Valley Medical Imaging - Abbotsford

After spending 3 hours in my first anatomy scan being told absolutely nothing other than after the first 20 minutes Family could come in. Making me empty my bladder because it was too full and then not telling me anything else other than you have an active baby. No one told my family member what was going on. I wasn’t allowed to go to the front to let them know all was okay just taking a while. Not allowed on my phone to send them a message or call them. Then after 2 hours being told to go for a walk for 5 minutes and then come back, again with no explanation as to why. Then being told after another hour they have to book a follow up. Come back for the follow up 5 days later to a different tech who said all of 3 words to me. Kept me for 30 minutes, did not give me the tour of my baby I was promised in my first appointment and put in the report that I was reluctant to show my pelvic area even after assuming they were having issues and asking if they wanted me to take my pants off. Shame on this clinic for not having the decency to communicate and follow through. Also, you get crappy pictures printed on printer paper and you don’t get to hear babies heart beat. Will not be returning.
