This is a really good car company to deal with, I am very impressed with the team there. I purchased a used vehicle from them recently. During the price negotiations they made some agreements and promises, and they delivered on everything, even the things that weren't in writing. The vehicle had some engine issues a couple days after purchasing. They did the right thing and had it repaired at their expense.

The team members in the service department are phenomenal! Every service organization should have gems like those on their team. Thanks ladies and gentlemen.

It is true that we had to wait a year for our 2024 Outlander PHEV HOWEVER it was well worth the wait. In this segment of the market there is no other vehicle that compares in the categories that matter to us: EV range, power to tow, cargo space and driver/passenger luxury. AND the added bonus of dealing with Andreas, Dion and Goldie from the award winning Valley Mitsubishi team made the wait worthwhile.

Sold me a vehicle with a faulty power steering pump. My Extended Warranty begrudgingly covered it. So i paid the deposit and diagnostic fee (yes, for turning a steering wheel). Mitsubishi installed an equally faulty after market part. So the extended warranty will not cover it and the supplier will only partially cover. So I am on the hook for more than half the cost this time (discounted price for part and a diagnostic fee) and my wasted money the first time around.

Well, I never thought I'd give a car dealer 5 stars, but these guys really earned it. From initial contact and ground work of Andreas, to the thoroughly efficient and friendly finishing touches of Goldie and Dion. Hands down the best team I've ever dealt with buying a used car. Thanks to the awesome work Lindsay of the insurance/licensing company provided. Honest, fast, efficient and extremely friendly is the feeling this dealer left me with.

I just bought a 2020 car from Valley Mitsubishi, very happy with it. And the service was amazing. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Noel Drachenburg was our sales man and he was awsome and so very helpful. I would go back in the future for sure and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am disgusted at these people. I waited 3 months to make sure one of their vehicles was a perfect fit for me.when I finally decided I went in to see Jason the sales guy he was great I took a test drive and said yup this the one. Well when I heard from their finance lady Goldy she called me and did nothing but INSULT ME asked me how I was going to afford this vehicle and how I was going to eat and just down right judgemental. But that isn't even the worst of it. I ignored the woman's IGNORANCE and said it's ok it's just one of the staff doesn't mean it's all. Well they wouldn't let me get a vehicle without a co signer which I thought was strange considering I already had a Kia suv but unfortunately had an accident it's why I was looking to replace. Anyways I called and inquired a few more questions before coming down and signing papers and thank god I did. Jason proceeded to tell me if I went somewhere else I'd be flagged for what reason I don't no called Hyundai a fraud and said their under investigation like wth. Anyways so when I got Hyundai to look into vehicles for me the sales manager Dion from MITSUBISHI decided to call me RAISE HIS VOICE and tell and basically threaten me to not go to another dealership I'm now flagged I am basically dumb and don't understand and I needed to come into his office so they could guide me into buying their vehicle. Like so disgusting of these people. Well guess what I didn't need a co signer and I GOT A BEAUTIFUL VEHICLE (SUV 6 seats) THROUGH HYUNDAI so thanks for being jerks and ignorant finance lady cause you drove me right to another dealership. You all need better customer service you all need training on how to talk to potential clients and customers. Nothing about these people made me safe or secure in the buy and it's why I went else where.

Definitely would recommend Noel and everyone at Valley Mitsubishi! The service Noel provided us with was great and genuine! He was kind and easy going…and not pushy like other sale reps. All the staff there were fantastic to work with! Thank you for the speedy service to get us in for a test drive and leave with the vehicle the same day! I got a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander le. I've had 2 recalls done already and now stereo has to be redone to. This car has been nothing but issues. Once stereo is fixed I'll be getting out of the car. I had suspension work done in December. And had car given ack with brake noises. So there was no Mitsubishi inspection or care. And charging pad and rear vents don't work either. Feb 25 came in for a simple stereo swap. Supposed to be hour and half 4 hours later they tell me stereo not working properly. It take even longer. I opted to get original stereo back in even tho it doesn't work properly. I'm not coming back. The stereo they attempted to install was a 2021 not 2022. Talk about quality service.wasted my whole day

Well four months later it cost us over $1700.00 to get the car running again. Very disappointing.

Thank you Mike Dunbar and Deon for giving us the best car buying experience in over 30 years. Buying in this environment of shortages (both components and EV/PHEV vehicles) it is difficult for buyers to negotiate a deal. This dealer was truthful and respectful in their dealings. It was efficient and an actually enjoyable process. Our trade-in value was up to expectations. Thank you for not having me feel cheated or abused (yes, most car buying actually fails to meet this measure)

WARNING to buyers! Mitsubishi motors itself claims oil consumption of 1L per 2000km on their vehicles is “acceptable”. I do all my oil changes regularly since purchased. I’ve been in twice to say I’ve been pouring 3L of oil into my 2018 Eclipse Cross in between oil changes done at their dealership. But since it’s not over 4L that’s being burned (tank only holds 4.8 total). They won’t even pop the hood and just send me home.

With that being said, sales team is great here.and it’s not the dealerships fault that Mitsubishi thinks it’s acceptable to run their vehicles dry of oil. So buyer beware! *I will update this post if the problem is ever rectified but it’s been 6+ months of burning oil so far*
