Terrible customer service. Do not use them. They harrass customers that they ignore in the store, proceed to follow them outside and harrass them further, take photos of the customer then threaten to put them on Facebook. Appears to be racially motivated in how she treats customers. If you are a person of colour, go elsewhere.

Rude rude rude! I can't Believe you actually still have a job after what you pulled! Following customers outside yelling and screaming at them and then flipping them off. Have the day you deserve.

Valley oasis in smithers is a great place when you need a haircut, color nails done and even a massage.
They're very well liked in the local area and are always very busy.
They'll try their best to accommodate you if they can, but as with any salon, times are not always exact.
Some appointments are quicker, while others might take a bit longer.
So as long as you understand this, they'll do their best to accommodate you.
There's a very good reason why they're always so busy, people love their customer service from the moment they first walk in.
The professionalism, skills, talent and knowledge are what will make you keep coming back for more.
Don't listen to a bunch of immature impatient clients who many have never even been to Valley Oasis, but only wanting to slander a highly recommended business because they have nothing better to do in their childish lives.
Give Valley Oasis a try for yourself and you'll see that the bad reviews are nothing but hot immature air, and while the great reviews are nothing but pure genuine recommendations.

I just wanted to say I love this place. These days if you aren't a regular, well know, big spending customer, I find most hair studios make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I get my hair cut once a year, maybe twice, they don't know me here, but they always greet me cheerfully and make me feel welcome. I see them treating everyone that walks in the studio with kindness and respect, and this is the type of business, I like to support!
