition, I had literally just filled it out. She then said she didn’t see gender. So I’m very frustrated because someone didn’t do their job and then the technician maybe could have just lied and said they didn’t see it because they didn’t know they were supposed to be looking. This place has only been a let down. I had no issues at all with the imaging place I went to last pregnancy. All in one appt got everything! Unfortunately that place isn’t seeing patients outside their city. Very frustrating and upsetting since this was the second time, now I have to go to a private centre which will be $110.

Showed up at 9: 45 on a Friday morning for a drop in chest x-ray.
I Was out of there before 10: 00am Absolutely elated. Friendly staff, quick and efficient. Our medical system may finally be on an upswing

Showed up to my appoinment on the correct day and at the correct time I was given over the phone. I was told my appointment was the previous day and I owe them $100. Sorry but I am NOT paying for YOUR ERROR! West Coast Medical Imaging only from now on.

Worst experience, tried booking ultrasound for my wife as we did our first from somewhere else. And now they do not want to book our second one saying it's a policy. Says we have to do all from them or none at all. Such a shame on this kind of medical system and them.

I had awesome experience, went there for my 32 week’s ultrasound, they were very quick, called me to ultrasound room on exact appointment time, technician was very kind, overall it was great experience.

Have been for 3 ultrasounds over the last 3 months and each time a positive experience with the front staff to the ultrasound techs. I'd say my biggest "issue" is the wait time on the phone when trying to book an appointment but I also understand that it is a medical office and that's just normal.
Am pleased at how smooth every visit has been!

My ultrasound tech was lovely but the customer service is terrible. They were rude and short with me both in person and online.

ATTN PARENTS: AWFUL EXPERIENCE! — I arrived around 9am with my 7 year old for an X-ray to check if she’d broken her wrist. I had my 2 year old with me as well in her stroller, well behaved. The women at reception just told me flat out “you need to find childcare for your other child” and I responded by telling her I don’t have anyone to watch her that’s why she’s with me. She refused to assist me in any way and just kept saying I should figure out where to leave her so I can bring my other child back LATER who potentially has a broken bone! So frustrating since I’ve gotten out the door with 2 kids early in the morning and any parent knows how difficult that is on its own let alone one toddler and one child in pain. Upset, I asked for my paperwork back and told her their policy was ridiculous and they should consider peoples situations before being so dismissive. I then drove from Langley to Guildford right after and went to WESTCOAST MEDICAL IMAGING and they were amazing! So accommodating. They said nothing about me bringing the baby (probably because they understood she’s with me because I have no other option like a normal person with a heart would) and when my daughter went in for her X-ray they kindly said I could wait outside the room for “our safety” not because bringing my baby was a problem. We were in and out in 15 mins. BOTTOM LINE: If you are a parent of more than one child and want to be treated with respect THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!
